I had a very big room. It was very clean and the employees were really helpful with ordering me a taxi.

He's got it all. Central location, spacious and clean rooms, but most importantly, service. Susana is a lovely girl with class and style. I will definitely repeat! Thanks to the entire Exe team, from the first to the last.

The picture that can give the reception has nothing to do with the one in the rooms. The problem is they don't serve breakfasts and that's a great fault and point against.

It is very well located, Central, close to everything. The rooms are very spacious! The only flaw is that it has no breakfast but you can request electric jug and in front of the hotel there are places to buy everything to start the day.

Pretty good better than expected PA to be the typical of the city center.

Located in the heart of the city, 2 minutes from the sun. It is an aparthotel and therefore has a kitchenette with vitroceramic hob and microwave oven. The room is very spacious, with two windows that give natural light to the room during the day. On entering is the mini-kitchen, with a large hall where there was a comfortable couch. In the background is the bedroom with a large and comfortable bed. The bathroom is also spacious and even houses an electric thermos which serves hot water to the room. It has bidet and plenty of amenities (including dental and shaving kit). Everything is great even the lighting: the roof is plagued with spotlights, lamps on the bedside tables, etc. Television also has a generous display. The room temperature is nice and it almost did not need to turn on the air conditioner (in March and with outside temperature of 7 degrees). The staff at the hotel are very friendly and polite: the receptionist catered to other guests when we arrived and apologized for waiting no more than 5 minutes. A hotel to repeat without any doubt.

The location excellent, the attention in reception is very good, very clean and spacious rooms. But without breakfast. Without a doubt we will return.

Good cleaning, very comfortable room the size of a studio apartment, reception in room very pleased with and tray of fruit teas and plenty of (they facilitated a heater). In general without any complaint. Well located and good treatment.

The attention is very good, the receptionists nice and help you with all doubts. The rooms beautiful! As shown in the pag of the hotel. Good location as a few blocks of the metro and just 1 block to the avenue with all the shoping.

We loved this hotel. Its situation is privileged, it is close to everything, although the parking is a problem, luckily we got parking in the hotel. Great time. Highly recommended.

It is an outstanding hotel, deserves the 15 points definitely. Very well located next to Gran Via with many restaurants and despite this the apartment was very quiet. The apartment was huge with its own kitchen and lounge. The room was clean and comfortable. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and attentive. Ad Super Price.

This hotel makes me want to come back to Madrid. The location is great with access to all the best parts of Madrid just steps away, yet quiet since it's one street behind Gran Via. The staff are exceptionally helpful and assists you with anything you need. Facilities are great except for the bathroom which doesn't have a curtain for half the area so floor gets wet after showering. Inner rooms are very quiet that face the courtyard. Great for sleeping.

Cleaning is maximum and there is a small defect in the rooms the quality/price ratio is very good, given the Central located.
Eye if you are coming by car that the street is residential and yes or Yes, I recommend to call the hotel before to consult should be fine.

The hotel rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. The hotel is located on a somewhat seedy street near the Plaza de Espana, but we quickly got over that after we settled in to our room. And saw how close we were to everything. I'd stay here again.
