In short the stay is simply excellent, but seriously the need to do something with air conditioning it’s hot, and when it gets better the system will shutdown by it self around 0200 hours.

Good hotel, NH tonic. The room is not very spacious but is cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The breakfasts are varied and of very good quality. In the surroundings you have all the possible services, super, bars, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies. Etc. Right in front of you you have the English Court of San Chinarro. It is not the best communication hotel in Madrid but if you do not mind walking a little you will not have any problems in moving to the center.

Quiet and cozy with nice accommodating staff. Located in an industrial area close to several large companies. Very rich breakfast.

What I liked the most was the staff. I missed amenities in the room, such as an iron that is usually next to a board inside the closet. But the ….
The amenities of the room seemed insufficient to be a 4 star, especially the bathroom.

Rooms are very nice, no question here. However the service and food in the restaurant were underwhelming at best, basically raw meat and service personal didn’t talk unless they had something THEY needed to know (like the room number). To be fair, the rooms & food were payed by our airline because we missed our connecting flight at Madrid but they were payed for nonetheless and the service we received wasn’t satisfying.

Trust me on this but this hotel will never provide you security! It was the biggest security breach ever where your laptop bag gets stolen early in the morning when you are having breakfast in THEIR restaurant. when you reach out to the hotel management they say "we are sorry but you cant leave your belongings just like that" For god sake I went to grab a coffee in morning in THEIR restaurant. No help so far from hotel as they think it was my fault! So all my friends please be cautious as you are not safe in NH properties in Madrid. For your Information I have traveled to more then 70 destinations in the world for work purpose and this was the biggest security breach ever in such kind of hotel.

No ha sido una buena experiencia. Bien es cierto que el desayuno es muy bueno. Como todos los nh. Pero la recepción bastante mediocre. No son lo más amable del mundo. Debían darme una habitación superior por tener la tarjeta nh platinum y nunca tienen una disponible. No Me gustó. No volvería.

Good business hotel, although the Wi-Fi was not the most stable. Breakfast spread is quite good.

Average quality of services and professionalism. Dirty rooms. Parking and spa are not included in the price and there is no space to park nearby. Heating system did not work properly, which overheated the room and created a very uncomfortable feeling. Overall, avoid.

Good location The spa that is installed in the hotel is very good. Although there is a masseuse who could be more sympathetic to the customers, since they have chosen to go there to relax. But the people at the front desk are super polite and friendly.

Practical Hotel for professional trips.
The 40 minutes of free SPA daily are a plus and make a difference with the other hotels nearby.

Perfect if you work around the area, good care and the rooms are fine. Something warm but comfortable.

Pretty far from downtown but very good hotel. Room and large bathroom. Right breakfast. And the small spa but what I expected, on some occasion crowded and I do not understand because there is Q book to enter, could be better organized.

Would not recommend. Bad facilities, and uncomfortable beds. Alas for a business hotel you have to share irons and ironing board with other guests. There is a nice restaurant nesrby, Gino's, but alas that's the only redeeming feature of this lackluster hotel. Avoid.

I was skeptical with this hotel and I have not been disappointed. You can park at the same door and you can get to Madrid by Metro Light and Metro or bus, that if it is somewhat secluded but not crazy. The modern hotel with spacious room. Full Breakfast with natural juice thing that is appreciated. Quite acceptable gym and daily access to the 40 minute spa. I will repeat if the price accompanies, since for €70 night it is worth a pension of bad death centric.

I am going to try to be succinct with this mixed review. The hotel at least on my point of view is a 4. The restaurant is a cafeteria. Be warned. There are good options in the menu and they can cook… But to be a formal restaurant… It is not there yet. Lighted like a cafeteria, Plate presentation is good. Food quality is normal to good. The timing for a 10+ people table… Has a lot of room for improvement. They really need a Food and Beverage manager in there. Takin one hour from the first plate to the last… It may be a little too much. If you are at the hotel and need some food. Ok. If you want to get to a restaurant and you are considering getting here from elsewhere… Please do yourself a favor… don't. About the hotel rooms… They are very vertical pretty. The design is very good. Hotel services They give an excellent service. Hotel location It is not close to public transportation. But taxi works good. The hotel is good. The restaurant… Is not there.

Great place if working at BBVA or Telefónica since it's pretty close. Not so great hotel.

Very correct at good price however we dined at the restaurant and although the service was good, we only found a letter like those of any fast food store.

The rooms include 40 min spa. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast.

The best hotel in the business area of the tables. I'm always staying in it. During the week it has a lot of occupation and it is often that they do not have rooms. Excellent quality NH.

I was only here for one night, but I had a great stay. The staff are really friendly. The room was clean, and I got a good night's sleep. The hotel was in the perfect location for what I needed. I'd stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and very friendly. Perfect the hotel's own minibus service with collection and distribution in the adapting area at work hours. Breakfast varied although totally scarce in hot meals (eggs, bacon, hot sausages… simply do not exist). Menu for varied dinner although they should change it weekly.

I'll just talk about the spa and the restaurant, I've never stayed at the hotel.
The SPA is too small and there are too many people. It is not suitable for more than 8 people and we were 16.
The massage service is pretty good and complete, worth going with bonuses or offers.
The restaurant was very nice. Well presented and tasty dishes. Exquisite attention in the restaurant.

The bearer of bad news… as you might see from other comments, maybe different chambers have different standards. Our was worn out, the pillows were uncomfortable and overused, the cover is to heavy, the sheats are dirty (3 out of 4) and under the bed is the dust of past guests… this might lead, to you being tired, on your buisness trip. The heating system is odd!? With a set temperature of 24 we were both to cold and to hot. In the bathroom we were greeted by 1 set of towels (for 2 persons), and the most inexpensive, low quality toilet paper. Thumbs up for the water pressure post, witch might determine you to take a nice bath, the bathtub is very big, and moderately comfortable. The food was mediocre. Large portions but doubtful quality… We requested a water heater for coffee/tea, but been denied and advised to go to the restaurant. I didn’t bother to explain, that if I want to wake up, do my makeup, change and go out, I can go anywhere. I just wanted a morning tea to start the day… The cleaning staff was nice, but the reception staff are unfriendly and sober. On the plus side, it’s a quiet place in a practical area and you don’t feel squeezed in a box. P. S. There’s a no smoking policy with no designated areas for smoking, but 100 euro fine if you do it, so be careful.

Great Hotel. Great American Breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Only drawback: temperature of the rooms warm and not manageable.

We have celebrated our wedding here and everything was phenomenal. All guests were delighted with the rooms. The organization of the wedding was phenomenal, with great help and many councils! The food they prepare very rich! The SPA is very good.

A good hotel and good value for money. It has a small gym and a small free spa, but for which you have to book time. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. Well connected to the center, the metro is less than 10 minutes walking, what happens it takes unis 20 minutes to get to Gran via for example. In the vicinity there are many restaurants and is one of the largest English court in Madrid.

Not the best hotel if you go sightseeing to Madrid as it is very far from the center but if one of the best to stay for business trips. Very comfortable rooms, ideal to rest. Breakfast was very good.

The SPA better not to step on it. The room was very good The only thing comfortable is the bed.

Overall a very nice hotel. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Staff were very friendly. If there was a downside it was probably the high cost and relatively low choice on the breakfast menu.

It has good breakfast menu. It is good location to between downtown and airport. There are several bistro and restaurant near the hotel.

If you come from the north it is convenient to stop here to not have to look for site to the car in Madrid. Hotel recommended.

Quite far from the centre, so that it is only interesting if you're going to take advantage of the Spa or that you need to sleep in the area. Going by public transport is a beating. Not worth it if you are visiting Madrid. The rooms are nice and clean, although in comparison with other NH in the I state does not reach the same level. The towel dryer was not working and the toilet not swallowed them all well. It was too hot in the room, but if you put them on, the air conditioning was blowing very cold (even regulating that was the minimum) and you stay there uneasy. In terms of the spa, offer only 40 minutes, free of charge to guests, which seems to me very little. As commented by another person, some time ago I was in the NH Eurobuilding, which also has a spa, and you could go when you wanted and no time limit. In any case, in 40 minutes you have time on making the circuit, because the spa is small. In addition, the day we went didn't work the Turkish bath, and none of the two monitors that I asked was able to give us a solution; we just said wait 5 minutes and told us something… but never came back to give us an answer. Do you RELAX? Not much. There was a family with a little girl screaming and not covering her ponytail with the shower cap (mandatory, according to asked to enter) and nor any monitor, they drew the attention nor the mother seemed worried.

The rooms are impeccable RAS we are missing anything that is clean, I loved the bathroom. However the restaurant side menu the addition is a little salty. There are restaurants in compensation just next to the hotel and a great market which makes it more beautiful life better.

I and my family we have stayed several times at the hotel, and it has apparently changed a few things since the end of 2013 on the theme of the SPA Before you could make unlimited use of these facilities to be hosted there with a great flexibility of hours (even at 8 in the morning) and since the change to the schedule has been reduced from 11 to 21 hours, being able to make use of only 40 minutes per day. This change for me is important because other hotels have the unlimited service with prices and an even more close to the center There I leave my opinion, I hope to serve them.

I attended a wedding about a month ago in this hotel and I must say that I loved it how they organized everything, took care of the details and were not excessively burdensome to the bride and groom, leaving themselves organized to your liking.
Seemed like an ideal place to celebrate weddings, I have to say that I would recommend it to anyone.
And on the other hand I could see one of the suite as a room. Both fabulous, logically the much more impressive suite, two bathrooms, a fully equipped living room and a large master bedroom. Standard rooms seemed to me to be also perfect, are an ideal size and the beds are very comfortable.

Good hotel, but it is not near city centre.

We launched the GPS to get to the hotel and we were like 15 minutes circling a roundabout in which there was nothing and that supposed that it was the hotel. At the end instead of putting the hotel we seek it by the direction in which supposed that it was and is that the hotel is poorly marked in Google Maps.
Then we got the car in the parking lot thinking that it fell within the use of the spa. We climbed from the car park directly to the spa and there have no receptionist nor anyone that tells you what you should do, where are the changing rooms, a chaos. Coincidentally we saw a gentleman with an outfit as of massage and it was indeed. The masseur (very nice) became the times of the spa receptionist. Go to the circuit and. Would relax? as not, to the little time entered 3 young to the circuit thermal to which not is les happened another thing that pull is to pump in the pool of the circuit are going that the relax in couple zero.! Then we finished, (facilities are normalitos, clothing is saturated water and change your clothes area is next to the showers which I don't understand) and I went to change the costumes for women because as there are no individual dressing rooms you have to messed there directly and clear, entered another girl who would be with their Daddies hosted in the hotel and let the costumes of entry and open exit door, all them present in the pool I saw as my mother I brought to the world (left by the damn breeding but already is had gone).

The spa is tiny but have everything, in addition is often not very full. They have good offers of massage + spa.

We had given a circuit in the Spa with 15 minutes of massage. They swarmed us without problems, and beyond that we were a half-day, have parking, which is welcome, the area is full of offices, but being lunch are lucky and did we lack. The spa is tiny, a swimming pool of 5 x 2 approximately, with two water beds, two swans, two jets in waterfall, sauna and Turkish bath. The pleasant experience, but surely we will find a spa with more variety next time. The masseur, Ukrainian, very nice, and the massage of 15 minutes, was not as short as I expected.

The other day I was at the Spa at this hotel. Cold winter day in which only want to be between jets of water and vapours. The hotel has very good looks. The spa is quite complete: jacuzzi, jets with different pressures, dry sauna and Turkish bath, and themed shower (shower with several jets at different points that usually came out cold). The offer that I had also included 15 minutes of massage. So it was exit cleansed and relaxed, so much that after spa. To the bed.

It is a very nice hotel in Madrid. I always prefer to be in this hotal whenever I am in Madrid.
