Just stayed here for 3 nights. It's a lovely, well kept hotel, conveniently situated. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room nice and modern with a gorgeous view. The rooftop pool was pretty awesome and the level 3 pool was also fab (and warmer). The breakfast was awesome too! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, room was squeaky clean every day, free bar in a hotel room was topped up on daily bases. Both pools are heated, the rooftop one has a stunning sea view.
This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a stress free holiday thanks to the extremely kind and helpful staff.
The location is also very good, there’s a huge shopping mall right next to it with lots of restaurants, less than 10 mins walk to the beach and only 100 away from metro.

I highly recommended this hotel, stayed there for seven nights with my fiancé. The staff are amazing and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable at the hotel. We had a slight issue although the staff and manger helped us out the best way they could, made sure we were okay and also was given free drinks, deserts to apologise and we were offered a room higher up with better views which we highly appreciated. Lots of places to eat and drink, the beach was far to access and greats views from the room and top floor pool. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Thank you for making my first trip abroad something to remember and we will definitely stay again.

Inconvenient arrangement of rooms in the room, only muted light, not enough shelves and cabinets.

The hotel was great, clean and nice. The breakfast was well, but something for everyone. Overall, everything was fine and we were satisfied. Unfortunately, only the manager at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. in the end, he puts the other nice employees in the shade. A pity. One should not forget that the guest is king and therefore you should not dissociate unnecessarily. and a lift more would not hurt either.

Great location, near to a metro station and three or four bus stations Great for food Great stuff I asked them to decorate my room for honeymoon And they did it for free! The pool at the 25 floor has a breath taking view to the sea There is one of the biggest shopping mall just the next door.

Overall the place is nice, staff's friendly, but there's couple of things that I did not expect (might be my fault) : 1. They won't accept drivers license as an ID for registration, you and everyone who's going to be living in the room you're booking should have an international passport at hand 2. Car parking is not free and not intuitive and you need to park on the — 5 floor only and have a password to access it, which they give you at the reception desk 3. If your windows face the sea, everything above 6th floor will overlook a ginormous dirty roof of the museum of natural sciences 4. The area is relatively far from downtown (my mistake of poor research)

Excellent staff, cleanly environment. Loved the blackout curtains in the room, as well as the well-renovated bathroom/shower. The air-conditioning was easy to control and very efficient. We used the rooftop pool, which has great views, but if you're looking for something quieter they also have one on the third floor. Would recommend!

Amazing views… Best breakfast, nice staff.

This is supposedly a four star hotel. No tea & coffee facilities in room and no iron available — you have to pay to iron your own clothes and at €7 for just a shirt that is high way robbery. Front desk staff are lazy at best, no one to assist with bags in check in.
Only day 2 of my 6 day stay and it’s horrible.

Very tidy and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant on 3rd floor was nice. The breakfast buffet was not great. But there were many other options in the shopping centre next to hotel. Would recommend this hotel and we will definitely book again in future.

It is a well placed hotel in Barcelona by the sea, access to all transport, the welcome there is pleasant in all services!
It is modern clean, quiet in the month of May.
The only black point the noise of the cars and adjoining rooms is the center of Barcelona CERTE but a double glazing and tampons under the Chairs would be necessary.
Good value for money I will return with pleasure as it is a great place but on the 25th floor.

Disappointing. Lifts very slow, sometimes more than 5 mins wait, then full. Poor sleep due to outside /inside noise. Broken tap on sink. Staff very nice friendly especially Gym Bar.

Four pieces of clothes that were on my bed in the morning went missing after the maid cleaned the room. The clothes couldn't be found within my 5-days-stay. The reception staff always ensured that they take care of it but handled the situation very unprofessional. I was left with an email to write to when I left. So I wrote an email and ask for my clothes again but I did but never got a respond. No clothings back, no refund, not even an apology. Terrible service and unsatisfactory result!

Great location. Short walk to the beach and minutes away from a shopping mall. Stayed in a triple room which was a very good size with a small balcony. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooftop a bit on the small side.

Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Breakfast was excellent A little downside for who does not speak English but they do the utmost to help us. Very nice view of the city. A recommendation: even at 23 euros the garage per day, prefer it to the impoundment of the vehicle! The police in barcelonnaise hunt in non stop illegal parking and the city offers few parking spaces.

I was there for business travel and I found this property less than impressive. The hotel across the street is a better option (I stayed there 1 night prior to transferring to this property). If I had not been required to stay here by my employer I would have checked out after the first night. My room's bathroom smelled horribly and continuously during my stay. I alerted the front desk and they said it would be resolved — it wasn't. I asked the housekeeper on my floor to help. She tried, but the stench persisted. Also, I had my do not disturb sign out everyday and I know for a fact that my room was entered each day — nothing was missing, but that's not the point. Elevators were very slow. You often waited several minutes before one arrived. The positives: The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and had a decent selection. The meeting rooms met expectations.

I will start with the best: the attention of the front desk staff was perfect. The rest: room is better. I ordered double bed and had to confirm myself with two very small singles. Lots of details in the room that make the 4 * have very fair. For more than €200 that cost the room, you expect something else. Breakfast was good too.

Hotel in the center spacious and comfortable rooms, very attentive staff all very clean and cozy to go in couple or enjoy a massage I hired a masseur from Saramasaje and in my room enjoy it and then we relax in the spa everything was perfect and grace S for the deal over opposite the beach… I love this hotel so nice and the views I really like… this hotel.

Faults the elevators expect for interminable periods, when it rains in the hanging corridor it rains. Although in the peripheral area convenient to the metro and with the shopping center "Diagonal del Mar" within walking distance, with considerable supply of food (see review on the "Burghesa"

Very good breakfast and great service. We had nothing to complain about. The whole hotel is very clean. The spa area and the heated pools were very pleasing to us. It was really thought of everything. Happy to be back!

I recommend the Gym Bar upstairs on the 3 floor with the pool next door, the food is delicious with lots of flavor and very elaborate dishes plus the prices are super adjusted to what they serve, the attention was fantastic to their staff.

Overall, the hotel makes a good impression, unfortunately one should not look too closely. Something that has come into the years. The window blinds do not run in the guide rails. In the shower the knob loosens and the silicone joints should be renewed, because when you shower, you get moist feet on the toilet, which is separated by a glass pane from the shower. There is also a so-called travel buddy in the room, a mobile phone that you can take with you. Actually a nice idea, unfortunately this phone does not even go on and I can not tell you how well and to what extent the travel buddy is helpful.
There are also positive sides, staff is friendly and there is a safe, minibar and a pool on the 23rd floor, everything can be used free of charge. In the hotel itself you can drink something and for food is also taken care of. The connection to tram and bus is great. Around the corner you can go shopping, eat and sip cocktails.

We had a great one week stay to visit Barcelona. Room cleaned every day, free beer, water, and coke in the fridge, renewed every morning! Roof pool is heated and gives a nice view on the coast. The best thing for us was the free access to a takeaway local cellphone with data, included with every room! We took it with us every day to travel around Barcelona and it was very useful. This way you don't have to worry about Wi-Fi outside the hotel. Awesome for outsiders! Furthermore, the service was impeccable and the hotel is right next to a metro station and a tourist hop-on-hop-off bus stop!

It was a very nice Hotel. Parking is very poorly indicated it is a pity because it is practical in the end.
We were entitled to a "better" room by the receptionist on the 19th floor. In the end the view was clearly not exceptional. (see photo, Room 1911)
The Double bed is actually the junction of two twin beds in a wallet: I hate that.
On the other hand we slept well.
We paid 143 £/night I think is too much.
The staff was helpful and friendly he raised the level.

The Hotel is very close to a subway station, which is a quick access to the city centre. Mall right next door. Room and service impeccable. I recommend!

A flawed hotel. Rooms are nicely designed with comfy beds and sea view is great HOWEVER breakfast is average and if you are on a high floor and like to be on time in the mornings then the lifts will NOT make this possible. On average it will take 10 mins just to get up and down at busy times. To make matters worse the key cards randomly stop working. The gym is also terrible with old and I would even go so far as to say, dangerous. One running machine turned off half way through a jog and the other had a belt which kept slipping! They also don’t provide an iron, which for a business hotel is utter joke. Had to pay almost 40 euros to get 3 shirts and a psi of trousers dry cleaned as they don’t even have a press only option! I won’t be staying there again.

Great hotel, very well located: next to the metro, tram, and shopping centre (so taxis are never far away). The service is very good, the beds comfortable. Only small downside: it was very hot in the room even with the air conditioning. I recommend!

Midday menu for 17.50 EUR. Original dishes, with some sophistication, according to the restaurant of this hotel. Very good food, both taste and quality. Amounts between just and normal. Quiet and pleasant Place.

A friendly hotel located on the Barcelona coast but only 10 minutes by Metro from the city centre. One of the tallest hotels around with great views over the city. The restaurant in the hotel seemed to be closed more than it was open (we stayed out of season in February) but they served a good breakfast. There were plenty of reasonable restaurants located in and around the shopping centre next door. The 2 swimming pools were quite small but the water was heated and swimming in the pool on the 23rd floor was a memorable experience!

The rooms are partly newly refurbished, but if you stand there, you can see some shortcomings.
I was here years ago (2014) and the quality has decreased in total. At breakfast, for example, the fruit was often already moldy.
Another example is that tiles in the bathroom are already loosening or that it rains heavily in the glass between the buildings.
The hotel could generally be a bit cleaner.
The staff is very friendly.
The rooms (had number 818) are big enough and noise from the hallway was not audible. Very good however from the road because the windows do not seal clean.

I can't recommend it to anyone. Water in the washbasin did not expire. Shower defective. Room safe was not fixed. Air conditioning could not be regulated. The best part was breakfast.

It's spectacular. It eats very well, they treat you very well and everything is Comodisimo 5 stars definitely to recommend and to repeat certainly.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient for the purpose of my visit. The hotel rooms are quite small as compared to nearby hotel. Some of the furniture is very awkward to use. They do not provide the basic facilities which are available with most hotels of this type like an iron for clothes, moisturizer/cream, the gym is too small with very few equipment. Swimming pool is also very small. Food is decent. Overall not a very satisfied stay.

Great hotel rather well located near a tram station and a bus. The rooms are really top with bonus every day the mini bar filled gracefully, toothbrush, slipper soap etc offered. The bedding is good and everything is clean. Attention no air conditioning in winter and the maid puts the heating to 25 and no aeration… I highly recommend.

A chic and trendy hotel with impeccable décor, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, well soundproof and well equipped with bathrobe and slippers provided, you are well in a 4 star there is no doubt, it is even better than some 5 stars! The 2 pools hanging on the 3rd and 23rd floor are great and offers a breathtaking view! Although a bit far from the city center, it enjoys an excellent location past the Super Mall Diagonal Mar, and a hundred meters from the beach. One of my favorite hotels with excellent value for money.

A typical design hotel on the outskirts of the centre. Not bad, but gives more to be ahead than it really is, wants to impress with pool on the roof, but the toilet in the room is so small that one with the knees the door is pressed (I am 1, 66m Large). Breakfast not tried because overpriced. 1 minute walk from the hotel there is a great bakery that also offers breakfast!

Good hotel. I stayed 3 days for work and the stay and it went well. I liked the breakfast and the attention in reception. In the room I heard a lot of noises from other rooms and they affected the rest.

This hotel is great, the rooms are spacious, clean and well-groomed. The service is very good and the staff competent. The pools are nice but a little small, the views are amazing and the location perfect, not forgetting the free mini-bar, even though they carry few drinks!

The service is spectacular, the waiters are very friendly and has all kinds of liquors and wine, they also have a great menu to taste of consumer. So it would come to be the space is very elegant and very spacious.

Great location next to a shopping mall, grocery store, metro, and tram. The staff is really polite and pleasant. They have a great selection for their breakfast buffet. The room was clean and had a gorgeous bathroom however I didn't find he bed comfortable. Although, I will still come back for the location and the cleanest of the hotel.

Absolutely fantastic! The moment we arrived the reception staff made us feel welcomed and clearly explained what facilities they had within the hotel. We arrived at the hotel two hours before check in but they allowed us they leave our bags with them and offer us to use their facilities if we like. Then later we went to our hotel room which was stunning. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had great lighting and mirrors. And the balcony had a beautiful view of the sea and was big enough to seat out on. We then used the gym bar which offers a menu and cocktails. The food was gorgeous from pizzas to burgers. They were cooked to perfection (and the burger cooked to how you like). They had a variety of cocktails and the ones I had (such as mango cooler) were amazing. The staff in the gym bar were delightful (Francesca was so welcoming and such a lovely woman). The view from the bar was also nice with a lovely view of the 1st floor pool (which you can drink out on) and the ocean. We opted in for the breakfast buffet when booking the hotel and what a great it was. The buffet was massive with a variety of food from hot to cold to pastries to cereals. With drinks such as coffee, teas, juices all available. And the layout within the room was nice as well. Such a great buffet and was the one thing that made us get out of bed early! There was an IT/chill out area which was handy to use if you need to print out tourist attraction tickets (for free).

Staff were fabulous, slightly disappointed with the pool areas. Showed really big in the reviews but during most of my stay I was hardly unable to use it. The lifts are incredibly slow. I found that the house keeping was ok. We would have the do not disturb sign up and yet they managed to walk in.

Friendly staff, felt very welcomed when we arrived. Room was nice, could do with a bit of paint, but nothing major. The view for the bedroom and bathroom overlooked the conference centre but also the sea. Waking up to the sun rising on the horizon was beautiful. Facilities at good. Location is pretty good to actually. Easy to find and really close to the metro station. Would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely professional. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only problem was the shower head was very high and us shorties had to stand on tiptoe to alter the angle. The views from the 23rd floor are great. It's a shame that it rained on the day that we would have loved to use the pool on the 23rd floor, but you can't have everything. We would definitely use this hotel again the next time we're in Barcelona.

Perfect! The view of the city is sublime. The staff is top notch, the massages are perfect. We have never been disappointed and it is for this reason that we return there every time even if it is a little expensive.

Great for a work convention across the road at CCIB. Very modern rooms and great service. Lifts coukd be a bit quicker but that's the only complaint.

Disappointing. Not more than a 3 stars. Basically you pay for the view. Considerably underdesigned. You will wait for several minutes to get your elevator. Cheap finishes considering the supposed 4*. Rooms are big but they are dark. The bed is very comfortable. Every room has an external terrace. The minibar is included in the price of the room. The shower doesn't allow to change its height and it is installed so high I barely can grab it. The glass barrier of the shower doesn't fit perfectly, so when you have a shower the water filters and finally you find the floor completely wet. The water is too hot or too cold. It is impossible to have a "warm compromise". The bathroom is big, but no bidet (in a 4* hotel? ). There are 8 basic PC workstations available where you can also print a document if you need.

Absolutely fantastic! I love everything about this place. We had a very positive experience with the receptionists (very welcoming, helpful). We had a room with a great view, the room itself was very spacious and clean. Very nice breakfast and good restaurant on the ground floor. 5minutes walk to the beach, 3minutes to the metro station. A fairly big shopping centre within 200metres. I'd definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Very nice rooms, great views from the hotel, handy location, very good breakfasts. Some "glitches" should not be there though (like e. G. Air con controller that could not detect the room got already completely frozen, the beautiful glass door to the shower cabin that could not be opened without nearly pulling it out of its hinges or difficulties with identifying the reservation at the check-in)

Gave a lot of free stuff including 5 bottles of drinks per day and toiletries. The pools were a bit small but clean. The rest is good.

Stayed here for a week in May. Hotel is fantastically. Rooms are very big and modern. Large windows, mini fridge is free and stocked daily with glass bottles of coke, sparkling water and beer. Modern lighting, air conditioning and electric blackout blinds which can be closed from the bed :) Had breakfast one morning, a bit pricey but a lovely buffet. The food in the pool bar was nice, their club sandwich is fantastic! Food was cheap and delicious. Had food brought up as room service and only cost one euro extra per dish. The pools are both quite small but this is a business orientated hotel so what do you expect. It's still very nice, the rooftop pool has a great view. Unfortunately the weather wasn't very warm when we visited. The staff are friendly, the food was nice and the room is affordable. It's beside a beach, tram line and shipping centre. It's a little bit out of the way but it's worth it die to the price, services and features.

Do not solve you the problem and you have to get you another hotel. And they want to settle for less quality that you have paid.
They will not have resistance to leave the hotel.
PS: unfortunately I'm going with my wife at the hotel tomorrow unless they have given us solution or reception from the supervision of reception.

At my last visit to this hotel I entrust my car to the valet to get it down to the garage under ground, when I left and the delivery of my vehicle I see that my shock AV
had been badly damaged after a long talk with the Director there refuse to make a statement handing me his card telling me that this was enough and matched has his given word
This day I got a response from my insurance that declares me that the hotel refuses to pay for the damage
This means that if you have a problem with this hotel the word of the Director is not enough!

I stayed there 2 nights for work. Didn't use the restaurant or the spa. Breakfast was very nice (lots of choices). Wi-Fi worked incredibly well throughout the stay in the room. Service was efficient. The rooftop pool is a little disappointing (very narrow and the surrounding area is small and boring too — though the view is nice).

A great hotel that graces the skyline of Barcelona with a magnificent design. We attend to your terrace, The Gym Bar to enjoy its gastronomy, its swimming pool and its good atmosphere. To be a little removed from the center, although it is easy to access, it is perhaps less collapsed than other hotels, and right next to the sea and shopping centre. Ideal to enjoy a quiet drink and your good dishes.

This is the worst hotel ever. The staff hangs up on you MULTIPLE TIMES. Do not stay here. Better hotels like Hotel Montecarlo are worth staying at because they value their customers. The only reason people stay here is because it's near the conference center. There are better hotels you can stay at.

A little disappointed, the room was small for a "" "4 stars" "", all night the noise of air conditioning quite embarrassing, on the 25 floor nice seaview, the pool was ridiculously small, restaurant very minimalist map, breakfast has it by hand was excellent, hotel strong sewer smell and that daily output. The location of the hotel is good, metro a 2 minutes feet.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! WHY? Summary: Poorly built hotel (if you do decide to stay here and risk your safety, just pay attention to the shady construction) that does not care about its guests! Details: First night, the hotel's roof pool sprung a leak, flooded an entire wing of the hotel, and left our room, 2 floors right below the pool, with 2 inches of water. Outside our room, there was literally a waterfall! Oh, and this happened at about 11pm and the front desk assured guests that everything was just fine. After rescuing our luggage and getting a free shower of pool chemicals, the front desk finally changed our room (and only because I insisted that the flooded wing was not safe — more on this later). The next day, we had to change rooms again as we needed two beds and the temporary room only had one. This room was back in the flooded wing of the hotel (now dry). Upon leaving the room the next morning, a metal plate of about 15lbs separated from the ceiling and fell on my head! Ouch! Why did this happen? Gee, maybe because the water caused damage to the drywall and ceiling supports! Finally, the hotel director only added to the this awful experience by expecting us to pay for half the stay! Unreal! And the executive controller of the hotel, Joan Garcia, did not even bother responding to my email regarding this situation. Avoid unless you do not value your safety.

We stayed a week at this fantastic hotel. Upon arrival in the room is located on the sixth floor (overlooking the TIBIDABO) we found the beds, having made known the reception problem in less than 5 minutes had it fixed. Clean rooms, with television, wi fi, air conditioning, bathrobes and towels changed daily, hairdryer and daily stocked with SOAP, liquid soap, shampoo, razor, and slippers. Each room has stunning views, especially if you go up to the 23rd floor where you can access the swimming pool overlooking the sea. Another pool is instead placed on the third floor. Friendly staff.
The hotel is located near EL MARESME FORUM Metro, which connects you to the city centre. Great for those who, like us, use the property just to rest.
DIAGONAL MAR shopping centre next to the hotel, where you can have breakfast, eat tasty burgers from LA BURGUESA and shop. If I was to return to Barcelona, riscegliere the hotel:).

We got a room with terrace. In summary, all needlessly small and older than it appears the web. The terrace is tiny and has neither a daybed (not worth the price far). The pools are full because they are also tiny (especially that of above). The elevators are slow and polar temperature (the first hotel that I see has air conditioning in the elevator machines). Finally, room looks old, is absurdly small because you have separated a small sitting room without any utility, and the bathtub is for children. We will not return.

Luxurious experience on a budget. Being used to living in kind of budget hotels (like AC-hotels) I was really pleasantly surprised. Welcomed to the room with cava and a dessert, and a free minibar (refilled every day and still free) was a pleasant surprise. The hotel had free Wi-Fi both in the lobby and every room. It was conveniently located near the beach, and it was easy getting places by tram or the subway. Just next to the diagonal mar (mall) as well. Cons: The rooftop pool was warm, but kind of small. The pillows where kind of uncomfortable. Overall it was a great experience, well recommended! Cheap prices for such a great hotel.

I spent a weekend at this hotel and I still remember the moment that I had to leave that wonderful room as the hardest of my life. Jokes apart is a great place to spend a few days and relax at the end of a hard day's sightseeing. Although it is a little away from the Center perfectly connected, I arrived by subway everywhere without any problem and at all hours.

Best hotels in the area, rooms with bath with integrated separated by a glass wall, large windows and well equipped. Should be chang of 4 to 2 stair. When I visit website and book hotel in the first time I think thiss nice place. But really very difrent and for next time never back there.

Fantastic hotel. Great metro connections. Don't take taxi from airport. If you do expect 45 euro charge. Use metro, stops over the road.
