6th time at this hotel won’t be returning full of noisy school children currently still here till Saturday. Spoken lots of other families who have said they have been several tlmes before and will not be returning. Euro Salou you should be looking after your regular returning holiday makers Fab animation team Raquel and Pabelo also bar staff have been great.

Disappointed. No covid measures or anything at all. Full of people the dining room. I feel overwhelmed here inside. With an all-inclusive and you don't get a simple machine coffee.
The hotel staff as if nothing was with them. A disaster. I don't recommend it. We just arrived and wanted to leave.

Highlight above all the treatment of all the staff, very attentive and close.

I was ere in april this year fabulous staff fantastic entertainment excellent size pools and put us in a room with a spectacular view I absolutely love this place 5☆

Staff are rude, wait at the bar for atleast 20 minutes before you get served, pool to small, entertainment is crap 1 hour a night. Won’t be back.

Just got back from staying her for a week with my husband and two girls 4, 7 hotel was lovely and clean, pool was clean and well watched by life guard, food was lovely and and was different everyday, also has a pool snack bar, would recommended it to families, also a small walk to main strip.

Lovely hotel… nice and clean in a great location… can’t fault it really only there should be fridges in rooms to keep water cold other than that lovely.

Had a fantastic time the staff where very helpful definitely returning x.

Very good hotel food is good and the cleanliness hotel room a good size only for 1day and it is the enterment is good at night time and the day time enterment is good as well lots for game during the day and enterment at night staff is very friendly and helpful very good.

Yes 100% great 9 days food was great pool was amazing and best bit was the two girls and one fella doing the mini disco and kids club where amazing my wee girl just loved them they are doing a great job x.

We have just returned from a 14 night stay at the hotel. Had a great holiday, hotel was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpfull. Food was what you would expect from all inclusive, I'm a very fussy eater but could always find something to eat. Special mention to Reuben and Alex and all the bar staff very friendly and knew what I wanted before I asked and As A non-drinker there was an very good selection of non-alcoholic cocktails The entertainment team were excellent Roger, Riahnau, Ania and Alex had so much energy and definitely made it a very fun holiday, would definitely return to this hotel again.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, exceptional staff, beautiful, clean rooms, lovely food, great value. I shall be recommending the Eurosalou to everyone, and I can't wait to go back!

Only problem we had, was we had to wait 3 hours for our room when we arrived, rooms are too small, food was good, plenty of options, staff were nice and friendly, pool area was very small, had a great holiday but wouldn’t stay here again.

Typical holiday hotel basic rooms but comfortable, balcony view of the street not very nice, staff are very friendly. Lack of space for loungers and you have to be up early to get one but that's typical of most hotels where inconsiderate guests hog them all day. Food options are good something for everyone. Good distance from the beach and railway station. Overall pretty good.

Amazing rooms, makes you feel at home and got clean balcony’s which is amazing! I love the staff because they are so nice and know how to have a laugh. The pool area is lovely! It isn’t too small it’s a nice size and very clean! Also kids entertainment at night is magnificent! And has good shops around it and very close to the beach, I recommend this hotel 100% xx.

Sorry but we are just coming to the end of our stay here the sheets haven’t been changed since we have been here we haven’t had a change off towels, also my daughter is frightened off heights so we asked if we could have a lower floor room (myself daughter and two young grandsons) as we was on the 5th floor but told floors one and two are for couples not family yet there is a big gap with the balcony railings that a young child could get there foot down in the staff and entertainment team are brill but just needs to re think things that I have mentioned.

Really enjoyed our stay. The food was great, the staff would go the extra mile to help with anything and the entertainment was good. 2 small niggles when comparing to previous holidays though, and I do mean small as this was a lovely place that I would recommend: 1 the hotel was not all inclusive only so service was a little slower than hotels which are solely all inclusive. 2 a lack of space in the hotel grounds meant some daytime activities I'd previously done such as archery/football were not possible.

We have just left after a 9 day stay, what a great time we have had. The hotel itself is always kept very clean with cleaners constantly on the go throughout the day, friendly staff also. The food was good and always something to be had even if your a fussy eater, we ate in every day we were here :)
Jet 2 rep there if needed every morning also.

Short walk from the beach front and shops which was handy also, especially when we needed to grab the bus to portaventura! All round fantastic holiday we have had!

The hotel corresponds to its 3 stars, a little shabby but quite cozy. The kitchen is just perfect! The downside of the rooms is the lack of noise insulation.

Small rooms, for 4 people is not comfortable accommodation. I had to go to the front desk at the entrance three times, 1. Find out that for the family for 11 days you need to pay 720 euros if we want to move. 2. To wash the floor and shelves, very dusty on the shelves and dirty on the floor to bring 2 more towels and 2 sets for the shower. 3. To bring 2 additional blankets, eventually brought 2 duvets. The food is very good, very : in the morning all drinks are free, in the evening toll (we had half board). But we didn't need lunches because we weren't in the hotel all day. A small pool.

Still on holiday here at the eurohotel been here for 9 days now out of a two week holiday and all I can say is you get what you pay for. All the staff and I mean all of them are great, nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile on there faces. Too the people who have put bad reviews on must just be picky people. The restaurant has something different every day so no one can get hungry and the animation team are great for adults and kids. I will definitely recommend this hotel to couples and families. Thank you for a great holiday so far.

We have just come home from a 2 week stay at hotel eurosalou and it has been brilliant. I’ll be honest I was dreading it a bit after booking and reading some of the reviews, but don’t let that put you off.
The hotel itself is very clean and always see cleaners throughout the day. The only negative I have about the cleanliness is, we had the same sheets for the whole 2 weeks!
The food was edible on the occasions where we ate in the hotel and had something to suit everyone in our family of 5.
Hotel is in a great location, beach only a short walk away and a big supermarket about 10min walk.
We are hoping to go back next year.

It's a great hotel. Located in a quiet location, a 15-minute walk from the central beach and the city promenade. Animation for children every day, also constantly hold various competitions in front of the pool. Choosing food, as if hungry will not remain. In general, I recommend the hotel. Of the drawbacks I note only the lack of refrigerator in the rooms, as well as not very good noise insulation.

Only reason I can think this is a 3* is because the rooms are small, the food is lovely, (cater for everyone). Entertainment staff are great with all kids even the older ones. Bar staff work hard and always try to serve with first come first serve. The maids are are brilliant, they come back later if your not out your room. Can’t fault anything bout this hotel apart from room size. I did not purchase safe like advised in other reviews only because the receptionist couldn’t find keys first night we arrived (59 euros for 2 weeks) so I just locked all personal stuff in my case and took keys with me. Nothing went missing.

This place has been a m * * * * *. The rooms were dirty. The quality of the food was lousy. We won't be back. We give two stars because the entertainment for the kids is good, they are fantastic the animators.

Amazing stay even second year on the run. Friendly staff great facilities and amazing cuisine above outstanding. Beds really comfy cleanliness second to none. A must to return.

It is a good hotel, very good reception it speaks French which is not always the case. The buffet is correct equivalent to a Flunch roughly. It is not very far from the beach. The only problem can be the parking if you come by car, no parking it is necessary to find a place in the neighborhoods.

Drinks not included in the meal c is very painful, a smell of sewer very annoying in the bathroom reported every day but nothing has changed, between the rooms c is well soundproof on the side Bay window you hear everything that goes outside and side in. Ten everything that happens in the corridor, out of season it's going to summer I will not go c is certain.

Very bad soundproof, bedding bof and cleanliness that leaves to be desired. Only breakfast was good! I will not go back.

The bad was the televisions looked bad, was heard fatal, a control for two TV… the fridge was not going well…

Perfect. Very friendly employees. Very clean and the hotel is in good condition. The only downside would be the price of drinks at dinner if you choose Half Board: 2 Pepsi and 2 beers 11 euros.

Wonderful staff, immaculately clean, lovely food. We are a family of 14 from 4-64 everyone had a great time and felt welcome. Mike and Joanna the entertainment staff are wonderful and so energetic and fun. I would recommend this hotel.

Close to all sites quality price well the only thing in full board does not enter drink but otherwise very happy.

Had lovely 5 night stay. Very clean hotel. Enjoyed my time using the ģym and spa.

The cleanliness shines by his absence. 4 pm and have entered the room have pulled disinfectant to the water and have not made the beds have just stretched out a little sheets and I have pictures of it.

Stayed here in August with my family and we had a brilliant stay. Rooms were lovely and clean and just the right size for what we needed. The restaurant again was always clean, friendly staff and child friendly, with a range of different choices of foods every night. The pool area was good could of done with more sunbeds and umbrellas but other than that no complaints. My children enjoyed as they had suitable entertainment for children of all ages, The staff were all welcoming and happy to help with any enquiries im looking forward to returning next year with my family.

I can't give a big opinion since I spent very little time. What it is to sleep and have breakfast. It is good to part the hotel is clean and good attention.

Prices were way too high. Family resort. Food was great.

The all include holiday well lack off it u can't heaven get a glass off water from the main bar till 11am and after 11pm u have to pay some all in holiday.

After staying a day in Eurosalou, we can say that we are very pleased so far with our choice of hotel. We are 'all inclusive' newbies so are coming into it a bit blind eyed but are learning. It seems slightly restricted and the gym & pool are extra on top, but fair given the low price we paid. The rooms are nice and modern, and we're able to see the sea looking right and mountains looking left!

Service and communication are lacking to the present. No Tichgetränke at full board. Not recommended.

Good standard hotel for a 3 star nice rooms and food is of a good standard. Pool area small entertainment team and staff work hard and are all very nice.

My experience has been rather bad, a little cleaning, tune q to complain, the staff very dry, no one t talk unless, in the dining room, two guys very hard workers and friendly, Juanjo and Mija, also 1 blonde girl fuertota, everything else leaves much q want, it would not, a lot of gentese complaining to you d the little cleaning and d expensive q charged us, all privileges for foreigners, we're 5 people very unhappy and the drivers of the bus and flat some like the Saturday evening about 7:30 very ill-mannered and the other one on the 2 the same thing, uff already I don't come over here.

My main reason for going was because it was suppose to be disabled friendly for my nana as she can't walk and is in a wheel chair, she was put in a room on the 6th floor and there is no disabled toilets down the stairs or at the pool so she had to go all the way up to the 6th floor just to use the toilet. The rooms are not kept very clean at all, huge piles of dust gathered under my bed while I stayed there for 2 weeks, it is clean when you first arrive but then it doesn't really get cleaned while you are there. Staff are rude and make you feel unconfortable. The best part of the whole hotel is the fabulous Entertainment staff. The 4 of them made my 2 weeks amazing, without them I don't think I would have enjoyed myself at all. They work so hard and have games around the pool and put on fabulous Entertainment at night.

In general I found the hotel OK. The only real downside was that the food in the buffet service restaurant was not always as hot as it should be.

Was a little worried about staying here after reading some of the reviews on tripadvisor but needn't have been!
Food was excellent for a 3-star hotel. Couldn't fault any of the meals. Lots of variety and not the same stuff every day. Show cooking at all 3 meals towards the back of the room. Pool bar food was nice too.
The pool area isn't the biggest but we always got sunbeds, the baby pool was separated from the main pool.
We found all the staff in the hotel very friendly, cleaners in the hotel are constantly working to keep the hotel spotless.
The animation team were excellent! Our kids loved the kids club and Palmy. The in-day entertainment was made enjoyable without being overbearing. The kids disco at 9pm every night was good.
I think some people are basing this 3 star hotel on 5 star expectations.
We would definitely stay here again.

Just back from a week away with my bestie. Hotel was lovely as where the staff. Congratulations and well done to the entertainment staff, always lovely and never have a smile off their face.
Food was normal all inclusive buffet and was nice. Spa was beautiful. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday was had, would recommend especially for families x.

The room is so small and uncomfortable the bedding makes you itchy

Staff very good room on 7th floor had a bad smell but would go once you've run water through the room i. E had shower and toilet flush. The food was good but not brilliant. The spa also very nice experience. Very pleasant sray.

It was cheaper than other hotels we looked at, but it fulfilled all we needed, staff were fine, so was the choice of food, cannot understand why folk give damning reviews, if they want better PAY MORE, then maybe you could winge. It did for us and 7 year old grandaughter she loved it. Most moaners were 10 bob millionaires, soz but thats true.

Both myself and my son had a super time in Hotel Eurosalou. Our room was spotless, the staff were extremely friendly. The food was excellent. We went all inclusive and I was delighted I did. The pool side bar was open from 11 to 8. The childrens entertainment started at 9 each night — maybe this could have been earlier as the adults entertainment was quite late. One of the best things I liked about this hotel was it had a life guard, who not only watched over the swimmers, but entertained the kids with games in the pool. He was super. Which resulted in me being able to enjoy some r&r. Already booked for early next year.

Was here in June 2014. Absolutely loved it, would come back again. +++++ General The hotel was very stylish. We were served drinks on arrival and we were able to go up to our room within 30 mins. The room was modern and stylish, staff were great and helpful although like with anywhere, I hid anything precious when I went out. Safekeep costs 2E per day. Wifi is 4E per day, 7E for two days or 10E for 4 days. The hotel has two pools, one outside with a bar and eatery, the other is inside with a spa, sauna and steam room. The spa costs 6E per day per person. Restaurant serves all-you-can-eat three times per day. Bar is open between 10am — 12am. The bar is great, lots of good booze is free on the all-inclusive, including most spirits and draughts. Overall, the hotel was great. Just please fix the toilet doors on floor — 1 (the spa), because I got locked in! And finally, the entertainment is mainly for kids and so isn't that great :) Staff The receptionists were extremely nice. They were all fluent in English, with only some occasional difficulties and were exceptionally helpful in getting to know Salou. The cleaning staff can't speak English, but they were all lovely — to get around that just learn some basic Spanish. Bar staff were great and friendly, as were restaurant staff. Restaurant staff were quite professional.

everything else nice) can safely eat! (Felipe Hi) after times to try to choose a hotel close to the shoreline.

Be carefull! they are thiefs! in case of full board they still make you pay even just for water in restaurant.

Only downside to hotel was the constant bus loads of teenage Spanish, Italian kids who were very rowdy and took over the pools in the afternoon. I liked the eurosalou hotel.

I've been summer in this Hotel 3 years and the truth is that I am comfortable in it, is a 3-star who eats well, is located near the beach and the nightlife area.

I loved the location of the hotel in the area town near many shops and only 5 minutes from the whole of March.
Strengths: good food and cozy spa.
Weaknesses: is a sentence already don't make 2 * 1 in the bars.

My apreja and I have a few days at this hotel and the truth is that we are very satisfied and happy state. The hotel is in a quiet area of
Salou and close to everything. Beach, Port Aventura and shopping. The excellent service, the friendliness with which we were treated it deserves on a 10 and the rooms very comfortable and clean. In general is an excellent and recommend it to everyone.
