Noise throughout the night is unacceptable, totally let's it down. Breakfast is good. Dinner and lunch repetitive and the chef can not actually taste any of it. Staff are lovely, rolls are clean and tidy, kids loved it, pools average, Jacuzzi area is lovely. Evening disco for kids could be better. Kevin and Flandando work hard.

The hotel is normal for 3 stars. The ration here is great. A large selection of dishes
fruit, sweets. It's cooked very tasty. Suitable for those with a hungry edge. You leave the table with a huge belly, you can barely breathe. The beach is not far. There are shops nearby. The only negative I would single out for those who like to go to bed early. Animation in the hotel and in the hotel opposite runs up to 23.00 — 23.30. Rumbling from the speakers does not contribute to a strong sleep.

Towel racks on balcony walls a great idea. No drawers in rooms not good. Pools small. Staff nice and food ok. A good base to explore area. The two lifts are dated and one seems to indicate floors in a random way. Sometimes it counts up and sometimes down. Floor 5 can be floor 20 or floor 0.

Well fed, the hotel has recently been updated. Clean hotel, nice staff. Good animation for kids. The beaches are within walking distance of the port of Aventura Park.

The hotel transfer was 30 minutes, which was good as I have a young child. The hotel was clean from the outside when we arrived. The reception staff were ignorant when we arrived to check in. One member of staff went to serve another family although we had been waiting. She also gave them a welcome pack for their young child, but did not give my son one. The room was clean and very spacious. The maids made up our room daily, replacing our towels etc. However, they did not talk or smile. There was no variety of food offered. Meals were often on again and again at meal times, from previous nights/days. One meal, chicken in beer, was on three days simultaneously. Some chicken dishes appeared cooked but we're bright pink inside and contained bones. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, especially the cooks. The bar/cafe staff were extremely nice, they made conversation and knew how to have a laugh. There was no daytime entertainment. Except darts for adults. Evening entertainment was not good at all, the kids disco was at 9pm, when most kinds had gone to sleep, and this was very often delayed by half an hour. The other entertainment in the evening for children was balloons and lollies. There was one act put on multiple times throughout the week, which got boring and was again usually late starting. Kevin, the entertainer, was lovely, always welcoming and friendly. I think he needs more support from the hotel to do better acts etc.

Stayed 10 days in May June 2018. The rooms are decent enough. Modern TV, but the remote must be taken at the reception leaving a pledge of 20 euros this surprised. Even more surprised to mount the TV to the wall, it is screwed up and to get to the USB port had to use tongs. At arrival in a bathroom there was a persistent unpleasant smell, in the future has weathered. The shower cabin is not made successfully so in the bathroom constantly puddle. The Wi-Fi in the room on the 6th floor worked very poorly. Fed in my opinion well. We had a breakfast dinner. All in all for a trio of approx.

This is a fabulous hotel. It's beautifully clean, the food is good, the staff are brilliant, what more could you ask for? Just a word about Kevin, he is a lovely guy and very funny.

Refurbished hotel, not the largest, which suits us well. Pool great, food served buffet style, with very good choice. Close to beaches. Child friendly and staff very attentive. Would recommend to those who want a friendly hotel, with plenty on offer.

We had to wait a while to check in, but we were offered a glass of cava for the inconvinience! That was a good start. Helpfull and professional staff.

Location is ideal … quiet area but near beaches and only 10 minutes walk to the busy centre or half an hour to theme park.

The safe is paying the remote control of the TV is given with a deposit the single room.

Resort Hotel in a resort town. Everything is about the same as in all Catalan hotels. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff, clean room, very comfortable bed — excellent size — too big bed :D very tasty food and wide choose of drinks in allinclusive.

Room very nice. Seemed to have been recently renovated and had two double beds, air conditioning as well as a mini fridge and safe that was free to use. Rooms have Wi-Fi with a decent enough speed to stream video. A €20 refundable deposit is required for the TV remote control. Pool area OK but not great. Plenty local shops for supplies.

Wonderful staff — Noa on reception is a true asset to the hotel. He is always working but always has a smile on his face. Maria and the other lady behind the bar (She didn't have a name badge) were always smiling and so helpful. Axel is part of the entertainment team and is absolutely fabulous. He is friendly, always smiling, engaging and is a great dancer! Only downside to the hotel (Well there are two — one being a member of the bar team) is the pool is extremely small for the size of the hotel. But the beach is 10 minutes away and is absolutely AMAZING!

Stayed here for 2 weeks from the 1st Aug till 15th we had a fantastic time. Food brill rooms fab staff were all fantastic especially the bar staff who worked extremely hard from morning till night and the always had a smile on there faces. Axcel was great to with kids and adults there was lots to do. The roof top was amazing and when ever I went up it was quite so I took both my kids up and they loved it the views were amazing. I would defo go back here as I miss it already. And I would highly recommend it to families we have made some great friends. Thank you for making our holiday a one to remember xxx.

Good breakfast. Great animation. The location is very good. Negatives: Dirty glasses in the restaurant, the TV remote is taking a deposit, cleaning up disgusting, even 2 euros … Small pool. Elevator minor, always waiting. The hotel has an excellent experience with the team of wonderful and talented animators (Tony Pros), incredible nature and friendly staff. Food: The choice of food for the hotel three stars is good, but that's how it is. It wasn't always good for us. Holiday dinners are good. I don't know how to evaluate food. Not for the gourmets. Although they won't stay hungry. I hated the dirty glasses. Again, the restaurant staff, like Mustafa very nice.

Looking at the pictures the hotel has been done up really well. Bow the review is based on my own opinion for a family of 3. We stayed here for 11 nights and found the place to be really good. The biggest problems we found were, 1. The swimming pool is way to small (needs to be addressed). 2. During the day the bar only had 1 member if staff so got very busy. 3. This one is minor, if you are all inclusive you have to sign for your food and drinks. Don't know why. The stall are all friendly and will help you with anything and it's no trouble. The food is good and different every night, pretty much the same for breakfast but always found some thing to eat. Can't really comment on lunch because we only had lunch for 1 day but plenty of choices. If you are looking for a quite time then I suggest the roof the views alone are worth it. The rooms are clean and tidy. Will we go back… at a drip of a hat.

A nice family hotel in a quiet and convenient location — close to the best beach of Salou.

Great hotel for a family holiday. Sea 5 min walk, around the pine forest. The smell of pine trees is not transferable. The food is tasty. Overall enjoyed our stay.

They have been very pleasant days, a nice, quiet but not boring, very nice beach and great kids.
The staff makes you feel heard and every situation is a priority.
Service of excellent dining, very attentive, quick, and effective at the same sijilosos. Again, as soon as you can.

The coolest hotel in Barcelona.

A hotel magnifico. Starting with the reception staff. The director of the hotel. The service staff and the entertainment staff. A few great professionals. A treatment very pleasant and professional. It has been a pleasure and an honor, to share a week with them. Without a doubt we will repeat next year.

We have been the first week of July and we received an excellent treatment by both the director as well as the receptionists, waiters/cooks, animators, lifeguard, cleaning ladies, service, etc, Food is abundant and diverse from which to choose is not a difficult task since there are to choose from, food quality, good presence and practice. Pool perfect to cool off and ideal for children as they do not become very large, the lifeguard is very on top of them. Air conditioning in the rooms so you can relax from those long nights and hot summer. If we had to rate from 1 to 10 it would be a 500. We have made be very happy, thank you! :)

I had this year and the truth is not very well but, to enter the room will only give you a card, the command you have k to pay 20€ to be able to use it and then you return, the cleaner cleans the rooms the middle of the day and I would have k clean in the morning when all the people are at the beach. I think that there are a few cleaners and there will be q hire more!

Manager has walked round the hotel in the same shirt and jeans for the last 5 days. The food is disgusting fresh fruit is rock hard you could play cricket with the peaches play golf with the plums the grapes were sour melons rock hard and tast less this hotel does not cater for English it's all Spanish and Russian restaurant staff are a wast of time ignorant drinks are very expensive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it is up a very steep hill and difficult for pensioners.

Been looking for a simple clean hotel with a good Breakfast, shower and free Wi-Fi. Ie stupidly to spend the night, because this is where I work. In fact, this hotel fully meets these requirements. Very pleased with the assortment on the Breakfast. Of the minuses: very hot and stuffy Elevator :), Wi-Fi only at the reception. But the price rules.

I was there last year and I don't go more. Did not change the bed sheets, the food was good, but very repetitive, as so they would put the same thing that plays on the food in the dinner. The animation is practically null, the service at the bar lousy what waiter takes 15 minutes to prepare a 7-cafés? and besides, bad faces, I did not understand well the English. It is a hotel that gives the feeling of having been closed all year, and open only for the summer because it is full of cobwebs on all sides. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, even the TVS are tube and without control… only To find, when I leave the room, the cleaning lady made the beds with the same sheets that we use, I imagine that for the following that you were given the room, I left without words, to know how many people had slept in the same sheets that we use… add that to us not to us changed the sheets or towels not ONCE in the entire week that we were there. I would not recommend it under any concept. It is a pity that a hotel with such potential, this has to lose for the address and others, it is clear that this is not a problem of the employees, since they follow orders, but of the policy. Nasty.
