Never got to enjoy their apartments as there was a taxi strike in Barcelona. So in all fairness, can’t review or provide feedback on the quality of their apartments but I will provide feedback on their level of customer service… which is non existent. Due to a taxi strike that paralyzed Barcelona there would have been no way for me, my kid and elderly mom to get to the apartment. Their admin and myself discussed options and the public bus was the only one available… then they themselves told me the bus was not stopping at the stop near the apartments. The metro was another option but there was not stop near the apartment. So, how could I get there with suitcases, a kid and an elderly person? No other transportation option was provided… I would have love for them to help me in finding a way to get to their location but no other advice or assistance was provided. I then had to change plans, flight destination and add hotel last minute. So, since this was an event that occurred and was out of my hands as well as theirs, I asked them for a refund which would have helped with the new expenses I had to make e. G. Flight change and new destination hotel. Their answer was a no! Not a we will partly refund you or we can let you re-schedule for a future date… no, just a no. I actually never encountered a response like this when the reason for having to cancel was out of my hands… the customer's hand. Human decency was missing here.
