Amazing hotel, good location and good service.

One of the worst hotels I've been in Europe in a very long time. They charge me even before I saw the room, and without giving me an invoice. There's a sign that says fitness center, but it's just a room with nothing in it. I called room service, no answer. And I can't even start to explain the ugly decoration. Should be 2 stars max.

Only visited the rooftop bar, not the hotel itself. Very nice rooftop with gorgeous views and tasteful decorations. Really appreciated the cool mist they spray across the space every few minutes if it gets too hot in the summer. That was definitely a nice touch. Would come here again to watch a sunset next time I'm in Madrid.

It is a very nice hotel, modern and with an unbeatable staff service. The breakfast buffet is worth it. Quality and a lot of variety. The rooftop terrace is very cozy.

Fantastic place, I just spent 7 days of vacation in Madrid and I chose this hotel to stay, impeccable with cleanliness, excellent service at breakfast, a beautiful terrace, and the reception always very friendly, I would stay again in this hotel always return to Madrid!

Great location in the middle of the street is great international breakfast. Why you deserve the 2 stars, however below I cons:
I have booked this hotel for a business trip of more than a week through a company website, which will receive the same rating.
Tiny rooms: for a weekend definitely comfortable with your carry-on luggage and your suitcase always made. For a long stay absolutely not. Wardrobe basically absent, I had to keep the suitcase open (in the only available space between bed and window) as only two hangers and no drawer were available. Luckily it was spring and I had no winter jackets to hang.
Kitsch hotel: let's say it looked more like a Bates motel (who wants to mean it).
Breakfast : as mentioned, it is a pity that it cost 16 euros.
Service : impeccable in check in and out
Price: very high for the above probably only reflects the location
Catering: Only a bar is available in the evening that offers pizza or toast. Such a 4-star hotel must have a minimum of catering service.

When we arrived I was asked for my passport because I wasn't European, but I never got asked while booking. There isn't any ramp for the luggage so you have to lift it over some stairs. I requested a Queensize bed as it was an special occasion yet I got stuck with two beds put together. We paid EXTRA to have a late checkout we did it with Samuel, yet the next day I went up to the room and the key wasn't working?! so what kind of service is that? The towel we had were supposed to be white, but they were yellow from use. The only good thing was that when we arrived to the room the air conditioning was on, decent internet. I can't say I liked anything else, maybe that there was water in the lobby and banana gummies, nothing else to be honest.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay off of Grand Via then this is the place. Great room, friendly staff, and the hotel has a great rooftop bar that overlooks the city. Highly recommend.

Hotel was really nice, however we got breakfast one morning and it was not good, especially for the price. Better off going out of the hotel for meals. They spent too much money on hotel decorations and would have been better off investing in an omelette station or something to make he dining experience better. Staff was nice for the most part.

Very good location in Gvi 66 of Madrid. Next door many shops and restaurants. Good service and nice lobby cafeteria on first floor. A terrace bar with nice views of Gran via.

I stayed there for two days. ON THE first day, I was given a room where the air conditioner did not work properly. The windows opened to a closed off patio surrounded by tall buildings. The room stayed hot because the cooler night air did not reach the windows to ventilated the room. I turn on the air AGAIN with the windows open and went to sleep. Two hours later a powerful smell of rotten eggs coming from the air vents woke me up. I changed to a different room on the following day. While I was only in my T shirt getting dressed in the bathroom I heard the front open. I poked my head through the bathroom door to see a man standi g half way through the door. I told him not to come in because I was not dressed. He told me he was bringing me a complimentary bottle of water. I told him To stay out. He walked in nevertheless to place the bottle in the small snack area. When I call reception to voice a complaint the young lady told me the management had a right to walk in because I did not put the do not disturb sign on the door. I explained that the man failed to knock and that he ignored my requests to keep out she said he did not hear me. I am a new yorker, a high school teacher of 20 years plus. I can project my voice over a classroom full of boisterous teens. I spoke loud enough… I left without staying the night. Upon leaving I met the manager of the hotel who offered to help. Water underder the bridge.

All new and beutiful. Nice food at breakfast. Good price for the center. Terrace on the 10th floor is MUST GO!

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff as well as their facilities in general are the strengths of this accommodation.
We stayed only for one night, although we would have liked to have stayed a couple of days more at least, but the working circumstances were not allowed.
The rooms are design, it is a hotel that is like new and very well kept. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is quite large in comparison to other hotels in the area.
On the other hand, the hotel has an agreement with the Saba parking of the Plaza de los Mostenses (less than 1 minute walk from the hotel door), so it is advisable to ask at the reception when checking in for more information.
Finally, we were unable to make use of the chill out terrace they have on the rooftop because just the day we left the hotel they were starting to prepare it, but the guy at the front desk invited us to come up kindly so that we could enjoy the views for about Minutes.
It is definitely a hotel that I recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Madrid.

We stayed, two days ago, the hotel is very well located, very good soundproofing, very nice décor, the room with a normal size but the large bathroom, with two square sinks, very practical, the shower with a lot of pressure, an original sliding door, Beautiful, comfortable beds, lighting regulation, good idea, various options but there are details that are damaged and can be improved, several rods in the painting, in the armchair, in different joints of corners, inside the closet with a very high bar to Put the clothes on. With regard to the reception staff, the attention, normal, the breakfast staff, very good, friendly, attentive, very good service. Breakfast cost us 13 euros per person, it is worth it, it is very good, full. In general, the hotel, we admired a lot. Recommended.

Absolutely loved the hotel. The location is perfect. We were lucky to have a 10th floor room with very large terrace. The views were amazing. The rooftop cocktail area was closed when we visited (February) but when reopened in mid-March, I'm sure it will be wonderful to be able to relax up there with a G&T after a day's sightseeing! We will return again soon.

I was on Sunday February 18 and the truth that I could not be better, a day when the Gran via is quiet to walk and be able to stay in the best hotel in Madrid in my opinion. I often come to Madrid for work, and certainly having tried several, this is my home.

The hotel is in a great location as it's on the gran via. There are 3 metro station near by making it easy to get around the city. Loads of bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away from the hotel.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Gran Via. We stayed there to see the music of the Lion King that was opposite. They left us detail in the room at no cost for my partner's birthday. Very nice hotel.

Hotel quite well located, the decoration of the rooms very nice and modern. The attention, both on reception as waiters, excellent. The hotel is to take pictures in any corner. Hotel not very large but central. Friendly staff. Reception area, normal. Double access to the hotel, one of them for people with reduced mobility as well as access to the elevators. These are glass to contemplate the colorful stained glass windows. It also has a striking white marble staircase. Rooftop with views, free entrance, whether you are or not a customer to take something accompanied by good music and good views. It does not have its own parking but next door there is one with which you have an agreement for the clients of your hotel.

A hotel in the central, or Centro, part of Madrid. Nice clean rooms, helpful English speaking staff, relatively responsive to customer needs, all at a competitive rate. Nothing out of this world, but easily satisfied my girlfriend's relatively high standards.

Right in the footsteps of Gran Via. Hotel with rooms with good views, good sizes, really comfortable beds, with safes, a small fridge and nice, big, really clean bathrooms. The breakfast is quite good and the people who work there are very helpful. It also has baggage drop-off. They even leave complementary water and gummy bears on the room :). I even forgot my glasses and they kept them for me for over one month until I was able to go back to Madrid.

Situation excellent, in full Center of gran via. The terrace chill out overlooking all gran via a pass, the only downside that would it would be bath, which, in my room, at least, was quite small and I stay at one of the best suites with terrace.

One of my hotels of reference in Madrid both its location and its interior design. Especially attractive and interesting for lovers of cinema since they have cameras and other equipment film the length and width of the common areas. 2 terraces on the ground 7 and 9 offer one of the best views of the rooftops of Madrid and up to the Northern sierra. It is possible to enjoy stunning sunsets with a cocktail or some other snack :)

I do not know the rooms, because I've never hosted me in them, but the terrace is simply spectacular. Be careful with the smallest detail, and located in a privileged site of Madrid. Top!

One of the most elegant hotels of madrid in the center of the h via madrid, and with any kind of party, local, restaurants near the. A few steps from plaza españa. The rooms are very large and original. The pressure is not very cheap but it can be assumed.

Great location, near everything. Even though it's spot on Gran Via, the rooms are quite and there's no sound from the traffic. Lovely roof top terrace for a afternoon drink. We didn't have breakfast there, so on that point I don't have any opinion. Helpful staff.

Great value for a boutique hotel. Been various times and will go again. Rooms may be a little on the small side, but impeccable design, totally retro, and very well kept. You have to pay for Wi-Fi, which is quite annoying on business trips, but very good place and location. Metro station just on the side, so you get to all the places you want to visit conveniently.
