Wonderful room and view. Great food. Never seen breakfast like it in a hotel before. Excellent.

Nice place. Bit pricey but very nice rooms. Location is good, but not much nearby. You need to walk about 5 to 10 min to get to some good restaurants. Hotel itself is very good.

One of the most favorite hotels. Yes, maybe it's a little old, we should upgrade the furniture, but it's all nonsense. At the reception-very good staff, very loyal to the guests, always with great pleasure will help solve your problems. Very beautiful views from the rooms, the whole city is on the palm, good rich breakfasts. Separately I want to note loyalty to regular customers. I have been in the hotel 2 times, but always very much communicate with concierges and administrators due to heaps of their requests and hotelok. The last time I had to stay I needed to extend 2 rooms for 3 nights, with payment for eviction. I was offered literally a very low price and did not require any collateral, no credit cards for the pre-authorisation, and it is at almost full settlement, when the breakfasts were a turn. Also loved the spa on the 29th floor. I advise everyone to choose this hotel, just do not disappoint.

Ultra-modern hotel in a 30-storey skyscraper. Breakfast on the 30th:-) The conference here is also very good to carry out. The airport is at hand.

A perfect stay at a very well organised event during16-18 of April. Fantastic personnel, always helpful on all kind of information asked, regarding hotel or sight seeing spots. Excellent restaurant on the 30th floor. Breakfast with huge variety and with a local flair in taste. Loved the bed, the view, the lighting of the room and all kinds of meeting rooms that we used (some of them were really extraordinary! )

Nice hotel but a little impersonal.

A good hotel with all that is needed. Very nice breakfast, with splendid views from your restaurant. Obviously it's a five star so cheap isn't it. But the weekend you can find affordable offers to enjoy this hotel in one of the four emblematic towers of Madrid.

5 star Hotel very nice and clean. The spa and gym are on the top floor of the skyscraper. The view is fantastic and dominates a part of Madrid depends on what side you are of the city. Very comfortable bed The service is 5 star although prices are not cheap.

The facilities of scandal, the staff very very friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At 100 m there is a subway station that takes 15 — 20 minutes to get to the centre. Breakfast buffet with quality products and varied (special continental breakfast). Would return without hesitation.

Exquisite and impeccable treatment at all times. After the emergence of a technical problem with the heating (month of January), all the staff went out with the search for an immediate solution at untimely hours of the night.

Good location, new building with nice views of the city. The lights on the rooms are hard to find, you need a torch the first time. It lacks a bar at the top to enjoy the view at night.

Quizás sea uno de los restaurantes de más altura (a nivel literal) de Madrid, ya que desde aquí se puede gozar de grandes vistas de toda la extensión de la comunidad de Madrid, especialmente si hace un buen día y las nubes lo permiten.

Very nice hotel and clean rooms. Wide view of the surrounding area while eating, as the restaurant is far up, definitely worth a window seat to snag.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nearby there is a hospital, therefore sometimes noise from ambulances possible, in our case over the weekend but rather less heard of it.
Hotel a bit out of the way but a subway stop is not a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
In Spain it is possible to use. Definitely günster than taxis.

I went this weekend I booked by phone and when I got there I was assigned a room that was not the one I had booked, mine was a skyline overlooking the Castellana (starting from the 21st floor) and I was given one on the 15th floor so come down to claim and They very polite I changed it, everything great and the breakfast great.

Great spa in floor 29. Small but complete and with a stunning view from up high even in the sauna. Very recommendable!

Only stopped off for lunch and work in the lobby bar on level — 1. My calamari sandwich proved to be a delicious recommendation by the fabulous Slovak waiter. Enjoyed being surrounded by the Real Madrid players, coaches & families Hope to visit again.

It's awesome! I was invited to a presentation of a book and then offered a cocktail. A wonderful lounge on the 30th floor, spectacular views and very rich food. The service, excellent. Recommended to 100%… For those who can afford it.

Very nice and luxurious hotel but with nothing included in the price. The Spa costs €28 per person for just one hour…

The hotel is not bad, but not five stars, of course. Located in one of the three tallest buildings in Madrid. Not new, of the pluses a good view of the city from the windows. The metro center is 30 minutes away, the subway is a 5-minute walk away. It's 20 minutes in the car. Was at the corporate, in general the organization at a good level, that's only 2 people out of 100 poisoned after dinner (most likely sandwiches). Breakfasts are also scant, at 4. The coffee is disgusting, the fruit is good. The rooms are ordinary, generally all right, even toothbrushes with pasta are there. One problem — the towels are old, the dust is flying from them. Fitness in general on the top three, no turnstile and barbells. The rest of the shells are old, the tracks are shattered.

Authentic 5-Star rooms. Unbeatable rooms fabulous views. All services. Excellent breakfast and great Spa circuit. Very familiar. The staff were very friendly and friendly.

Service at the top responds to waiting ask. But I put them a 4 because I forget an object plugging in the TV and they told me that there was nothing I doubt strongly.

Great views of Madrid city. 5stars hotel. The spa have great views, but it have only a little pool and sauna (the best views from the hotel). The room (Junior Suite) was nice, 60m2, very clean and great illumination. There is a tastin menu at the main restaurant you must try. But, the staff wasnt too much helper and nice, and the prices at de Lobby Bar were very expensive.

Very good location, the views are wonderful and aesthetically beautiful. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The service left enough to be desired, every time we asked for something to reception had to be ordered several times and some services as the tub did not work (and we were not fixed).

Perfect Hotel! Luxurious room with quality materials in a refined atmosphere. Breathtaking view. Swimming pool and sauna in altitude! (Cons late Pool a bit excessive. More than €25 per person for 1h max! ). Breakfast not to be missed. There was nothing missing, delicious and at the top of the tower in addition! Access by Metro to the city centre in 20min. I recommend. One of the best hotel I have been able to do with my wife!

Rooms small l, location not great. Amenities s space eg not even a tissue box in room, or washcloths. 4 star at best with rooms wneities closer to 3.

Tremendous 5-star hotel in the highest capital of Madrid and overlooking the city located in the heart of Paseo de la Castellana one of the most comfortable and elegant hotels in the city, one of the 4 highest towers in the capital.
Optimal value for money, although it is for people with average purchasing level — high. Close to shopping areas. All kinds of transportation within reach and offer you all kinds of amenities. I recommend it to 100% if you can afford it. I have gone several times and my stays have been fully satisfactory to part of having had very good physical and mental rest.

It's a great restaurant! At an altitude of 116 m from the ground you will be welcomed and offered very exquisite and delicious dishes! A very good place to meet, socialize and enjoy both panoramic views, delicious food, and socializing!

The staff is very friendly, the rooms with spectacular views and spacious and the hotel is very well located! The detail of the dimmable lighting we loved! Breakfast was OK but you could improve something, the coffee was not too good and little staff to replenish.

Very nice establishment, modern with restaurant on the 30th floor which offers an impressive view. (prone to dizziness to avoid). Spacious and functional room, only downside parking at 25 euros per day…

Great price for an excellent hotel. Well located, 25 minutes from the Gran Via on the metro, so very close to the center and away from the crowd. Very kind staff, spectacular views. Really loved the place and would surely comeback.

Location is not the best for a vacationer to be within walking distance of any bars or fun areas of Madrid. However the quality of this hotel is top notch and it's only a 10 minute cab ride into the heart of the city. Incredible room. Absolutely comfortable and relaxing. Staff is stellar. It appears to be great for business travelers as it's in the new commercial district of the city.

We went to two recovery and its been every time top D so much that we started at the 20th floors to be at 25em may not finish the last floors.

Great views from the top, but strangely they decided to have the first 30 floors hotel and the next 20 offices, rather than the other way around.

Really nice bar in the basement to have a meeting with someone from the nearby towers if you'd like to meet somewhere more comfortable.

I was at a company event recently. Great room acodicionada and attention. The somewhat limited appetizer, but that's because my company not rasco Pocket.

It was all fast, reaching 23:30 I host and at 11:00 leave hotel. No time to appreciate nothing but both the building inside and out are a wonder and tmb service.

The hotel is amazing, and the excellent service, especially the front desk. Best rooms are obviously views, without detracting from the rest of aspects (facilities, cleaning, etc). The only drawbacks are the location, a bit far from everything, and indications for access by car to the roundabout in front of the hotel, who didn't see them anywhere and I had a ride to hit the site. Direct access from the side of Castellana.

A pass, is a site where you are comfortable in every way, it's not cheap, but you know you rest and know that you pay for something that is worthwhile, recommend a thousand times.

Perfect customer service, and good treatment. The views are spectacular and you see whole Madrid. Highly recommended. Prices are in line with a 5 star hotel and spa is great. Highly recommended for people who like luxury, rooms are super comfortable, large and have different modes of room according to the need of the time (such as for example read mode). Really, really well. The rooms are great. Very comfortable, with high ceilings and extraordinary views. The breakfast is compulsory. Lots of variety and very good quality. Natural juices, salmon, cheese and good sausages, good hot dishes, fruit… everything, and a living room with great views. The parking is expensive but really comfortable. The Spa is also very good. The couples massage is highly recommended to disconnect 100%.

If I can give a ZERO review I will do it! The receptionists are very unfriendly and rude! I cant believe how they treated their quest. I am a frequent traveller who travels 2x a year for 2 months per travel. My friend who travels with me was treated with disgust at the reception area. They put me in a room where aircondition is not working, after complaining the staff transfered me to a different room and still the aircondition is not working. Again, they transfer me to another room after complaining tirelessly to another room that the airconditioner is working. Just dont have any choice but to stay in this hotel that gave me a lot of headache! This hotel doesnt deserve to be called 5 star. Because they are not.

Nice and equipped with modern furniture and technical toys like the light and shades control. 20 min from airport and 20 min from city center by metro. Nothing interesting around but perfect for a short trip. It is like a mass processing in terms of check-in and check-out. Do not expect any personalized special service. Nevertheless the staff was friendly.

Absolute incompetence and informality at the time of booking of Spa. They changed the reserve twice, they did not offer us the treatment that we had booked and they even warned, we had to find us because we had the precaution of booking.

Spa. Gave us, one hour at the spa, the truth, because they belong to a hotel 5 *, we expected more than a small Turkish bath and sauna where even with good views also left to be desired in relation to the size, the jacuzzi was not bad. Run! terrible hotel. Very far away from ANYTHING! Lots of time and $ to go anywhere. Hotel calls themselves 5 stars overcharging what is not worthy. Front desk clueless about any city activities, no help at all. They tell you it takes 20 minutes by metro to town, it takes ONE FULL HOUR and transfer hassles. Hotel is dark tasteless nothing like the pictures on website. They probably used the pics from another hotel site. Hotel has no leisure area, no patio, terrace, or pool. To use the sauna or jacuzzi they charge you more and per hour! The restaurant is seriously overpriced a dinner for 2 is up to 100 euros, small, bad service, and not worthy. No commerce around, not even for a descent breakfast then they charge you 24 euros per person for it! I asked for olive oil and received butter. Asked for extra pillows, it was delivered without pillow cases. The TV is small 32 inches, no movie channel or pay per view option. The bathroom toilet and shower are separated in dark brown 2 x3 feet claustrophobic cubicles. The room view is to a construction site. I hate the place. I have stayed in 3 stars better than this dark hole.

One of the best hotels in the city of Madrid. While it is true that its price is a little higher in the middle of the city, if you make a reservation in advance, you can get a very affordable price.
The views are spectacular from either side of the building. The staff is excellent. The truth is that they make you feel special.
It has a spa on the 29th floor. Although it is a bit small, the views are amazing. When it gets dark it is super romantic.
The restaurant is located on the floor 30. On one side is 'Volvoreta', a restaurant to be able to turn without staying at the hotel (which I recommend 100%). The other, the area for guests. Breakfast is impressive, I think the best I've ever taken in my life. It is a buffet, and there are from pancakes and churros there sushi and champagne. That Yes, you can go to breakfast paying it apart without being hosted (costs 25 euros per person and no need to book).
The only "negative" is the excessive price of their room service and minibar.

Exterior hotel and interiormete this very well. Beautiful details, and good attention. Spectacular views undoubtedly was the hotel that was, the views are spectacular, no doubt, as it is in an exceptional location, and that now helps to make the hotel look much better.
Details to keep in mind for someone who will be hosted at the hotel for a week or two, water heaters, soluble coffee, for a hotel is not 5-star and with prices that have. Minimum should be style coffee makers, Nespresso, to use coffees or teas of capsules. Water heaters, there are up to in hotels without inconvenience.
And another thing I don't see well in a hotel 5 stars, is that you can go to the gym and you are not allowed to go to the sauna, or Turkish bath. That you must pay it separately (15 euro extra). I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms are clean, gorgeous, luxurious and have great views of Madrid if you get to have a room high up. The staff are also extremely helpful and kind. The only drawback is that its not really in central Madrid, so you will have to take a taxi to wherever you want to go, or take a taxi to the metro startion which is only 3 min nearby but difficult to walk to.
