My favorite hotel when I'm in Madrid! I love it, the rooms, the décor and the very friendly staff.

Definitely the best place I’ve ever stayed in Europe and possibly my entire life. Service was amazing the food was amazing the staff was incredibly nice. From the time I walked in to my departure impeccable how great this hotel really was. It’ clearly surpasses all my expectations and made Madrid a place I can definitely come back time and time again staying right here. They deserve 10 stars plus one.

This is most likely one of the cutest Boutique Hotels I ever stayed in… fantastic design, stylish surrounding, good service and some of the staff looks like fresh from the catwalk… perfect place to stay in Madrid if you are a more visual person and enjoy gorgeous interior design…

Wonderful hotel. You will love from first step. Very good and kind personal, interesting design, good atmosphere. Have few bars and restaurants with good food and different drinks, amazing lobby — bar with chimney for relax or work time. Also a good place to have a meeting or just coffee, or lunch.

Is my first option when coming to Madrid & when I can't get a room, is highly disappointing. Perfectly located, beautifully decorated. Excellent customer service & comfortable rooms. Yet, pillows need to be changed. Is my only complaint. The new handy, free cell use, is an excellent addition to the hotel. Also, the 2 indoor and outdoor bars h restaurants are a great choice if you don't want to venture out. This hotel in Only You, if you like yourself. Lol.

Great Boutique Hotel. Great Location in Old City. Rooms small but well designed and functional. Staff outstanding and extremely helpful. Hotel is lively with extremely unusual decor — one set of elevators is lined top to bottom with faux books. Close to Metro — 3 minutes. Enjoy!

Very good place to stay. Excellent customer service. If you book for breakfast it is full day available and it is served. So you don't miss. Very close to metro. Good for family or business trips.

I liked the hotel very much. It has rooms with stairs and they have several floors with an impressive terrace. The bathroom is also spectacular. A giant bathtub, also very spacious shower… In short, very well!
We went to a presentation but as it is all so, is 100% recommended!

Very poor service of attention on the terrace with an unprofessional waitress. He forgot what we asked for, then he brings what he wants without corresponding partly to the order and changes it with bad shapes. To all this we added the three times we had to ask for the account and the tables that served before us and came much later. I honestly think it's not worth the price for the poor service offered.

Beautiful hotel, with somewhat unusual breakfast — there is no buffet so you have to wait waiters to make an order which can take serious amount of time if there is a lot of guests. I was in a hurry so on second day I had to leave without breakfast because I did not have time.

Great Boutique Hotel. The staff is excellent, has a bar served x waiters/bar cater for a superlative professionalism, and is perhaps the best bars in Madrid. I recommend the Hotel without any obstacles.

The variety of the menu is somewhat scarce, but in general it is all very good quality and good presentation. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They also have the menu option (economical). Recommended.

Excellent location with an unbeatable service. The food was delicious (I tried the monkfish skewer, the cannelloni with Rabbi de Toro and artichokes). The very generous and well-elaborated portions. Recommended.

Wow! What a hotel, absolutely amazing in every aspect. The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel is super cool, so much attention has been paid to the design. The rooms were large, comfy beds, quality bathroom products, I'd defiantly stay next time I'm in Madrid. The only negative is that I only stayed for one night!

Very good location We ordered some wines and they put a great tapa, a detail that is appreciated. Everything looked so good. A very harmonious decor, I would spend the day there.

Very nice Hotel. Recovery was important. The fifth star is missing for the tiny gym and the lobby a bit claustrophobic.

Hotel with a lot of glamour. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and very quiet. Perfectly located, it allows you to tour the center without the need to use transportation although it has all types around.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. The Team is helpful and professional, they even remembered me from my last visit and my name! Huge points! The location is perfect there's several restaurants around that are excellent. There is a gluten free restaurant and bakery in the hotel and it is AMAZING! The hunk of lemon bread I got with my coffee was enough for two snacks! You can't miss the gummies at the desk they are from Italy and are sublime!

The hotel is good in general. Nice décor. Nice. Helpful staff. But specifically my room a little small and star beds for the price you pay.
I recommend it. But maybe the price EUR 245 per night is excessive in the room I was in.

Only YOU Boutique hotel is very well located in central Madrid, being 15 minutes walk from many of the highlights of the city centre. There are three bakeries very close by, including an excellent gluten free one in the building itself. The hotel is fantastically decorated, and has 2 bars. The breakfast runs from 7 am to 11pm (yes! Until 11pm! ) and on our visit was a buffet one day, and a la carte on the other. The food is excellent, and includes typical continental offerings as well as Spanish dishes. The rooms are excellent, very comfy beds, great rain type showers and overall a very good quality of furnishings. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel in the center of the city near the Gran via and close to the Chueca district. Fine and well organized staff. The structure is really appreciable.

Amazing boutique hotel. So centrally located with beautiful decor and fantastic staff. Ivan greeted us in the AM and got us taxis to and from the airport and train station. Highly recommend this to anyone looking in the area.

Beautiful and cozy room. We stayed on the fourth floor in an interior room and it was wonderful. Door and reception staff were friendly and attentive. The attached bar makes some great cocktails! Would recommend.

Amazing hotel. The location is great whith many restaurants and shops nearby, you are in the center of Madrid and minutes away from all the fun stuff spots. People in the hotel are very friendly and the service is of high standards. A wine and cocktail bar downstairs are available to make the experience even better.

Where should I start… First of all, the interior of this hotel is unique and super stylish. Everything is on point, and we felt comfortable from the beginning. However, the interior is not everything. A hotel can only be as good as it's staff. And let me say, this was definitely one of the best experiences I had so far! The difference is in the details: Sharay was super nice to us and spoiled us with little details, as we were celebrating a birthday. Overall, we had an unique experience and would definitely come back any time. The location of the hotel is also perfect, away from the mass tourism. Keep on doing what you are doing, and you'll be great! Coming back for sure! Thank you Only YOU!

Beautiful place to stay, and to have tea or combined at any time. They are two united buildings that retain original architectural details and not miss the elevators that are next to the bathrooms, surprise assured.

The service of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, to be a hotel that costs so much money. There are thousands of better hotels in Madrid. I'm not coming back. Greetings and I hope you serve.

Love this hotel. Staff are very helpful room was comfortable with separate hallway, bathroom, cupboard room and bedroom. There is a lounge area, bar area, indoor and outdoor dinning plus connected to a fantastic gluten free cafe. Breakfast is off the menu and would have been better buffet (no cornflakes for Aussies). The decor is amazing throughout the hotel. Within walking distance of many sights and transport.

Great staff, and fab hotel with excellent location. Room is a bit small and gym needs updating as it's too small. Otherwise would happily recommend staying here.

Amazing location, supportive staff. You can ask anything you need and they for sure will help you out. Rooms are generally nice, although some are pretty small. Category is definitely 4 stars superior.

Without a doubt, until now, the best hotel where I've been. With facilities that are totally new, hair dryers, hair iron! kettle, alarm clock, bath, bathrobe, slippers, set, dental, shaving, shower gel, shampoo, etc… we will not lack detail! The staff is not friendly, is the following, appointed especially to Ricardo that he was great! The letter-to-eat, very good quality, the cocktails wonderful and the breakfast spectacular! and with great views,. I sure!

The hotel is very good, bed very comfortable, the employees very helpful and nice. Central and with the metro to the door. But the price is too high.

We dined in the restaurant on the top floor, a menu of great made by cooks american. All terrific. And the best part is the treatment of employees (Ana, Alejandro…) friendly to the max!. A great experience, definitely will repeat. My children have felt like at home.

The best part about this hotel is its location, right in the heart of the city. Rooms are well lit, they offer a good breakfast and have a roof top bar with amazing view.

The lobby restaurant is cool but staff still a bit confused. Nice food, chic atmosphere. They charge 3€ pp for service. Always ask to remove it, it's illegal to charge for service in Spain.

The views from the rooftop terrace are unbeatable! You can see Gran Via and Plaza of Spain. You have to book yes or yes, because it is not very big, but if you go at odd times you can take something. It is preferable to go when the weather is nice to sit outside and so enjoy the views ;)

Wonderful location with many of the major sights in walking distance and if not, a Metro Stop right outside. Rooms are a good size and has everything you would possibly needed. Beds are huge and very comfortable. Didn't eat in the restaurant but enjoyed a few sunset beverages on the roof top bar which had a great view and given its location was well priced! A great base for exploring Madrid.

Only you are going to spread across the block between Augusto Figueroa and calle Barquillo. Has opened several salons and terraces interior where it is very pleasant to take a drink.

I like the comfort and spaciousness of the lounges for a cocktail, the Old Fashioned they prepare it very well. The restaurant's menu of mediterranean cuisine is also very good.

Barcoctelería, very good, excellent staff. Wine bar in front of theatre InfantaIsabel, introduction deceptive wine, choose range highest x you and charge 7, 5 euro cup, = change your interest in the product accompany wine and once it has been requested t say q close to 10 min. Abusive. An aperitif 37 euros. But above all treatment and offense to your intelligence.

I holidayed here and found it to be a great couples getaway! Would really recommend the hotel… be warned if you order late night champagne, it will be opened in your room, clothed or not!

I stayed at the Only You hotel twice with my family during our recent holiday in Madrid. The caliber of the staff and their friendliness right from the time you get help with your bags from the friendly Dan or Jamie or the warm efficient handling of your check in and subsequent requests from Raul, Lucia, Maria, David at the Front Desk was phenomenal and then the nice liquid diet experience at the bar with Michel or our friend from Peru, who was a superwoman serving us at the restaurant be it breakfast or dinner and then at the bar and even finding time to teach me simple Spanish was something to cherish.

This really is a very good hotel, The staff here are excellent-the bar and other public places are great, as this restaurant, and the rooms were very delightful. The hotel location is very good. We're in the beautiful lounge met the other passengers, and they chat. The hotel staff remember our names — is really pleasant. We will be back.

A friend recommended we booked three nights on the Internet, also in No. 9.2 back home one night. Hotel is a charming boutique hotel. Design is great, when you step into the hotel, you can feel relaxed. I really can't describe the staff helpful and friendly. When we have the opportunity to eat brunch on Sunday, it is strongly recommended you can try.

In March when we were here for a weekend, stay for two days. This lovely hotel, we had the impression more profound. Staff super warm and friendly welcome to us! Everyone stands ready to provide help. We don't have any special needs, for one thing, I want an Ironing Board, and immediately sent to the room it! Breakfast was delicious, buffet staff were very gracious, friendly, and helpful. We had a very pleasant time!

This boutique hotel is very good, the surrounding is very quiet. Bed very comfortable, the sheets Soft, the bathroom is also cool, big spray head. I love the hotel, the decoration is second to none for me. What I tried in the restaurant a delight; especially the tuna from almadraba with wasabi. The bulge of the tail of a cow very tasteless. But in general pleased by the treatment and the space.

Loved this place! Friendly staff, awesome decor throughout the hotel. The downstairs bar held our champagne bottles throughout our stay and we had glasses whenever we pleased. Its location is across the street form a famous theatre and centrally located from food and shopping. Very cool part of town, reminds of Soho, NYC. My wife and I will refer friends and family because of our warm experience. Thank you.

Great service, location and ambiance. Bilingual and very friendly staff. Breakfast is à la carte and can be painfully slow. However the food is well worth it. Do try the donughts while at it! Also note that the room dies not provide a kettle or amenities to make your tea. You have to get tea at the foyer. Very suited for business or holiday, but not very child-friendly.

I would define the hotel as with impeccable attention and an excellent deal. The rooms are well equipped and the sensation of entering a different world is at a maximum. Special attention to the brunch, without a doubt one of the best, with a great variety of meals and dishes. The service follows the high quality standards of the entire installation.

Hotel beautiful, what most caught my attention is the possibility to enjoy its spacious lounge, bar or restaurant without this hosted in the hotel, because everything is before the reception. It seems to me a site with a special charm. Highly recommended if you are vacationing for being right in the Centre but at the same time in an area quiet.

This hotel was amazing. I highly recommend it. We left stuff in Madrid and they worked with us in a timely manner to get everything back to the United States. We will be back to this hotel when visiting Madrid again.

A beautiful hotel, with a modern and contemporary design perfect for go to brunch (only Sundays) or continental breakfast served both as the a la carte breakfast, very highly recommended with fruit, sweet sausage eggs and everything else you can imagine (which by the way does not limit time, if you want to go to the one in the afternoon for breakfast you can) also has products for celiac and lactose intolerant! perfect for chatting with friends.

Beautiful. The hotel most charming in that I've never been. It is modern but super cosy design at the same time. When you walk through the door of the hotel every corner surprises you. The spectacular decoration. All the staff (reception, bar, restaurant) exquisite.

Hotel suuuuupermegahiper cool in calle Barquillo which draws the attention of anyone passing by there. Modern, with a beautiful reception and a few lounges to enjoy the after-work and be surrounded by beautiful people Madrid. I can only speak of the restaurant (as I should have stepped on some room of the hotel. ) and only goodness. Everything I tried I loved, from the artichokes with Parmesan, risotto of trumpets and Black diamonds, cod, beef taco and desserts. All a demonstration of how to combine the modern kitchen with the Mediterranean without bombastic way. Come on, be a pleasure for the palate in an exquisite environment because the Restaurant Lounge is for photo, while the lighting seemed to Dim slightly. Not cheating if I tell you that you cheap cheap is not but if you look at the menu, which you can check on their website, is not nothing excessive for the quality that we are talking about.
