Great location, lovely hotel, and great staff. Rooms are so spacious and the hotel itself is lovely. We had the pleasure of being greeted by a wonderful smiling David, who was more than happy to help.
He was so friendly and chatty, and even got in on the banter. He told us how our room wasn’t ready yet, but informed him we pay for early check in through BA. — and he sorted us right out.
David made the beginning of our girls trip even more hilarious and fun! David even left us a nice note on the door for us to return too which made the experience all a little more special and personal. I would recommend and return to the hotel, the experience has been pleasurable.

Very good stay staff very professional.

Just had my 1st country visit which is Italy. I find all the hotels we stayed not really accomodating front desk staff & sometimes rude when asked. Just check-in here in Pol and grace and is surprise that David in front desk treated & welcome us well with a big smile & serve us with those complimentary at the reception area. I don’t usually give feedbacks at hotels we stayed. But Pol and grace deserves a thumbs up. Gracias.

Nice friendly hotel with excellent staff the room facilities are first class with very large comfortable beds we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Great Hotel! The staff were very friendly, spoke awesome English and very attentive. The rooms were great, air-conditioned, comfortable beds and clean; they also provided free Wi-Fi. We got the paid breakfast, lots of choices from meats to cereals and fruits. They also printed off our boarding passes at no extra cost which was great! I would definitely go back.

Awesome service and very friendly staff clean comfortable rooms and awesome English. We paid for the breakfast which was a good selection of local produce. Staff can also advise on tours and great places to eat.

Small but clean rooms. Poor Wi-Fi worked. Responsive staff. The area is not the most comfortable to all far if walking.

Excellent hotel place a bit out of the center but stylish and, all in all quite cheap given that it has free underground parking and the kind of welcome that includes coffee and mineral water. If you are accompanied by your four-legged friends the welcome will be priceless especially because in the way of pet friendliness Barcelona still has a lot to do. Rooms above average is friendly staff.

Nice venue for terrace concerts. The view of the Tibidabo mountain is amazing. When there is an event, food and drinks are served at the terrace at reasonable prices. The hotel seems to be of the «boutique» type.

Very friendly staff and lovely clean rooms, What more can you ask for? We had an early flight and arrived early to the hotel but we were welcomed and they prepared the room early for us so we could check in and begin our holiday.
Water and coffee is provided free of charge.
It is excellent value. … Close to Metro lines and within walking distance of some of the cities most famous sights and bars/restaurants. When we return one day we will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Everything very new, clean and cozy!

Nice hotel and good location. Very comfortable rooms, the beds are particularly good compared to a lot of hotels. Bathrooms are a bit shabby, and not to the same standard as the rest of the room. The shower made a lot of squealing, but the pressure was very good. A shame that there isn’t any international TV. It wouldn’t have normally been a problem, but after my partner was struck down with food poisoning it was lucky we had an iPad to use. Wi-Fi was ok, but mobile data was better. We had a first floor room and there was a lot of noise, I believe from the metro service running beneath. Not the best if you want to sleep in. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Paula & Judit are the best as are all of the staff here.
Great location and the free smartphone with free internet and international calling was a nice perk.

Renovated and modern Hotel. Very good stay and very full breakfast. It only lacks a restaurant in which to eat or dine.

Great rooms, the service was perfectly handled, staff was friendly and ready to be of help. Over all five out of five.

I took my girlfriend to this hotel on the begining of december, the plaxe is nice & we were treated very well until the point my girlfriends stuffed teddy bear went missing. When we took it up with the reception, We were prommised it would be found and will be brought back to us. Which, it was not. We gave out phone numbers emails and never heard from Pol & Grace Hotel again. Not a repmacment, compensation "were sorry" nothing. It honestly look like one of the staff just took it and they hoped we would forget about it or give up. Will I didnt and we will not go back to a hotel which treats its guests in such a manner.

Each floor has a central theme and each bedroom a theme extracted from the central. We were on the plant leisure and culture for example, and we touched the 216 room which was football. And when we come in we find a little foosball to play with.
We were put very kindly for the baby a travel bed, pillow, blanket and own towel. And for the dogs trough-trough and bed. They knew we'd go with them all before.
Very well connected in a charming neighborhood. Near Fontana Metro.
They have parking but you need to reserve it if or if previously because they only have few seats.

Very good value for money if you are on promotion. Very friendly staff. Very large room of 25 m, comfortable bed and washbasin adapted to special needs. Detail of the apples in the room. Perfect cleaning, would improve chafing on the wall, detracts a bit. Otherwise well maintained.

Clean hotel with interesting amenities. The staff strives to converse in several languages with the clientele. Not negligible: coffee/tea and water in free service day and night.

It's the people who make an excellent hotel into a wonderful one and the people here are exceptional. The reception crew were friendly, professional, cheerful and very helpful, particularly Paula, the night receptionist. Very nice location with good restaurant nearby and easy to reach with the public transport. The hotel is quite new, very modern, clean and with an impressive artistic touch. The breakfast is ok, salty and sweet offer available.

Very comfortable and clean, the attention is impeccable and easy to make the reservation, room with super king size bed, very well located and also pets allowed.

Clean Hotel, a bit noisy during the weekend but overall experience is good. Lobby provide space to work with access to free tea and coffee. Hotel staff always welcome to support your stay.

There was a free room and they didn't want to give it to us we had to book it on booking.

Nice cozy hotel with very modern feel. It's located further away from the city center but it's only a short metro ride away. If you're staying here it's worth getting the 1, 2, 3 day or longer metro pass, you can also use it for buses.

It was a cool &friendly place with kind and helping staff clean rooms and a quiet street we hope to be again.

This place is one of a kind. Perfect location, just two stations from La Rambla. There are bakeries, cafes, restos, and everything you need in walking distance. We happened to be there during a festival and it was incredible! It was nice to have an espresso in the welcome area when beating jet lag. I never had the breakfast so I cannot offer advice but the rooftop patio was being completed and will likely be another great addition to this gem.

Always happy for overnight stays. Walk to the city centre of Barcelona in 20 minutes.

Don't really want to tell everyone about this absolute gem, would rather keep it to ourselves!
However it really is FANTASTIC! Met by the best concierge ever — thank you Caesar for all your help, advice on where to go and how to get there!
Downtown Barcelona is a joy but the local area to here is equally good and much kinder to the pocket than the city centre's touristic zone. We came back here every evening to eat locally and we also breakfasted locally too. Places to try Bopan Patisserie, Sibarit's tapas bar and Casa Varela, (chicken wings to die for! )
The hotel is funky and modern, displaying lovely art features but still welcoming, (not pretentious! ) and our room was huge! Not what we expected for a city centre hotel in a capital city. The bathroom equally spacious with shower over bath, yummy toiletries and little notes posted to say if they hadn't provided it, and we needed anything, just to ask. Nothing was too much trouble. No tea and coffee making facilities in our room but the best coffeee maker (I mean real coffee) in reception and free to take up to your room whenever you wanted, so not a problem. I would definitely recommend this fabulous hotel for anyone coming to Barcelona. Thank you Pol and Grace and especial thanks to Caesar xxx.

Nice spacious room. Service top. Only the street noise could prevent sensitive natures from sleeping. Therefore a star deduction.

Super hotel any time back from the beach it takes about 15 min by car/bus/taxi super links to the city.

Excellent! Attention cleaning and the design are insurmountable for a price very competitive! Lord Zola is the kindness in person. The cleaning staff need training to reduce unnecessary noise, but still does not pull them shine, is phenomenal! It is located in an area full of public transport. Premium espresso bean coffee whenever you want. A great place for a great stay in Barcelona!

Excellent service and great facility. Room is very spacious and very clean. The design of the common area and the room makes the hotel a welcoming space and it feels great to stay. Greeters are always informative and Genuinely happy to help. Service is fast, personable and complete. I'm very happy I booked this hotel!

The hotel was excellent and above our expectations! The service is great 24/7 and from the metro around the corner its 10min to Pl. Catalunya! It was a great staying of a great vacation!

Accommodation not far away from center with low price and perfect room quality.

I have opportunity to stay in hotel Guillermo Tell, it is an excellent place to stay. I love the clean environment, the Wi-Fi service is very good.

The hotel is not here. It is in the calle Guillermo Tell, 400 meters, 5-minute walk away.
The location is somewhat misleading.
They should correct the situation on the map so that customers do not feel cheated as I felt I.

Hotel simple but very clean, quiet, good location, Wi — Fi free and works well.
One small detail 4, €5 / day for the safe.

My girlfriend and I just returned from a week in Barcelona where we stayed in Guillermo Tell. It is a lovely hotel, clean and have friendly staff. I will highly recommend this hotel since it is situated in a well connected part of the city.
