A well run hotel fresh clean, and all the staff are very polite. The food is well presented and all the cooked food is hot, all the salads are clean and well laid out. With a good choice of desert and fruit.

Clean and ideal for families. Staff efficient and friendly. Shame they can't control the pool area so that sun loungers are used more fairly. No need for German tourists to bag them first thing in the morning — the Brits are capable of doing that on their own!

Food very good, would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in rooms, no English speaking TV channels for kids but overall it a very friendly hotel.

The 4 stars that the hotel has is very large. Even so quality-price is good. The buffet food a 6.

Is good peasefull. Not very good kids entertainment lifeguards are lazy and took us 45 minutes to check in there was only 2 of us.

Hotel lovely and clean, staff are really nice, you have a good choice of food, But no English channel's, no air conditioning, it's not ready to put on till another few weeks, save costs £20 a week, fridge cost £2 a day, doesn't seem much but all hads up?

The hotel is clean, the food is without frills, but good, the rooms are cleaned. The internet is not free anywhere in the hotel, not in the room, not in the Common hall, which finally spoils the impression of the hotel, and more than 2 stars does not pull. From the beach far minutes 20 walk. In general not bad, but minuses more.

C is tarpin well but only the pool is not open 24/24 C is from 10:00 to 19:00 and when you go and returns from Port Aventura we can not go swimming.

It's a shame it looked good and you go for 4 days and you hit three asking for more pillows, lousy deal sure you wouldn't come back and could fill out the complaints page.

For a 4 star hotel it leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are old and sloppy. We all went out with bites on the body and they weren't mosquitoes. In the buffet, the water is not included. The very nice animator.

Friendly hotel, the reception is courteous, the rooms are nice, well equipped. The restoration is very good. The Wi-Fi is paying.
A paid parking is available in the basement, but it is easy to park in the street.
Well placed, far from the hustle and bustle of the city centre which is easily accessible on foot.
A good address.

The hotel is regular. At reception they take too long to attend and the attention is regular. At least the food is pretty good.

Good location… close to the center and the different exits of the city, spacious and comfortable rooms, leisure area as the pool very good, we stayed in half board and breakfast good for the category, not to if dinner. A little low level.
Each and every one of their employees mentions special for their liking and very helpful.

Had a great stay here. Room nice and clean, loved the balcony looking over the pool. Went in late September so was never too busy by the pool or at the breakfast buffet. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and professional. Would definitely return.

For the price ok. But not at 4 star level.

It's quite far from the beach. There is little room for two adults and two children.

Very clean hotel food was very poor and the same food getting served everyday staff were far from friendly pool closes very early entertainment was a huge let down as was the entertainment for the kids nothing really for them to do to keep them occupied such a pity as hotel itself is so nice.

Stayed here for a week. Lovely clean hotel. However food was terrible especially the evening meals. Some of the staff rude and unfriendly. For this reason would not stay here again. Need english channels in room and reason and coffee facilities in room.

Great hotel. Very nice and friendly staff will do anything to help you if they can nothing is a bother to them. Superb food room was great air con brilliant. Great big pool with lots of space for sunbathing.

Good food, varied menu and very good quality products. Rooms old, but clean and styled. Nice, although the hotel on the first line, but slightly recessed, so not hear noise from the street. The beach across the road. The hotel has all to easy to navigate with a stroller.

The hotel is a solid four. Surprisingly excellent choice of food for Breakfast-lunch-dinner. Housekeeping is so-so. The hostess at the entrance to the dining room — Yana — Russian hamovataya lady, left an unpleasant aftertaste. But the sea is 2 minutes walk, lovely sandy beach, with a width of 150 meters. The sand almost every day I clean, special equipment, super!

Correct. Facilities good, but in our case only wanted to sleep and the truth is that it is going to very there wasn't. Parking fee.

We were from day 9 to 12 of October. The hotel is spotless in all aspects. The best thing, the cheerleader, a girl is especially funny. We will come back.

We stayed there for 3 days because it was closed to Port Aventura and the price was attractive. However, it's a pretty bad hotel, the food is awful, the beds are not comfortable at all, we could hear the neighbors because of the bad sound isolation. It was always 28°C in the room because there is no air conditioner in May (only from June). We couldn't open the window because of the noise and the mosquitoes. I asked if it was possible to switch it on, they told me it was impossible and they didn't give me any solutions, I slept really bad. In my opinion, this is a 1 or 2 stars hotel looking like a 4 stars one. If I come back to Port Aventura, I'm never doing this choice again.

Great family holiday in Salou! Complete relaxation! The hotel is good, not without jambs. Housekeeping — the horror! 30% of the staff is Russian and it is comfortable.

For location and quality one of the best in salou.

Like everything, but money fighting for everything you can. Fridge € 2 's day, safe 2 € 's day, Wai fai 8 € 's day and so on.

This is a lovely hotel to stay at, just far enough away from your typical brits abroad holidaymakers. Hotel is around 15 minutes walk to the beach which is a lovely day out, and the main shops and bars of salou are set behind the beach front. Salou main town is a great night out for the bar loving holidaymakers. Back to review of hotel, set in the back streets of salou town quiet surronds to sit and relax on the balcony at night watching the world go by. Rooms very clean and tidy and cleaned every other day with clean towels and bedding which was brilliant. Air con was on all night as stay last summer in temps of 40+degres. food was great different choices each evening and breakfast, from your spanish food to your british food with loads of choice each day fruit and cakes were amazing choice. Would go back tomorrow for two weeks if I could, pool clean and tidy and no need to rush for them sunbeds in the morning as pool area is closed until 9 to let everyone get a sunbed. Overall a great place for a quiet relaxing holiday, also not to far from the busy side of town.
