Fine appartments, clean and organized with plenty of space. Everything is nearby and in close range. Good for small groups and couples!

The apartment was lovely. Well situated and big… HOWEVER, the hot water was not hot, it was borderline warm. When we explained this to reception, they said someone would come round to fix it while we were out. I then find a half eaten kebab in one of the cupboards! We also told reception about this and again told it would be dealt with. When we returned to the apartment a few hours later, we expected everything to be sorted… NOPE! The water was still barley hot and the kebab was still in the cupboard (I refused to clean it up — why should I? ) … We decided to leave it at that and get on with our holiday, as I didn't want to spend my break moaning about things. These 2 things is why I haven't given it 5*. I would have done if things had been sorted. PS I left the kebab in the cupboard…

Good location, but that really is about it! The apartment is very basic and the online booking information was very misleading. We were advised there were 3 beds in 1 room and 2 beds in another (bunks) So they really are only suitable for 4 people, not 5! This meant someone needed to sleep on the sofa bed on their own. The sofa bed looked about 50 years old, was very grubby and actually gave us terrible bites from what we can only assume as bed bugs! In light of this, 2 of our girls had to share a single bed for 2 nights, as they woke up from the sofa bed looking like dot to dots! The bathroom shower was not very powerful, so for 5 girls getting ready it really isn't ideal! On top of this, there was only 1 mirror in the whole apartment, and that was in the bathroom! Towels were only changed when we had to call to request these, along with checking on toilet rolls etc! Beds and doors were SUPER creaky so the whole apartment woke if anyone needed the loo or turned in their beds! there was no heating facilities at all, it was colder than England when we went but there was no way of turning the heating on and we were all very cold! We really wish we'd have booked a hotel now, or better quality apartments! Having been travelling and stayed in hostels, I'm really not that fussy — but for the money we paid I really don't think what we received is acceptable! Do your research!
