Unfortunately maintenance and cleaning is not the fort of this establishment. Rooms too little soundproofed, you can even hear the steps in the night. Air conditioning in front of the bed, impossible to leave it on at night. No control at the entrance to the SPA. So, people come and believe themselves in a municipal pool with very loud music in addition. Really an establishment to avoid if you want to spend a pleasant stay as a couple.

The room was small, quite dated as the furniture was very old. The wooden floor was a little shattered. The fridge in the room didn't cool anything.
The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was large.
Breakfast is not bad but could have a little more variety.
For a night's fine, but I don't think I'm going to repeat it.

The hotel has very large rooms but they are a bit dated. The bed is large and comfortable. It is located near the train and the bus from Barcelona, but a bit away from the centre of Mataró. There's no big deal around. The price also seemed a bit expensive. The restaurant is OK to eat the menu of the day for about €14

Did I feel very comfortable. Great service for a good price. Even with a refrigerator in the room. ATMs and supermarkets are nearby. Happy again.

Good hotel a little bit noisy because of a machine and bed not so good.

Forget! This hotel is a nightmare the staff is incompetent and rude ever to Hello in the morning or good evening c is you to extract them by saluting them and dishonest overbilling assured when leaving the premises. Questionable hygiene. The room is outdates the maids are hurting the room and sometimes no housekeeping is done. The hotel is very poorly soundproof and there is a room on the first floor that the hotel rents for parties reception and others. What a hyper noisy carnage impossible to sleep neither the night nor the day if you want photos of information do not hesitate to contact me but this hotel is not a 4 star c is an aging slum… In short you have advised!

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. We arrived… the room card did not work the first two times… to the third if. We decided to change rooms because they had put two single beds and they are small… We arrived in a superior room (paying a surcharge), there is no plug in the bathroom and we are going the light of the TV, two lights of the room and some plug stops working…
Then we go down to the spa, say something. The water justita of temperature, rather cold to be a spa. And do not work several things of the spa… Unfortunate…
Second day… we stayed 10 min locked in the elevator. The icing on the cake.
Tomorrow I tell you the third day…
We had to leave the hotel for a hellish smell to drain in the room… End of the stay.

It is close to the beach but: you have to give a good rodeo to get there are no shortcuts and is very poorly signposted.

It has a nice location in Mataró, clean & tidy rooms and very friendly reception personnel. Laundry service was expensive but breakfast was quite satisfying.

La cena 15, 50 es el menú de las sobras de medio día, 40 minutos esperando un plato recalentado.
El desayuno buffet precio de 11$ y tienes bolleria industrial, zumo de envase y café de maquina dispensadora.
Indicar que tuve que informar al camarero que el tomate del desayuno estaba fermentado.
Como puede salir una cosa mala de la cocina…
A pity, this hotel is not 4 star. The restaurant is the worst.
The $ 15.50 dinner is the half-day leftovers menu, 40 minutes waiting for an overheated dish.

I have spent two years in a row spending my holiday at this hotel, and the truth is that I am satisfied overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the food was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I only have two complaints, the first is that the SPA is only from 2pm to 9pm and only from Monday to Friday, this obviously makes no sense, why not all week all day from 9 to 21.00 for example?, incomprehensible this fact. The second complaint I have is that in the rooms there is a Smart TV in which you can entertain with something that is of my interest and adapt to my tastes, today 90% of households already have it. You only see a few national channels and a few pretuned foreigners and most of them are low quality. I would earn a lot of points the Hotel by installing a Smart TV with NETFLIX (at home I have it) and with various entertainment services. I have visited other hotels in other areas and they all have this service and I think the URH would have to have these services at the time we are. The day I put it on, I'll give you five stars, just three. Next year will be another year and according to the circumstances I'll see if this has been fixed or not and decide whether to repeat or not.

A quiet hotel with very spacious rooms. Full bathroom and very modern with a very large shower, is made of less a small shelf to be able to put the gel but is a lesser evil. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. Pet Walk area right in front of the hotel something that I have been very comfortable with. Highly recommended.

Spacious, bright and quiet rooms. It is not very close to the beach but in 10 min you reach the center of Mataró. The staff.

Staff very friendly, no double bed in double room (i. E. 2 single beds) cuddle factor so 0 and the floor under the bed could be cleaned once again.
Everything else is good.

Spacious room, excellent service of food and attention, no noise. As for the very bad cleanliness there were hairs. In the shower and cucas. More attention is appreciated in this.

Hotel that sells like a 4 star and leaves a lot to be desired. Very deteriorated real estate, the cleanliness shines by his absence and the bed is a stomach ache. I put 2 stars for the friendliness of the employees. We won't repeat.

Good location lots of restaurants in walking distance. Public parking available. Some rooms need to be remodeled but in general it's is A good hotel. It is better then 3 star less then 4 star but for the hotels in this area 4 star might be fair.

The hotel is well located, close to the center and the beach but in a quiet place. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and the people who work are all very nice and the service they offer is very good. I'll be safe again.

Nice modern hotel. There is also a spa area. Only drawback it is a bit far from the beach and is next to a well-run road.

I have always found hotel star ratings to be completely unreliable in Cataluña. This is a below-par three star hotel. Far from four star. Poor location, our room faced ugly apartment blocks where people could look right in. Our room was old and not particularly clean. We were given a twin when we asked for a double. Couldn't get ironing board when requested. Asked to pay for towels to use hotel spa. Spa didn't live up to expectations. Main body of water was too small to be a pool, too cold to be a Jacuzzi. Sauna, steam room and gym were fine even if the gym was bare bones. Hotel is well connected to beach and streets.

Large clean rooms with all facility's. Spa included in the price, nice employee's. Everything on walking distance, rooms get cleaned daily, great towels. No minus points what so ever. Airco availble.

Average Hotel since at the moment feels quite old. Not many light at the room either. Worth of you get a good deal, otherwise try to. Go for a newer hotel in Mataro. Double room is of a good size, as well as the bed. Shower and bathroom in general pretty good.

Elegant Hotel, 40 km from Barcelona, 10 minutes from the station of Hanks and next to the buses that connect the city to the rest of the province. Spa small but cared for. The rooms are cleaned every day. Uncomfortable for those who want to move with the means for the high cost of the same (€4 to ticket to go to Barcelona).

About one kilometre from the station (and therefore from the sea) allows an optimum rest and an arrival to the sea without need of means. Bathroom with bathtub always clean and comfortable and bed perfect for all the guilds! Mini bar to keep any food, with a price I would say very low for the place.

Good care and good price Hotel.

Good price-performance ratio. Clean, modern rooms with small defects. The environment is getting used to, but the beach is not far away.

Reception of the shift of afternoon of the day July 28 very unfriendly and all were drawbacks, problems, negative and obstacles. All in all a very bad reception.

Improve it without a doubt are the dinners. The service is excellent, they make you feel at home. Very good food, have an Italian chef who makes the best pizza of Mataró. The penalty is that they do not have this service holidays.

The single rooms are very comfortable, large comfortable bed and a bathroom with a large shower. The dining room and SPA facilities are very well. Very nice since they let me shower in the SPA much after doing the chek out.
The hotel is 10 minutes walked from the beach and 5 minutes from the train and bus station where you can go to anywhere in town.

Venue and hotel really remarkable.
