Some positives were it is close to the beach and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful in finding directions. As for the room 2617 it was small and has some downsides. We had no internet in the room for most of our stay and in a city this size I'd expect an easier system for charging electronics in a hotel. The bed was rock hard and both my wife and I had trouble sleeping. I really wanted to like this hotel but in reality it was not what I expected.

Rooms. Small rooms, bathroom with showers. A special feature — the temperature and water pressure in the bathroom on the opposite side of the watering can. Instead of a two-bedroom bed, two singles leave. There is slow Wi-Fi, near the reception faster.
Breakfast. Sausage, bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs, pastries, natural juice, coffee. That's enough.
Sea. Across the street, five minutes. The beach is sandy, clean, 10 meters from the shore to a depth of 1, 5 meters. Sunbathing topless, dressing up no.
Location. Near DiagonalMar (supermarket, clothes). It's a 10-minute walk to the subway. The Gothic quarter, port, Sagrada Familia or fountain can be reached on foot by walking in an hour.

The hotel is near the shore, the place is decent, but overall not the best option. Scarce zaatrak, there is a smell in the rooms. For this price the quality is not very good.

Great hotel, not expensive and cozy. Good service, the rooms are cleaned every day, everything is changed, the bedding, towels and bathrooms are kept. We only had breakfast, but it was enough to appreciate the delicious cuisine. Especially pleased with the fact that when you pass the number, but before the plane is still a lot of time the attitude does not change. It turns out you are no longer their guest, but they are always friendly and ready to help in everything, for example, you can leave your luggage in a safe and go for a walk around the city, or go to the beach, towels they also give out without any problems, and especially nice that you can then come and take shower (give the key to the sauna, there is also everything, clean towels and all bathrooms) and it's all absolutely free. Loved the hotel, and its cosy and attitude to the guests. The big plus is that it is very close to the sea, you just have to cross the road. And of course the transport issue is also at the height, buses go, next to the taxi parking, and the main thing is that the subway is only a few intersections from the hotel.

Really friendly front desk staff. Rooms were clean and towels refreshed daily. Not bad at all :)

We attended an event, and both the food and staff has been very good, especially the waiter who had assigned an Italian boy Francesco, who has been a 10 d deal especially with the little ones!

The standard room is is very small. The manager did upgrade our room to a slightly larger room. The accommodations are below par. There is a large crack on the wall. The baseboard is separating from the wall. The 2 pillows had to be exchanged because of stains. The bed has a stain. The bathroom glass vanity has a couple of chips out of it. The ceiling above the shower has mould stains. Management seems nice but there really isn't anything that they can do. Really needs an overhaul. Location is great, just a small walk to the beach. Booked it through Sunwing and Marlin Travel. They should do their do diligence.

The hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This section of the center in a zone of apartments in first line of beach which by the way is pretty cool and quiet. It is 5 minutes from an immense mall. To repeat without a doubt.

Hotel in a quieter location. Room clean and perhaps a little on the small side but adequate. Nice bathroom with complimentary soaps, shampoo etc. Seaview rooms at the front I guess will be noisy as look onto a busy road. Large mall with shops, restaurants and a hugh supermarket about 15 min walk away. We had the buffet breakfast which had a large choice but not so much hot food. Would certainly stay here again.

Good location for our needs, great hotel only issue was there were not enough balcony rooms but that's is more of a personal request.

The hotel is lovely! The location is perfect if you want to avoid the high prices of the tourist district near Las Ramblas, but it's on the tourist bus route and near many Metro stations so it's easy to get around. The rooms are quite small, but the amenities and staff are more than adequate; especially if your plan is to explore the city. Cleanliness is five stars for sure, and if you can take advantage of the included breakfast definitely do it.

Fab location — beach was just a walk across the road. Beautiful beach. Hotel staff pleasant and friendly. Was able to leave baggage until later in the day after check out. Breakfast was amazing! Dinner wasn't great? Neither was the service. Nice restaurants behind the hotel though. Metro about a ten minute walk from hotel. Hotel room was lovely.

I can not comment on 100% because I have not stayed in it… since I was only in a meeting… so I have tried their boardrooms, besides the restaurant as we ate there, quite well if we attend to the quality price.

A disappointment. Very small room and bathroom for two people. You have climate control but you better not bother to put it on as it is a placebo. The temperature runs in charge of the hotel which of course knows your tastes. Also if you have a late dinner and you take hotel night to rest, before 9. A waitress of flats will have bludgeoned to your door so many times that Prefiririas have gone to your house to sleep and to save you the hotel. Finally, if you need some sneakers to get out of the shower, you just have to look under the bed and get a couple and something else. To top it off apparently it is usual for the fire alarm to sound, as I had read it in opinions and coincidence (or not) rang. I am clear that I will not repeat at the hotel and less for 100 EUR without breakfast.

The rooms are a bit small, the best feature of this hotel to me was its location. The staff was very cooperative and friendly too.

Hotel was under reconstruction, this was not mentioned during the online booking, I looked on two different websites before booking. Staff is friendly, but inefficient. Safe in my room was locked, staff did not even bother to unlock in spite of me personally informing them. Phone in the room did not work so I had to walk over to inform reception. Even that was not addressed. Gym is a joke, all the equipment is either semi functional or broken. Wi-Fi is good, room is functional without much bling. Bathroom is clean. Had I known about these issues I would have looked elsewhere. It might look different once the repairs are done.

Just 30 minutes in the room and a cockroach appears! Was offered to move rooms which I did, only it was a very uncomfortable nights sleep as worried and nervous another would appear. I understand cockroaches should not exist in a clean hotel?! I won’t be trying the breakfast!

We were a weekend for sightseeing in Barcelona! Unfortunately our first room was just a small mood damper! Boards were loose and came towards us, room was not clean and everything very small!
On our complaint we got another room, which was unfortunately not much better, as our badtür was out of the fishing and could hardly be closed and the cleanliness also left to be desired! Unfortunately, the towels were not changed and the beds made, which for me belongs to a 4 star hotel! All in all, the hotel is a good location but has been very much in the years! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Buffet Restaurant with repetitive dishes.

On wheels. New Year's Eve dinner in a private room for us with TV for the grapes. And then dance in the main hall.

Great hotel but still a little something to improve on service.

It was expensive, but totally justified.

No bar in the room. I just had the empty cooler. No dancing couple has in the bathrooms. Cenden sea view and you don't see the sea. It's a view to the street, to the sea. Very small room. Very small cupboard with only 3 hangers. Not very clean.

The walls let too much noise. There is no storage, only 3 hangers… and an electrical outlet. On the other hand close to the CCIB for conferences.

We stayed 3 nights bed and breakfast. All the staff we have been in contact with have been very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed. The rooms have everything you need without expensive extras. We are fussy about mattresses, but despite it being firmer than the foam we are used to, it was comfortable and we slept well. The buffet breakfast has a good selection of cheese, cold meat, cooked breakfast, fruit, pastries and bread. The cereal selection was limited. Milk alternatives were available soy and oat drink. The beach is in easy walking distance. One thing that has been great is that we are able to use the hotel facilities after checking out until our transport to the airport later this evening. Made us feel very welcome.

A nice hotel but not convenient location if you want to visit many attractions around the city. Staff was helpful the first day but can improve on their customer service. We got The room with sea view and it was ok but not much of view like I thought and the bathroom needs improvement. Shower was good but don't take hot shower because there's no fan so the alarm might go off. Also, the sink didn't drain well but overall the room was still ok. I will say the staff wasn't very helpful when we ask for taxi to be called. They were hesitant and told us to go outside and wait for one. It was pouring down rain and we had to wait in the rain until we can catch a taxi. Sorry but they could of been more helpful concerning this which was the second day in a row they would not call us a taxi when we ask. I will say that I don't think I will use this hotel again, just not for me.

Hotel on the sea just a few minutes from the Rambla accessible by bus! Small rooms but with large bathrooms, clean and a huge buffet x breakfast!

Barely rates two Stars. First day, room air conditioning was minimal. Electronic Security box in my room was inoperative. Both took 12 hours plus to repair. Note to Hotel: a working Security Box in each room at a four-star establishment is a must. Guests can't take their valuables to the beach in Barcelona. With pickpockets and the like, It's just not safe and leaving those items in the room without protection is a big concern. Exercise room was underwhelming and hot as hell. Miguel at the front desk had a very positive attitude, but his ability to help appeared to be compromised: He just didn't seem to have access to the resources needed to fix the problems. At the end, of my stay, what should have been a compted breakfast, was double charged by the restaurant and he had minimal authority to fix it. He did, however, eventually make the adjustment; but as compensation for all of the prior problems, I feel it should never have been charged in the first place. As for the general managers response, I definitely did complain to Miguel… Repeatedly. Very nice man. As I said, he was almost totally ineffective in his efforts aimed at remediation. I absolutely will never stay there again.

Lovely hotel opposite the beach. Just 20 minute bus ride to centre of Barcelona with lots of interesting sights on the way. Ate in local restaurants which had good variety of different menus. Would definitely go again.

Nice service and a great location. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice and helps whenever necessary. The next metro station is close and the beach / ocean are just a few minutes away.

Checked in. The room was filty, bed was not done, it was a mess, towels all over the floor, no air condition the room was very humid and hot, coffee was topped up, begging for milk. Receptionist not welcoming and rude. They won't give fresh towels and bed not being done unless you beg them to do it. I will not recommend.

I entered the room 2112. It was nice, no troubles. I didn't tasted the breakfast so I can't review that. The receptionists were helpful.

The restaurant has a correct service and facilities for conventions are inviting.

Price performance ratio does not match. Room is very small and stuffy even though it's not even hot outside. It smells musty and furniture is worn out. Bathroom looks clean, but it is in need of renovation. Wi-Fi is very slow and the breakfast is nothing special. I think the hotel has even no flair, 3 nights just to keep not again would come.

This luxury! Room clean, large and well decorated, and good Wi-Fi signal! The breakfast buffet, totally recommended, variety and quality.

I had to wait for 2 hours to get my room even though I had an online reservation and called before coming! Wi-Fi is slow and with limited range. no refrigerator and small rooms only good for a night stay. Still, the place is near the beach and a mall. With few parks around it in a quiet area.

Decent hotel even if I was expecting a little more from a 4 stars hotel (rooms a bit dated, Wi-Fi sucks, room safe didn't work), but it deserves 4 stars here because of the location: it's a 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station (Selva Del Mar).

Thin walls, any friendly talk or laugh may be prompted at reception by neighbours. Doing shower is somehow without any control over water temp. Medium/fair breakfast. Good location at seaside. Shower drain not released, hopefully not cover fungi. A suckling pig having to fall to enter the building 2 and then back up, absurd.

Rooms need renovation, but the hotel staff are very nice peaple. Wi-Fi only in public aria. I may recommend this hotel for beach vacation.
