Good place of passage. At the entrance of Madrid, quiet, easy access and with comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet of quite good quality, not very plentiful but more than enough. Uncovered parking next to the hotel and drinks included in the reception.
A recommended hotel if you do not want to enter to Madrid and at an economical price.

An excellent hotel! Clean, comfortable, and something that has caught my attention is that they offer free drinks, coffee, tea, juices, etc. During 24 hours. By the way, coffee is Delta coffee. I loved that detail. % recommended.

The staff was very helpful, especially Fernando. He was extremely helpful and patient when explaining how to get to things. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was reliable and the complimentary juice, water and coffee was nice. Only negatives: there is no airport transfer (taxi costs 50-55€ each way) ; not much to do around the hotel (no pool) ; and it is too far away from Madrid Centro. Have to take a train for 40 minutes, but it only costs 2, 60€ each way and wasn't hard to do (with Fernando's help).

Big room for 1, good for 2. Bathroom acceptable. To my liking it lacks some decoration, too sober. Well in general.

Outside of Madrid, good when you need to continue travelling up North. Our room was nice and clean. There were two things I didn't like. One were the plastic glasses in the bathroom. A hotel of such category and high standard should provide normal glasses. We have way too much plastic all over the world, no need to add more. Also the sweet section at breakfast had been out in the air for far too long which means that it dried up. Better to put out fewer, keep adding them more often and have them fresh rather than put out a whole load and let them dry out.

Comfortable Hotel, excellent service, the employees are very friendly and they help you with everything. Breakfast is varied and you have gluten-free products. A good option to stay in Las Rozas!

Nice room, but without safe. I had very good Wi-Fi in lobby and in the room. Breakfast is nice but not enough choice. There is always free coffee in the lobby.

Rooms very clean, spacious and functional. In my case I've been several times for business reasons. Although it is located next to the motorway, not listen to noise at all and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is the standard, but very comprehensive. The worst thing is the access from the service road of the highway, that if you don't ride a hustlers you spend. The correct personal and attentive. The parking is ample and easy to access.

Well the Hotel is well… Some things can be improved… As the towels that seemed to sandpaper… They are very harsh… Lack fabric softener… And in the room there was no newsletter for call reception or make other indication… And well there is no fridge in the room… … Otherwise well… The elevator was broken… The environment is quiet… I liked that.

Very expensive for a three star hotel when there is neither fridge nor courtesy of the hotel for the traveler neither soap nor toothpaste compete with the hotel Almenar which is four stars and is twice the best prices hotel Almenar for being four stars and has detail S with the Traveler and Hotel Madrid Las Rozas of three stars same price for the proximity to RENFE and buses and why it has the Carrefour next door I recommend Almenar if you can much better with fridge and same prices and newer beds not like this B&B hotel Madrid Pinar de las Roza s that has some rooms with old beds mattress sounds to disturb the neighbor even we have already found rooms in which missing furniture like the armchair and another like Butaquilla where to leave the backpack and purse and dispenser of handkerchiefs, or is that Every time they take away more things from the rooms… Still no fridge and no courtesy for the traveler I keep saying very expensive for a three star hotel.

Budget Hotel. Clean. Silent. Very nice. Lovely service. The truth that of the best I have found for this price. Great detail coffee and infusions free 24 hours. I'm going back.

Excellent place. Very comfortable. And at a price more than accessible. Pilar a genie. The best receptionist.

I was a long time ago and they have refurbished the rooms. Before there was carpeting, and that many people disappear will seem great. But they have also removed the infusions, the kettle and the couch! Now the room is, in my opinion, cold and empty. There is an empty 3x3 hole where you can hit good dances. But the comfort of the bed has not changed and only for that it deserves the four stars of this valuation.

How budget hotel is great. It has free parking for guests as well as Wiffi.
The staff is very nice.
The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom with bathtub.
It's just outside, in the commercial area.
The only bad thing is that it is walking to the freeway and at night if you are sensitive to noise it will cost you to sleep.

Theo room was ok. Theo brekfast not to good. Also Theo Wi-Fi is note to fast.

Near Madrid. Spacious, clean and noise-free room. Garage included. Good Finalice Quality-price.

OK for a night, free and safe parking. Room had a thin door to the next room, you can hear everything happening in the hallways and neighboring rooms.

Out of town, secluded position, and no night vigilance.

The hotel was fine. It was difficult for us to find the way into the hotel. The hotel is positioned close to a huge shopping center.

What I like the most is that they have the option of late check out, which means that paying a little more you can leave the room at 16:00 instead of 12:00. In the other hotels I've ever been to, if I wanted to go out later, had to pay for another full night, even though I really do not tarry the night. Apart from that the rooms are nice, there is good availability (other hotels are almost always full) and the price is not excessive. On the negative side is that some rooms have the window very close to the road and hear the noise, that there is not blind but a heavy curtain that still let in enough light, that the shower screen is very small and hardly protects from splashes, and that its location makes it a must have car or take taxi. But let that in general this very well.

Practically impossible to access, expert, or taxi drivers find it, without signaling and dangerous entering and exiting, will have to pay the car that they take Commission and the price of what them want and besides questionable illegality.

Despite being close to the suburban train station Pinar de las Rozas it is impossible to walk to the hotel. The bad food, at least pizza. If you do not bring your car, you can't get anywhere walking.

Fantastic experience at the hotel. We did a product presentation and you leave the meeting rooms free of charge, you just have to hire a snack. The that alli stayed who came from outside Madrid were pleasantly surprised by the service and the price. Recommended.

The hotel this well, I could go with my dog without any problems, the breakfast for 6€, but the dinner is bad, advice to go out to dinner, frozen pizza of poor quality, cream of mushrooms about, a meat with sauce so salty that it was incomible…

We stayed a weekend for a course of Nordic Walking, and we are not convinced too the meals and dinners at the restaurant (veg pot, steak badly made,. ) that is to say, that convinced us too. For the rest, rooms normalitas to the category of the hotel.

Cheap Hotel and clean. It is on the outskirts of Madrid, but if that is what you are looking for more than recommended. The staff very friendly. Careful with the access in the car, because it is a little difficult to view.
