Fantástica localización junto a la playa y el puerto. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Buenas salas de reuniones. La comida estaba muy bien y el desayuno también. A menos de 40 min del aeropuerto.

Very decent hotel with a great view of the harbour. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very spacious, with a very nice view. And the hotel is very relaxing and zen as well for the SPA.

My daughter stayed nine nights with her boyfriend but the experience was not the best and still not from 4 star hotel. Breakfast has always been a problem: Perpetually dirty tables from previous breakfasts and never cleaned for subsequent guests, dispensers machines often out of order or not stocked with all the drinks, glasses and cups badly cleaned with residues of encrusted food, outdoor tables with jams, Nutella etc and pigeons with their paws inside or hopping between exposed foods. For such a large room, inside and out, only two waiters or, sometimes, just one disorganized and not particularly kind to customers. The morning cleaning at 8: 30 without warning and opening the room with the passepartout… Do I add anything else?

Our family of three stayed at the hotel for four days. Loved the location, room, pool, staff, breakfast. Everything in the room was clean and worked well. One night we had the munchies right as the restaurant was closing. They made us a take away plate of fries on the spot. Also, the Metro into Barcelona is just across the street.

As usual a great stay, with an excellent and varied breakfast at 11 euros. We'll come back again and again as we've been for several years.

I stayed in an apartment with my family. There were 4 of us. The apartment was perfect for us because we were a small family. We loved our stay in Spain and what made it better was hotel Atenea Port's friendly and helpful staff. The receptionists (especially Pol) were very helpful; They helped us with planning routes and where to go for buses and trains. The room cleaners and room service staff were very nice and friendly. They always said Hello and were ready to help anytime. Thank you so much for making our stay in Spain so wonderful and memorable. We would love to come here again and again.

The quiet restaurant, the service to the height of the hotel to which it belongs and the menu very fresh, with products of proximity well explained and cooked. An experience to repeat without a doubt.

My visit was for a family meal, and everyone was satisfied with the attention. A varied offer, affordable and with alternatives, highly recommended.

We have been going at this time for several years because it is their anniversary and they make very good discounts. The hotel is very nice and in a very quiet and beautiful in front of the port of Mataró.

Good hotel but not necessarily 4 stars value in my opinion. The breakfast was poor. Friendly staff though. Noisy rooms.

In my case we went for work to one of the rooms that have located on the lower floor. He was with us the person in charge of the room attentive at all times to that everything was to perfection, a place well located, rooms for cool events and with people pending of us. We will definitely repeat whenever we need it:)

Great hotel for a good price. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable room and the staff is very friendly and professional. They serve great food and we especially enjoyed the spa treatments, they were excellent! (It is best to book spa treatments before you check in) We have had a great and relaxing weekend at this hotel and we hope to visit again soon.

Very nice hotel, well placed in front of the port of Mataró, the reception and the service is nice and the rooms are large, nice and clean I recommend.

This hotel is really amazing. The rooms are really clean and spacious with a beachview. Just try the restaurant. For 17€ you have 2 dishes and 1 desert and all gastronomic. The service was super. You just have try that it worth it!

Surprise. I didn't know this hotel and last week I went to lunch. It is in a very good area in the port of Mataró. Elegant and minimalist décor, has several large living rooms, has a magnificent terrace-chillout.
The executive menu is very good for 17 euros we ate well, the staff excellent, attentive and professional.

Come on a regular basis and as a couple. It is a quiet hotel, friendly and very nice. The rooms are spacious and very clean with views. The catering is good even though I miss the orange juice is natural. The spa is fantastic and very reasonable price. I highly recommend 100%

To sum it up — a really great hotel! So let's have a look at the details: Location, less than 5 minutes walk from the train to/from Barcelona and about 3 minutes from a great beach. A lot of restaurants nearby (though I lacked a supermarket). But couldn't be any better. Rooms, decent spaced and very modern and clean and in good condition. Very efficient AC even when 35+ outside. Facilities, superb swimming pool open until 9 every day. Is actually bigger than it looks (I would say 15x6 m). Nice bar next to the pool (no, it is not a pool bar). Decent Wi-Fi. Separate pool towels are also included in the price. Food, breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. The kids found plenty to choose from as well. Restaurant was surprisingly cheap for a hotel restaurant with very quick service. Except for one of the kid's pasta dish, the food was great. Staff, very polite and spoke good English (and managed to understand my lousy Spanish). Value for money, skyhigh! To quote the ex-governor of California: "I'll be back".

A very nice hotel, with mostly seaside views, though not on the apartments. The rooms feel very clean and in good condition. The pool is good, but has a bit too few sunbeds. The restaurant prices are ok, but I didn't try the food, since I the apartments have kitchens, though no ordinary oven, only a microwave. The staff are friendly, but not very in-your-face, which I found positive. Overall, one of the better hotels I've stayed in.

The hotel has an amazing view from the terrace to the harbor and sea. The room is spacious, clean and good looking. The bathroom as well. Also, there is an amazing bar and pool. Simply love it! Enjoyable place, definitely plan to visit again. There is train station nearby and trains to Barcelona on each 15 minutes. From the hotel to the center of Barcelona is around 40 min. By train.

Went with my father and his girlfriend me it pass superbly was with the air conditioning leaving to the balcony all the time very good hotel deserved the penalty pay 100 €, it recommend of very good quality.

Very nice hotel, big and clean rooms just in fronte of the sea. Not 5 stars because of some issue: they do not clean up my room and my colleague found himself moved to another room without notice and with his own things still in the previous room. I think this kind of inconvenient should not happen in such an High level hotel.

Very good hotel. Just me I can refer to the spa area, since I went to enjoy a gift pack. Really comforting relaxation area, quiet and very spacious. Your massage service is also the expectation of what is expected.

The hotel is very good, we liked much in general. One of the best things, the food. The dinner was delicious, above all we liked the risotto. For lunch there is a free buffet breakfast. The spa is too small. For everything else, this very well. Very well communicated, to only 5 minutes from the train station.

The hotel is a modern establishment located in a beautiful area of the Marina. You can walk to the Centre of the town. My impressions are as follows:
ACCESS/PARKING
Access to the hotel is very easy. It has two types of parking: one external with enough seats and another inmate. I used the internal and the squares are very spacious. The price is 6 €per day.
RECEPTION
Correct. The people who attended were very nice.
ROOM / TOILETS
Very spacious, light and pleasant. The spacious toilet and also a comfortable shower. Beds comfortable and pleasant touch linens. The views are very beautiful and it has a spacious terrace

I loved everything: the reception-room dsayunos-dining-room-s/-s/a view of the harbour-the terrace-the minispa-the internet. Would have k mjorar in the locker room dl spa-gym, I could not take a shower in the great pscina outside — I had the cnsuelo d kl water d the pscina dl minispa e was enjoying the um-well, it was missing 1jacuzzi-pool d cold water-right snsaciones-sauna-cmas on.

Beautiful! A new hotel, in front of the sea and 5 minutes walk from the center of Mataró. The rooms are super nice, it has a tiny spa but the truth that is very good, and the food is spectacular. Breakfast is buffet. Totally recommended.

No doubt an option for rating in the capital of the Maresme and with a very good value price.

Highly Recommended! Friendly staff, big modern air conditioned rooms, great food and very reasonable rates! The location is ideal for the beach (5 mins walk) and a great way to explore Barcelona city centre without being crammed into an expensive inner city hotel. Be sure to check out Mataro itself as well during your stay, it's not well sign posted but there is quite a busy town centre just a 10 minute walk away from the hotel under the train station. Ask for a map at reception.
