The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only bad thing about the massage, the girl who gave it to me was not masseuse I did better massages I had no girl or idea to give massages
However my wife's masseuse did well, pay for the massage and I left with the idea of throwing the money into the massage
There shouldn't be masseurs who aren't why if it had been the first time I wouldn't have done it anymore.

Everything's perfect. A very familiar atmosphere and all the staff very friendly and a 10 by Mrs. Maite which is wonderful.
The food is very very good and for me it is 5⭐

The spa is a must for everyone.

Hotel located right in the center of the country, clean, with outdoor pool. The indoor spa pool is very small and is also expensive considering the country, 16 euros half an hour and do not even give towels. The clientele is 75 years on average :-) but, positive note for Italians, the bathroom is equipped with bidet! All in all comfortable stay.

Outdated, old and unwell-kept facilities in general. The outdoor pool was very clean. The thermal circuit nothing that I can not offer in a running gym in Barcelona. Besides, they held a wedding banquet and we couldn't sleep. Shameful considering that it is a Spa that people will rest on. It's all in works, upside down and left by the hand of God. The breakfast was ok but nothing from the other world.

Good body care services in a fantastic environment and with a great team of professionals. The restaurant has excellent service and good quality in its menu and menu. All this, surrounded by a busy streets and with other thermal offers worthy of other tourist destinations spas.

We came with my partner to relax and we certainly have! Friendly and attentive staff. They took care of us and pampered us to the fullest. I'll definitely be back.

It is a spa hotel with large lounges. In some things you can see the weight of the years. I got a newly renovated room and it was very nice. The breakfast buffet is very complete and appetizing. The hotel is conveniently located and has private outdoor parking. Thermal services are a little outdated but acceptable. Good masseuses and overall the staff is very friendly. I advise moving from the restaurant and eating out, there is a lot of offer and better value for money.

Nice place with excellent attention, quiet atmosphere ideal to rest. The pool and thermal baths are very relaxing.
I recommend to disconnect from the stress of everyday life.

I must say, as far as the additional services are concerned, that, as a little, the most common (see, the water circuit) should be integrated into the price of accommodation. Not so, the most specific, above all, those that require individual treatment. The price of the menu is, on the other hand, inversely proportional to the quality of its dishes, which leaves a lot to be desired.

Place with a lot of history and located in a charming village. The spa facilities are in the process of updating. Until then the price is somewhat high for the experience.

Very good value for money against very complicated access during the work.

Do not book treatments at the Spa at least until the beginning of May. Although they do not report it on the website, if they buy a "pack", they will have to wait for May to use it.

I have been a night with my family, in this hotel, the staff very friendly… however the hotel facilities are old, the room in which we installed with humidity, to cold (as it is hinvierno) And did not work the heating… with sincerity, we will not be back.

The room service was excellent, but if I had to point out something negative, I would say that the staff from the restaurant was a bit rude.

In general it was all of 10. Room spacious and comfortable, short waiting time at the reception, great location and a service spa… Best you prove it, but I would repeat only for circuit sports that I did! How negative point, a lady in reception refused to speak to me in Spanish and then turned around and left without addressing the word. If it weren't for her, would give 5 stars.

Had an excellent service. Rooms very spacious and they let me play a grand piano freely. Everything perfect!

We spent a few days tender, excellent treatment in Reception, Restaurant and Medical Service, excellent food, a varied menu, served always with a smile. We want to thank the work of Ms. Paqui, because without it we would not have been able to go, Mr. Josep, the restaurant and all the employees for their knowledge and their friendliness. The effort of Mr. Josep of the Thermal Centre which came on a half hour before their hours of work, so that when we arrived at 8: 30 the pool water was not so cold. A greeting to all.

We went to pass the bridge of the constitution, and we were fabula! The spa in the same hotel, you have all the freedom to what you want, the treatment wonderful… All super good! We did a treatment in the spa which left us with KO for half a day of relaxation. I recommend it 100% to make getaways to get with a partner and relax. Yes, we can't review the food because we did not eat even a single day there (or if you want breakfast). In the surroundings there are bars and restaurants great. If you are going and not want to eat there I recommend the bar totote of the square and the restaurant na madrona, 5 min maximum to walk. On the other hand, the town is beautiful! There are rutitas for hiking and the truth is that us to another bridge of relaxation that we can escape back there.

I state this weekend in the termes victoria with my mother to celebrate my birthday and the truth has been a real disaster. To begin with I displeased a lot of the massage I do not give a woman but that intended give me a man and also the spa is very old in my opinion dismal full of people over the inserso. My mother not made him a complete massage and I paid 110€ for both. The room though was reformed was very noisy. In addition to the meal time we bugged since a few old men closed the windows, blocking out the sun, and my mother was upset a lot. In the village there is no cinema and for a weekend it becomes heavy and boring to be locked up in the room of the hotel since the spa closed Sunday afternoon. We only saw the village festivals. I do not recommend for anything the hotel much less a resort. The only good thing is that the Director went up to the room after complaining and gave us a stay of a weekend to my mother and included the massage and the breakfast.

Balneario de otro tiempo, lejos de las modernidades de los nuevos balnearios. La clientela principal son jubilados. El menu del restaurante es muy pobre, para costar 18 euros el fin de semana. Hay opciones mejores sin lugar a dudas.

Balneario que ha visto tiempos mejores. La verdad es que la piscina de tratamientos es muy pequeña. Los menús son muy pobres para el precio que cobran. Es mejor buscar donde comer fuera del recinto.

One of my favourite restaurant in Caldes. It is located in the zone called "Casc Antic". I would recommend this place.

What a pleasant surprise… the room was lovely and perfectly clean with the most charming windows! Turned out this is a thermal spa hotel, and with the money I saved exploring this off the beaten path town, I could afford the splurge. 90€ for THE WORKS, and I mean the works! Facilities are great. It is a lot of older people, but they were a blasts and kind.

Hotel with the classic old spas and refurbished spirit for the most part. Staff excellent and good restaurant. Highly recommended.

Date: 8.5.16, very very simple room no mini bar, the reserve included parking and yet they charged US 6, 80€, we announce to the pool (very small indeed) of a minor and charged as adult 30mn 16. €50. Breakfast without the possibility for Celiacs. Very expensive! … I put a star so they can publish, in my opinion is worth 0.

In the rooms smells of pools slip. On the stairs it makes stifling heat.
Inbound only three meals and three first menu for 15 euros.
Do not seek in the village where you can spend a while distracted… There is nothing. Not a single restaurant, cinema, disco. There are only small and old bars every 50 meters.

It is charming, but outdated, and the rooms have a lot to be desired, eye because they give you habitacones that give an interior gallery full of noise, and the food is very poor, the thermal treatment is correct. A lack of personnel, and in the dining room the treatment of the waiters is bad.

Very good experience in this spa hotel, the situation in the centre of the village unbeatable, the attention of the staff fantàstica, although the rooms need an update. We will repeat!

Service void, leave you waiting and forget about you. The facilities are old and small. The sauna and the wellness area of my neighbourhood gym he would make the competition not to be of the thermal waters, is the only thing they have.
