Triple bed room very small. Small toilet. Clean and good service. It a bit isolated and far from center. Breakfast is limited with one attendant. No concierge, no travel disk or even tickets. Under expectation after those reviews I red here.

Triple room in perfect condition. 50 meters from metro stop and an acceptable distance to walk to the center. Lovely front desk staff as well as housekeeping. Rooms without noise and very new. 'll!

Clean, good service, good breakfast. Modern hotel on an excellent site for any visit to Madrid. Many places around to eat, tapas, shops and transportation. All this out of the hustle and bustle of tourists. You're in Madrid without crowds. Very good value for money.

Not a bad hotel, great for travelling by car, there is parking. At least 15 minutes at the best restaurants and brand stores.

I tried the restaurant, all the staff I found super friendly and the food of very good quality.

Care! The hotel does not have security in the cafeteria space and co-working. I can report from my own experience that they steal personal valuables and the hotel does not take charge of any responsibility even if you are staying as a "common space". A disgrace.

It is very well located, although to be a 4 star hotel does not offer what comes from a hotel of that category. The elevator does not have direct access to the parking you have to access by a staircase, something very uncomfortable when you go loaded with luggage, the shower water goes out and the floor slides a lot, and the beds are nothing of the other world, so the only thing that stands out is its bin It is in a central location and there is also a Metro stop right next door.

It is the third time as there menu (about 12 euros) and we have eaten very well all. Quiet atmosphere that allows you to speak without giving voices.

They have lowered the level of the hotel bathrooms. Put in the shower a soap dispenser all in one, gel, shampoo. Also with a miserable amount of product at each press, it does not correspond to the category you want to give to the hotel. Also in the evenings the rooms are too hot (turning off to the heating). They should often review customer opinions.

Excellent hotel, nice, clean, comfortable… I almost always stay at the. Pity about your dining room which is dark and very noisy in when there is some people. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not the place I would choose to go to for dinner, but I have gone for a circumstance and dinner very well, the deal is very good, vegetarian option!

The staff were exceptional. So helpful. The room was quiet … the bed was so comfortable. The shower was lovely and my salmon sandwich supper was delicious… I can't speak any more highly of the hotel.

This is a really nice hotel. It was my first time in Madrid, for the price of the Hotel I was very impressed with the quality. £70 a night is very cheap compared to many other European capital cities. The room was big and modern with all the mod cons you would expect. The place was clean and tidy. Staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. The area around the Hotel is quite quiet, not a great deal going on. I walked to the central part of Madrid from here, it took around 45mins. With the metro nearby though, its very easy to get where you need to with no fuss. If I ever go back to Madrid I would happily stay here again.

What a pleasant experience. Lovely little hotel situated right on a Metro station. Staff were friendly, polite and always helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and of a decent size. The price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Good quality hotel at a very reasonable price in Barrio Salamanca. Modern decor, well equipped rooms with acceptable internet (video calls — Skype or Hangouts, not possible). Breakfast good with friendly and competent staff. Garage free to residents. For location it is difficult to beat.

Lack of privacy in the bathroom because the door is made of opaque glass. On the other hand, at the exit, there were enough groups guest complaining in reception charges added. However, we have been to taste and no there has been no problem.
