Nice little hotel …
near the beach and local walking area.

Great location, awesome pool, safe in room, mini fridge, provided 2 water bottles daily, access to hair dryer if needed, and I would recommend this hotel. The first day the shower water pressure was horrible, but was good the rest of my stay. I was on the top floor which was perfect.

We stayed for one week and departed today — nice surprise during checkout when an invoice for drink and ice cream appeared which was already settled. After a lot of discussions reception person insisted that invoice has to be paid which we warned will have an impact on the hotel's TripAdvisor rating. No customer solution offered just another rip off we experienced in Bali. Rooms in bad condition dirty walls not state of the art. Stay away from this ripoff hotel.

Good spot. Cant complain too much. Clean, friendly, well located, good Wi-Fi, comfy bed and quiet room. However, walk in price is cheaper by some distance and probably need to buy some new towels. Stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed my stay.

Suka banget tinggal di hotel ini, review, foto2 n tempatnya sesuai banget. Tempatnya bersih n nyaman. Tempatnya dekat dengan tempat makan, belanja dan pantai kuta. Walaupun ada di area ramai tp hotelnya tenang. Hanya menu sarapan pagi bisa lbh variatif. Untuk soal rasa makanan sdh ok. Untuk trip berikutnya pasti kemari lg bersama keluarga.

Good for the price but don't expect too much. Rooms were somewhat modern, not much power outlets though. Sheets we're a little dirty. Had ants in the first room but they changed us to another room. They need to block the water from the shower from getting to the rest of the bathroom, it gets really slippery when wet. Very nice location close to everything.

Terrace at Kuta Bali. Rapih, Bersih, Nyaman & paling penting deket dengan wisata pantai kuta tinggal jalan, suasana sekitaran hotel Rame bgt! gak akan kesepian. Pelayanannya ramah bgtbgtbgt! Terus Bfastnya GOOD!

Hotelnya agak susah dicari, karena masuk ke gang dan pintu masuknya kecil banget (taxi hampir gak muat masuk, untung sopirnya udah pengalaman). Tapi sekali sampe, wuiiiih… pelayanannya oke banget. Resepsionis agak kurang bisa bahasa Inggris, tapi sopan banget. Check-in gak ada masalah sama sekali. Kamar bener2 dikasih sesuai permintaan. Sarapannya agak monoton. Gak masalah sih, karena tetep enak. Kalau mau masakan telur, harus pesen dulu, tapi gak susah karena selalu ada mbak yg siaga di deket meja sarapan. Kami nyewa sepeda motor lewat hotel. Sehari Rp 100ribu, termasuk asuransi. Tapi pas jalan2 keluar, ternyata banyak penyewaan motor yang lebih murah. Tapi gak apa2lah, nyewa lewat hotel lebih gampang balikinnya. Setelah keliling2 hotel, ternyata tempatnya strategis. Dkt warung2 dengan makanan Indonesia, dan bar2 kalau lagi pengin duduk2. Ke pantai juga 10 menit jalan kaki. Pas check-out, lagi2 pelayanannya top. Mas resepsionis (kalau gak salah Mas Trisna), nawarin apa mau bawa air mineral. Wuiih. Makasih semuanya!

Stay 3 nights. Really nice hotel, close to the beach and descent price. Not to mention the staff is friendly.

Very nicely reception staff, and the guard. They will help you carry your luggage. If you come soon, you can go to the swimming pool, or restaurant, then take a rest while they prepare you room.

I've spent more than a week in here and I just couldn't ask for more. Budget room with everything I need and it's super clean bonus a pool view. The location is also the most defining thing abt this hotel, right at the heart of kuta. The staffs are also very friendly. Might come back for another visit.

Nice hotel. My wife and I stayed here for two days. The pool was good, although we didn't get time to get in. The room that we stayed in was nice and clean, had it's own balcony and bathroom. The amenities in the room included a TV, a hot water heater and complimentary tea and coffee. The hotel is conveniently located in Legian Street with access to the beach, shops, pubs and massage places. I would recommend the German pub called Mama's which is open 24 hours. All in all, it's a good budget hotel.

I had a comfortable stay. The rooms are cleaned everyday, staff is courteous and the hotel is located in the hub of activity. The complimentary breakfast has a decent spread. On the flip side, the deluxe room is smallish, and the hotel doesn't provide dinner or late night snacks/coffee/tea. One of our rooms developed an Ac-leaking-water issue. So the staff shifted us to a new room immediately and even upgraded the tier of the room. All in all, a satisfactory stay.

Hotel Pool Clean Welcoming staff always very welcoming located at the heart of all activities on three hotel make in Bali S is the best I have seen.

Value for money. Central location in Legian. Bars, street food, boutiques, surf shops. Traffic is really bad on weekends and after dark. Room is adequate in size and very clean.

Hotel is lovely and clean, breakfast is wonderful, hotel staff great, can't fault the hotel, but as a non smoker, guest smoke outside our room and I can smell it, we have a pool exit room. Apart from that would decently come back.

Love this hotel, we were originally in another hotel but we hated it so much we went back here where we had stayed before. They booked us in straight away and their driver took us to the other hotel so we could get our luggage. The staff remember you and are very friendly, there are security guards who are very helpful. Rooms are small but clean, beds are comfy and they are quick to send up towels, water and extra pillows. Pool was a great temperature and breakfast was nice. Fantastic location, close to really nice little cafes and spas.

Great breakfast. Breakfast menu change everyday, great! Have 4 asian hot food everyday. Omellete and bacon as per request. Clean room. Peace and quiet hotel. Have a small terrace. Bathroom need improve a glass door in the shower area. Bed is hard but comfortable. Hair dryer is available but u need to request. I suggest people to stay at 2nd or 3rd floor. Strong Wi-Fi and cooler. 4th floor is hotter. 2 aqua bottle everyday. Electric cattle is available in the room. The only downside is late checkout must pay.

I research a lot before choosing this hotel. After staying for 3 days, I have to say the hotel is good. The price is very cheap, only around 400k+ including breakfast. When we arrived, We receive a nice welcome drink. The drink contains sweet ginger and it taste fantastic. We request early check in, one of the receptionist seems not happy and lack of smile. This is the downside. The room itself meet our expectation. It is clean. The bathroom itself is ok. My suggestion to the hotel is they should put a glass door inside the shower, so the water doesnt splash out to the closet. The bathroom have a shampoo and soap. There is no hand towels. The bed is a bit hard but quite comfortable, because my backbone is straight. Even many 5 stars hotel have a bad bed that makes my backbone bend. The breakfast is limited but very nice taste. The first day I love the chicken with black sauce, baked potatoes and cap chay are delicious! The second day I love the sausage. The rice is not well cooked, too hard, so I dont pick rice. We can order omellete and many choice of egg by request for free. Compare when we were in switzerland 3 stars hotel there are no hot food! Terrace kuta have better breakfast! The swimming pool is nice, there is little wind due to the hotel design. If you want to stay at this hotel, I recommend to stay at 2nd floor (above lobby), u can have a strong Wi-Fi, and good looking view to the pool.

Nice place. Great staff. Plus point being it's walking distance from the Kuta beach, the Sky Garden Club and many eateries and bars.

My husband and l have stayed here a total of 7 times now and have no complaints at all.
Quiet and well maintained hotel conveniently positioned close to bars, restaurants, shopping and beach. The wonderful staff are always friendly, polite and happy to accommodate any requests asked of them. Clean rooms and although the breakfast menu is limited, it has always been good.
Looking forward to our 8th stay in the very near future!

Stayed here for 3 nights and loving it! Friendly staff who smiles at you every time they see you. The room were big enough for 2 person and clean as well. Bed was comfy. However the air conditioner in the room could cooler. I had it on at 16 degrees but it felt like 25 degrees. The pool is nice with warm water. The food from the restaurant is very affordable and the drinks too! A small bottle of bintang costs only 20k (even cheaper than mini mart or bars) and other poolside snacks such as fries, spring roll or ice cream costs only 15 — 35k, super affordable! Overall, it was a good stay! Very convenient location as well.

We stayed here for 6 days while on a holiday in Bali and while it's not completely luxurious it is still a lovely place to stay. The rooms area a little small, but hey, you're not there to stay in your room so it is suitable to sleep in. (Though during my stay there was a lot of construction going on in surrounding buildings so unfortunately it got a little noisy. ) Has a nice medium sized pool, reasonable breakfast and food options and it's close to everything. It's great value for the price paid for the room and breakfast.

What to expect : clean and modern rooms with AC, stylish showers and TV. JL legian and beach only 200 to 500 meters away. Relatively quiet, although you can hear some music from the street on weekends. Very friendly Staff. Balinese breakfast with changing menu each day. Small, But clean pool in the middle of the Hotel. Considering the Price an excellent choice.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Not bad, but the staff is little available and breakfast leaves the time it finds. Even cleaning are not up to much.
Not to mention the view from the room there are terraces overlooking the pool, but on the back it overlooks a dump that night is burned by the residents and not breathing.

Was here on 2nd December 2013. Superb hotel and good value for money. Location is decent.
