Everything was very nice for what we paid. The breakfast was hit or miss. I loved it but my husband didn't as much. There was nice fruit but the bacon was not very good.

The Hotel rooms are very nice. Front desk staff are pleasant and very helpful. Room service is non existent at 8 PM as advertised. This is because they are trying to open for everyone at the same time. A hotels room service should be available for most hours of the day. If they opened room service at 6 PM they would find a happier clientele, rather than a rush of business all at once to accommodate the restaurant and room service. A poor balance of needed resources to do both well.

Nice and clean hotel near Las Rozas on the outskirts of Madrid. The rooms are very very big, often with a separate living room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good for the price. Taxis are a bit hard to get in this area. We had to wait quite a while for one. The hotel is near the highway in a quiet neighbourhood. For things to do you need to go to the city center which can be 30 to 45 minutes to get there.

I have gone several times and always give a good deal, it is very quiet, no noises, attentive and sympathetic, I got a spacious room, the cleanliness is super good and the hotel's own parking is very good but outside the hotel, in the same about the entrance there is always Site too. Highly recommended for everyone. Thank you very much for all the attention received and all the details.

Very quiet place, very large room and clean. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. They have own parking in addition to public parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Habitación en planta baja, muy ruidosa, tanto por estar cerca de recepción como por los preparativos del. Comedor que están a escasos 4 metros. El personal del comedor no era demasiado amable que digamos… la ubicación no es demasiado buena y lejana a todo tipo de servicios.

Although we had booked a normal double room, we were allocated a split suite in lounge and bedroom, totally free. The beds are really comfortable and both the room and the bathroom were very clean.
The breakfast is very complete and varied, there are coffee capsules, cocoa in chicken, chocolate, juices, pastries, batons and churros, sausages and cheeses and other salted products. Although the lounge where we had breakfast was small, they have another larger room in the case of more customers.

The room was not bad but the breakfast was pitiful. Really, to make a complaint. The "natural" orange juice had bubbles (as if it were fermented), the bad coffee with a burning taste, impossible to drink, the pastries was hard and the turkey was sticky, to know how many days it had. There was no one to attend you, occasionally a waiter appeared.

Hotel de las Rozas I love the times I'm trying to catch there because it is very nice free apartment spacious and very clean hotel with very nice treatment, return.

The rooms are huge, they look minipisos. Comfortable and intimate place, definitely advisable. The only bad thing is how far it is.

I can't put any flaws. Everything was very clean and the staff Correctisimo. I recommend it.

We spent this last night at the hotel and we have been super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have to mention in particular Nuria who was the one who attended us when we arrived and treated us wonderfully! Room good locality espaciosaaa, clean and very comodaaa! Excellent breakfast! Ample garage and Wi-Fi. I will definitely be back to repeat and stay at this hotel next time Q return to Madrid.

Right Hotel. Right next to the A6, you don't have to deviate almost anything. Clean and tidy rooms. Good variety of breakfasts and dinners (this more brief). I used it for work and would repeat without problems.

A quiet hotel with a curious interior style that reminds a little of a shopping center, but elegant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. It has a restaurant and a conference room. Ideal for business trips.

Very renovated but regular qualities… very cold.

Hotel pretty old, room almost without any power plug. Air conditioning very noisy and my room was at ground floor, just in front of the breakfast area (! ). We tried to book a cab at 7.45 and the driver arrived at 9.10.

This hotel is terrible, the rooms are disgusting, it is not safe, nothing to like. I am here for work and cannot wait to leave. The furniture is cheap plywood that is peeling. The baseboards look like the room has flooded as they all have water damage. The pillows are terrible and flat, the beds are hard as a rock with springs that dig into you. Changed rooms to not be on the main floor.

Is a shame for this Hotel the "PUTICLUB" is very close. Otherwise recommend it.

It took two days to be able to receive a iron, the Wi-Fi is always off-line.

Wi-Fi only serves to get you on the page of the hotel and the beds are very uncomfortable. To go to any site take
half hour in car as minimum.

Cosy hotel located next to the highway a6 with free parking. The rooms are very large and the corridors spacious. Breakfast buffet is good.

Horrible experience! We stayed there for a wedding, lost US 2 suitcases, which inexplicably appeared in zaragoza, pledged to repay us the tickets so the clothes that we had to buy and have months refused to repay it to us. The manager that responds to the name of Jesus saw a lousy, we called him and they always put us excuses "which had left".

The hotel is very new, clean and good price. The rooms are very spacious, in addition to the beds are equipped with desk, sofa and TV with HDMI and USB. Also say that almost every site you look at free Sockets. The breakfast buffet is quite good for the price that has and is varied. Underground parking free and closed. In terms of staff, they have been very kind and we have attended very well everything what we asked. I repeat, no doubt.

Rooms are very spacious but flaw that I see is the low temperature regulation that has and lousy service of connection to the Internet that offer, in terms of common areas tend to be very clean and in the cafeteria you have breakfast pretty good, €6 free buffet breakfast, where one has the variety to choose. I liked the availability of one of the receptionists who, even while closed the cafeteria offered to make us a cup of coffee, was very attentive, although those of the night, not so much, since we ask pillows because they are very fine, but did not appear anyone.

Comfortable, cheap and free parking. A great choice to visit Madrid without paying hotel in the Center, and don't mind taking the car.

To my opinion had k be a pelin mas grande the hotel to have a few services a poko best x example housekeepers have k to put to someone who is clean and knows not to cualkiera. K that low a lot of the clientele the people save when something is good and another bad wins and nose room breakfast and dinner should be bigger ; by being on the outskirts of madrid, which lost not putting a swimming pool. More people who puts effort wins normal and more x to do things well, I is a council.

Every time we come to Madrid, we stopped at the Hotel Almenar. At the beginning it seemed far away from the Centre, but on the train, in 20 min. You are in the Sun Gate. Beyond the exquisite attention of staff, spacious rooms, and they have always given us a huge room, but when I say huge. It is huge, it is mas big that our floor, and for only 45 euro. As I say, the attention is great staff welcome and the girls who clean the rooms, and also of the waiters at the restaurant.

Highly recommended a quiet, Super services. A hug to the personal.

Very spacious, clean, hotel located in quiet place and own parking. Must have car.

From the hotel you can go to the Centre of Madrid from the train, whose stop is 5 minutes from the hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly during our stay. The Suite which gave us is a very bright and spacious room. Highly recommended hotel.

Negatives : Food is poor and expensive. At best the staff are present, but sullen and few and far between. Wi-Fi is slow and sketchy. Its in a bad location with nothing near by but a motorway. Posatives : Its clean, dry and cheap. But then so is Camping. I have stayed in much better hotels, with less stars. This 4 star hotel is scratching the barrel in terms of service and quality.
