First evening of our week in Barcelona, we arrived at the apartment, the owner was super friendly and everything went ok, we paid the down payment (which was 300 euro) and we stayed at the apartment for next week (from February 7th to February 14th. ). The same evening we arrived, the owner was already gone and we decided to make some food for dinner… so we prepared that food, set the table, and my friend was going to sit on one of the chairs and he fell down, because the chair was already broken… so next day at morning, we phoned owner of the apartment and he was like ''ok, I will take a look at it later''. So our beautiful week in Barcelona was continuing… Last day's morning, we were preparing our selves to leave the country and we phoned the owner again, just because we wanted to give him information of our leaving and to give him thanks for everything. So we left with the feeling, that we will get our down payment back in a while… but today, it is May 1st and we still didn't get our money from the down payment back… in last months, we called on the phone number so many times and nobody picked up the call to talk with us… SO BAD EXPERIENCE. I and my friends on one hundred percent don't recommend this apartment, they don't give the down payments back.

They didn't sent our cash advance, 300€. Its like 2 months and still nothing. We call there every day but nobody picks it up.

Please do not book. It'S a non-tourist area. Away from the center. And very uncomfortable to walk to any point. And less to Parc Güell.
Even If you look at Maps. It'S A neighborhood of slopes up and down.
It's Not a place of trust. Review other reviews that have not returned the deposit. And they are €300! Be careful, please.
"Location" is not written with "H". Is location, is the noun of the verb locate.
"Hi, I know you're our neighbor! ", is it a threat?
". And We do not deceive anyone ": no one is identified, neither natural person nor juridical, as responsible. No name, no DNI, no CIF, no address.
I wonder if they issue bills? Is This apartment discharged as a tourist type and consists of the census of the city of Barcelona? And in the Treasury who percible the income for rent rent? Is the VAT adequate and given to the Treasury?
And they offer the airport transfer: On What kind of passenger transport?
