Currently staying at the hotel and had the worst experience from the staff me and my family where playing in the pool I got out to find the lifeguard pulling the towels off the sun lounger we where using I tried to explain to him we where just in the pool he got very aggressive and started to shout in my face I asked to speak to the manager but she didn’t want to know. They don’t like anyone who’s not Spanish.
Very good everything, the staff very attentive, the food fantastic, the only thing a little away from the beach. The Spa very well also and the attention of Montse in the Spa fantastic and very familiar, I congratulate you.
Just came back from a great stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. Kids (3&10) first holiday and they really enjoyed it aswell, the animation team worked well keeping the kids entertained. Staff all friendly and food was good too plenty of choice was a little cold though but there is a microwave. Room was big enough and clean with cleaners in everyday with fresh towels and bedding. All in all excellent stay will be back.
