The place is a bit off hand, but the rooms are of superior quality. The vending machine system is not my favourite, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff more than makes up. The whole place is beautiful and well kept! I recommend it completely if the distance is not an issue.

In recent months I have spent several days in different months and it is usually a quiet place, if you do not coincide with schoolstudy trips.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.
The breakfast is complete and varied.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

First of all the location, of that is not faulty the hotel, but it is bad. There's nothing around more than a freeway and the railroad tracks. It is a residential area without services, only if you have car or taxi strips you can get out of there. The place is clean, the room too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The big problem I had when I went to put the heating in the room only came out cold. After talking with reception I was told that they had changed from heat to cold a week ago and that it was no help to the thermostat, it could only get cold. That's literally insane. If instead of going only through the company I go with my family, directly I would have left. There is a small kitchen and fridge in the room. The room is spacious although it has become old. In general, to spend a night only OK, but if you go with family and with children phew. There is nothing but breakfast, no restaurant.

Friendly and attentive staff! And very honest KUDOS … I had left something at the reception desk and when asked they returned it and confirmed if it was mine … will definetly return!

It Is a good hostel, and It Is only 15 minutes walk from the train station. Very quiet.

He doesn't have the category of a 3 * or a madman. The receptionist a tad dry, but hey we can all have a bad day. The small room, the bathroom even more and quite unquilted. There was a mini closet to put things in. When I open another closet I find a kitchen, I thought well! The fridge was not working… Thank you, there was air conditioning. The mattress very hard. The furniture in the room had the lacquering skipped. The TV was seen at times… The parking is paid but there is plenty of parking outside. I won't be back.

What has bothered me the most is the deception they carry with the photos of the rooms, because they teach must be at least 15 years. Chipped in the walls of room and bathroom, damp, loose baseboards…, if you want to stay in the market, you would have to do a good reform because you need it. Just like the pictures of the breakfast buffet, they do not correspond to the reality nor by a glimpse! You do not get hungry, because I will not say that, but the feeling that it is not what you have seen, nor seems the same hotel comes to mind every moment, I'll look for another next time.

The air conditioning is simply a lie. I am at 26 degrees in the room and at the front desk tell me they don't have it co Ectado. The director should not advertise it.

Great. We have no complaints about anything. Great room, friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast. We travelled with mascot (Golden Retrevir) and all were facilities. We'll repeat for sure.

Pretty basic. They don't let you know if it's going to be with or without a kitchen, we discovered it when entering the room and then asked €15 a day for having the kitchen. The breakfast was very small. And the parking is somewhat expensive for an aparthotel. I would say the advantage is for the one who wants to bring animals, which allow them, but it was not our case.

Just great. The value for money is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely my hotel in Las Rozas. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Clean, cozy, well-located. Good service. Full breakfasts. They accept pets but have restricted access. You have to improve the isolation between dining room and reception.

Located at the beginning of Las Rozas, next to the A6 Road. Family Hotel with spacious rooms, small kitchen, living room and bathroom well distributed to allow simultaneous use (shower-sink).
The entrance hall is very striking for its spaciousness and decoration. The breakfast area in front of the reception is pleasant and allows conversation even when the occupation is high; It attenuates good noise.
The hotel has private parking by 6EUR/dia, although in front of the entrance there is the possibility to park the car in a 15 or 20 places without cost.

Nice hotel close to Las Rozas train station (10 minutes on foot). Direct train to Madrid. Rooms are large and clean.

I have been already three times in this hotel. One in apartment and two in room and not bad. Breakfast is cheap and varied, the treatment very correct and I think it is great located, less than five minutes from the highway. The facilities of the hotel good… the first floor looks reformed, gave me more feeling of cleanliness as well as the apartments. The upper floors with rooms not so much could use a facelift.

TH Las Rozas was a great bargain for the price. Lovely views and outstanding staff.

Very quiet area, on the outskirts of Madrid. The breakfast is delicious and is very complete. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very friendly, if you need something, don't hesitate to ask them because you will inform you without any problem.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, large bed and hearty breakfast. All very well.
