I ended up staying here when my flight was canceled and the airline arranged accommodations for us. The staff was very helpful and patient. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is nice however the staff level of customer service is poor and unresponsive. During our stay we had no assistant to cleaning the room and we ask for someone to tidy our room and for fresh towels and all that we got was clean towels which is poor service, they enter the room only to drop off while we were out and didnt even as much as remove the dirty towels. Their was no coffee in the room the refrigerator wasn’t working everything was hot, the swimming pool is smaller than expected and the windows need cleaning for the hotel being a 4star. On the other hand the bed was comfortable to accomdate our trip.

I was unable to find any flaws, I could even work quietly thanks to a large table, numerous plugs and even USB sockets.

Centrally located Hotel that gives you access to the main attractions of the city in no time.

Excellent service… Rooms where always clean. The room I first got had a smell and manager immediately switched me rooms and upgraded for free. There is a restaurant and bar inside the hotel, both excellent service. Breakfast at hotel is absolutely amazing and don't get me started on the coffee, OMG… Nothing back in the USA even comes close. Best coffee I ever had, hands down! Whenever I'm back in Barcelona, I will definitely be staying back here.

To be of "luxury" The tub did not work and I recommend changing the soap they have is a very strong and unpleasant smell.

Good hotel. I recommend it! The rooms look just like in the pictures from their website (which it's hard to find these days…). Not very close to the city center, but you have a metro station in the proximity of the hotel. Some can find the rooms quite noisy (you can hear the traffic even with the window closed) and you can hear the people talking on the hallway.

The location is a bit far from the centre but 10 minutes from the Metro. Very comfortable beds and good value for money. Full breakfast and staff always looking for your comfort.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. This hotel has been given a star because the service in general is a 3 star hotel. I don't recommend it at all.

The restaurant is very correct with a professional service and very nice. The menu is very balanced and has options for all tastes. The price is according to the gastronomic offer, perfect!

The food here is good and there is a wide variety of tapas to suit most tastes. The service is exceptionally warm, friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stop by for anyone passing!

Magnificent hotel in Barcelona that is a pleasure to visit for its luminosity, decoration and excellent customer service.

Hotel own spacious room near a bus station and Metro stations.

Rooms are ok for the price. Watch out for genuinely exorbitant bar charges, rude service and poor quality restaurant food.

They have a daily menu at competitive price and great quality. Not usually very crowded and the deal is unbeatable.

Spacious and comfortable room. Availability of plugs in every corner, bedside tables, desk… Even inside the safe and also USB-type. The hotel is not very new but it is well maintained.
Excellent service in restaurant. Very friendly waitress, value for money above the usual in other hotels. They have the detail of inviting you to a few drinks and make 10% dcto for being a client of the hotel.
2 minutes walking, Ferro station. It takes 8 minutes to get to Pza Cataluña.
Highly recommended.

I stopped two nights, the room clean but not cozy and the air conditioning machine making a noise annoying pa before notes I did not sleep for a four star hotel that did not merifj the.

Stayed here with my son and his soccer team. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were assigned a room on one of the lower floors which was quite dark and didn't look quite clean. It was an old and tired musty smelling room. Dark with no windows. I went to the front desk who quickly assigned us to an upper floor room. Very clean, well appointed with a view towards the street. Somewhat out of the center of Barcelona so I would suggest really good walking shoes or jump on the Metro which is fairly close by. Four stars for the helpful staff who quickly ensured we were moved to a nicer room and were attentive to my concerns.

Located in the upper part of the city. It can improve the service. The breakfast is amazing. It's easy to get there by public transport. The area is quite expensive.

The location is good. The room is clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Service well. Small parking spaces, it is hard to get in and out of the square.

Does not correspond to the 4 stars attributed. The structure is old and decentralized compared to the most interesting places. And in the morning all light on the bathroom C were 2 cockroaches!

The place is beautiful and the reception lousy reception desk where workers are stealing money in a professional manner the night was 90 euros 10 days 900 euros but bill written by 650 euros I discovered the days is not the same price when I told him that said, I am for I do not know I do not speak English and did not understand what you say I advise you not to deal with this hotel, because the many ways to scam you as especially from the reception desk (thieves place)

Very good hotel. Care very nice and attentive, good location (5 min to the metro) and reasonable prices.

Not up to scratch. Bed needs new mattress has broken and noisy springs. Safe requires 50 euro deposit for lock and key; what the?

Kinda far from city center, but the nearby L3 subway line takes you directly to Placa de Cataluyna, thus leading to La Ramblas. The hotel room is small but cozy. Receptionists were very nice and friendly.

Everything perfect! Very good customer service! All the employees are very very friendly and attentive. The perfect room. Quiet and no noise.

I've never stayed at a worse hotel in my entire life. I went with my college class and stayed here for a week. Day one our shower head broke and they never fixed it. The maids constantly moved our stuff. The receptionist was completely rude just because of the fact we were Americans. The list goes on and on. In this regard I should've known better, but we were neglected to be told that the drinks were not complimentary. Again I should've known better but everything else was inexcusable. And when I complained for the upteenth time on the last day we were there, they said, "sorry I don't know what to tell you". I was considering staying there again with my boyfriend when we went to Barcelona in the near future, but after my stay here, I should say not. The fact that the rooms were very nice does not make up for the terrible service I have received.

Good hotel with good facilities.

At this hotel were very understanding since I could not do check-in (during my name) I could communicate by e-mail and my girlfriend can do it for my trouble. The rooms (at least that touched me to my) are very large, with a spacious bathrooms and beds! Although it is on a busy corner, you don't mind the noise. Even having several windows around the room solar-tapping. I highly recommend it.

We love this hotel. The rooms are spacious and airy, design. The terrace has a swimming pool for guests use. It is one of the few Barcelona hotels that have rooms with natural light for courses, conferences and events. Nice price for the excellent service you give. 100% recommended.
