No tickets for sale at 1pm?! It’s a scandale! How disappointed to plan this whole visit with our children, get them excited, wake up early, walk kilometers to have to turn around for a parc which access used to be free!

It is not worth the entrance fee of 10euros especially as it used to be free, I was there 2weeks ago I was told since covid 19 they now charge everyone what a rip off the staff were not at all helpful wen asking questions as I had no map I only spent a short time here it was 10euros wasted.

we had the windows of the car smashed and stole all our belongings in the trunk, the parking seems safe (cameras and people present in the parking lot) but is not at all, the security of the park sent us for a walk when we gave them to show the condition of the car by telling us "there is nothing we can do about it! impossible to have a person looking after the cameras in the car parks!
Be really careful Aparament it's very common.

Unique park to admire Guell.

Delightful place to spend several hours exploring and learning about the artist Gaudí. Beautiful example of Art Nuevo architectural design by Gaudí. Whimsical, with interesting textures, and vivid sculptures. Recommended for families, couples, or go alone. Amazing sweeping views of the city of Barcelona. Bring your camera. Transportation of local bus. Bus stop within walking distance.

Beautiful — we didn’t buy tickets as when we went all the paid area was under construction however the views from the three crosses were amazing.

The park is under restoration, however it was still worth the visit. I would recommend you take your own food and drinks. The only cafe (which is very busy) has very poor service and rude staff.

Restoration is currently taking place so not as beautiful as it normally is but essential. Only buy tickets in the official site as much cheaper than other places. Https://parkguell. Barcelona/es you can still go in the house. Facilities are good. Water fountains for topping up your bottle.

The park is very nice, but the staff is very unpleasant or rather rude to say… Only by asking where they bought tickets, they gave me a response VERY EDGE ¡¡there in the BACKGROUND! … And I have responded but at the exit or at the bottom of the path, left, right… Is that you forgive you, but I'M NOT HERE as is logical… ¡¡¡Pos there in the background! As is but with a bad face and a very bad Honda. Look you can't answer so with that bad milk to someone who just asked a question. Shameful. Nor will I pay or I'm going to go back because there is so much now that I know what it costs. The free part of the park is worth it, and in the rest of Barcelona the people are very very friendly. Thanks equally.

Quite overrated! Like all of Barcelona. £10 pp is too much for this. Building work is happening everywhere, the cafe was crammed, the tables were overflowing with litter, we spent about 20 minutes in the cafe and we didn’t see anyone from the staff to look after the area outside. 3 out of 7 female toilets were out of order (like many things in Spain), not a single piece of toilet paper in any of them!
The best part was that they regulate the number of visitors thanks to the booking system you don’t need to queue for hours and it’s not overcrowded.

Park Güell is the place I visit every week as it’s rich with nature and artistic views. I love to spend time there with musicians every week. They inspire me a lot.

I loved this place. Beautiful architecture, great views of Barcelona, peaceful gardens loaded with lavenders to relaxed in and absorb all that is Parc Guell.

Horrible organization! Messy and the staff is awful not helpful. Disappointed ☹️. Boot the house down.

Don't ever buy tickets online for the park using the service of company Headout. They charged me almost 50% more as fees.

Another one of Gaudí masterpieces. Such a beautiful park with so much to see. Fantastic views looking over Barcelona as well.

Even visiting while restoration was being done didn't make it less magical. What an amazing place!

I couldn’t get enough of this place. All I can say is that this historical landmark is breathtaking. I can’t even imagine how this place was created and how long it took to make this masterpiece.

Meritxille at the entries was super rude and treated tourist horrible and she wasn’t the only one the team at the ticket counter were yelling at everyone, the park is beautiful but too bad the service not there so won’t recommend.

Bad experience with the customer service. We paid entry for ourselves and our young children for the following day. We were given a receipt. We returned at our allocated time to be told we needed tickets to gain entry. We were never given tickets but the park would not accept this, said we could have given our tickets away and tried to gain entry with our receipt. We had to pay again to gain entry.

The park itself was magical and a great place to take a family. Avoid the food concession which is expensive and has some of the rudest employees Ive ever encountered. One came out as we were finishing our ice cream and wanted to lower the umbrellas for the evening. He started singing loudly and then started banging on a chair with a piece of metal. My 74 year old father made some remark about his behavior and the guy called him a motherf-cker in front of my small children.
