➜ We hired two rooms, they gave them separately causing them to have to sleep an adult with the children's room since they were not on the same floor so as not to leave them alone. The receptionist was from 1:00 in the morning until 4:00 with more people at the reception that could be heard from the room obviously hindering the rest, for lunch we only had the option of a coffee with milk, juice and industrial pastries bagged… (no comment) and you couldn't have lunch until 9:00 in the morning. To say the most, we were greeted after 22:00 because we had a hard time getting there, the beds are comfortable and spacious. And it was relatively clean. But of course the staff does not have much empathy with the client. (For example the waiter who served us breakfast. I had to repeat the order 7 times) and also when I make it known he replies wrong.
➜ I do not recommend for anything the breakfast was included but there was only coffee and pastries nothing more and one thing per person do not even think about repeating. The lady at the bar catered to us fatal with very little win and bad mood. The hotel is located in an Poligono and at night having a disco next door only entered brats drunks and Armando noisy noise at night. The rooms smell like tobacco. Well everything is bad what I have to say about this hotel and would never go back.

The first thing that we have felt cheated in this hotel because the warning on the phone that we were going to go with a dog, do not speak to us of the supplement leading up to and at the time of charged the room reservation tell us that there is a cost for the pet-15e. I am traveling with my dog, 9 years and I never have gained so much in any place of Spain, including Madrid. It has seemed to Me an abuse. We have not filed a claim because we had to hurry. And what is worse, were not the rates of the pet in writing. What has made us distrust the double. I travel a lot with my pet but I'm very clear that I will not return to this site. The staff has been friendly but without giving us a solution. So, little serves us the sympathy if he abused the client.
