This is very nice hotel. Decent location. Not the closest to the old City but good enough to use it as base during Barcelona city break. Very nice breakfast with some local flavors. Even tho you can feel 2000's in interiors it still feels more modern than some of hotels in comparable pricing range.

Had a great time at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was modern, clean, and the mini bar was stocked well (did not indulge but should be noted) The channel selection was great — included languages such as French, English, Austrian, Catalan, Spanish, and a few more. The tub was great and so was the shower. One of those rainforest rain shower heads! (Love those) I would not mind coming back to this hotel in my next visit to Barcelona.

Good location, quick to get to the airport. Good service in reception. Food and beverage service supporting event was not great although food quality was above average.

Not 5 star, but close. They had problems finding our prepaid reservation. Then they wanted to give us two double beds, even though we paid for a king bed. Very nice amenities and close to the hop on-hop off pick up stop. The bed was comfortable.

A Barcelona classic. Good service and luxurious accommodation (depending on the room). For events It has two partitioned rooms that allow an interesting capacity for lectures. Technically access to the room, better. There are 3 steps from the street that do not allow or facilitate the access of large packages. It would not be very difficult to have a ramp adapted for the providers that would give less headaches to the hotel staff and would be very useful.

Decent sized room. A wonderful breakfast. Clean facilities. All you need in a hotel. Not a far distance from any main attractions to see in Barcelona.

Amazing hotel! Spacious and clean.

Lovely hotel with stylish fixtures and classy, highly specified rooms. The jacuzzi bath is fabulous! Staff are very attentive and go to any trouble to help and assist. So it's strange that soap, tea and milk in the rooms is extremely minimal. We were two people and were left with one portion of milk and one small bar of soap to share with the wash basin and shower and bath. Very odd! Nevertheless, it was a pleasurable stay thanks to the staff, particularly the brilliant Dani, and the classy building in a quiet but we'll served area. Would recommend.

Good. But water is a little bit cold for a jacuzzi spa.

The staff were very friendly and professional. People young and eager to please. The rooms are more than decent. Clean. Spacious and modern. The only but… to my taste… the elevators… a little complicated… instead my wife loved it and we rwsultaron super simple… I leave it there…

The hotel is spectacular. Very spacious, clean, nice and cozy. We were in the suite. Very big and pretty. The bathtub is awesome. Of the best breakfasts I've ever eaten. The only downside is that the parking is really expensive so try to park somewhere else.

It was a nice hotel but the rooms a little run down. Need to check rooms before people check in as there was a few hairs in the bathroom…

5 stars? Where? Look at the state of the baths! Attached photo. Yesterday on arrival we did not want to park the car, leave my wife at reception with the child, nor did they offer to help bring the bags to the room. … (a glass of milk for the child 8. €50) We have requested room with a view, attached picture of the wonderful views of our room.

Great hotel in a good location. Zinmer are well equipped, but some are somewhat used and maintenance backlog. However, Zinmer are extremely noisy and you can hear every step made in the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Small downside for the restaurant where the value for money is to improve.

One of the best hotels in the Melia chain that I know of Spain. Rooms of great comfort and luxury, with all the comforts you may need and a sublime cleanliness. Highlight the buffet-style breakfast, with a wide variety of cold and elaborate foods, doves made to taste, many types of candies and breads, cereals and all kinds of fruit and other supplements type boiled rice, potatoes, beans, bacon… A total success come to this hotel and enjoy this breakfast! It's unique!

I’ve attended business events in this hotel and everything was good. The premises are well prepared for this kind of events and is located near the main corporate offices in Av. Diagonal.

The best hotel in all of Barcelona. Right now they are doing a remodel so the hotel is gradually becoming more modern. The quality and service is exceptional. Breakfast is one of the best (lots of variety and change). The LEVEL is also incredible since it is open almost 24h.

Not a fancy hotel. Clean room. Good shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast — good variety of food, but a lot of the food was from conserve cans.

Although I have not stayed at this site as a hotel, I have had the experience of attending a dinner that was part of an event. Both the dinner and the event were very good. The food we had at the hotel was good. We were treated in a very professional way and the attention was very good. All very careful and detailed.

Very disappointed it is absolutely not worth a five star!
Very old room, very dirty carpet which is absolutely unacceptable for a 5 star, the room is very dark by the Deco and the furniture but in addition to that the lighting is lame (yellow light and low intensity) window that L one can not open and Laminate so even less light!
The rooms and hallways should be renovated from a to Z.
The TV was not working when we arrived!
No slippers at our disposal no small gesture to welcome us!
And for complete the whole no hot water!
This is not worthy of a Melia!
I do not recommend!

Very good food, the salad buffet is very complete. I went on weekdays and they have 4 menu options. It is a bit pricey but if you come from company they do discount. Very attentive service.

Well appointed rooms, nice bar & loungel (level) area. Gym is small but does the job. Very attentive staff. Will stay again as it s ideally located.

Good and bad points: Good points: 1. The staff at the front desk was good at English and he was very friendly. 2. The breakfast was wonderful. 3. The room was quiet. 4. There was a convient store near the hotel. 5. The Wi-Fi is good. Bad points: 1. The air conditioner panel didn't work even we had called someone to see it. 2. The bathtub was old. 3. We called the front desk at 23:00, and no one answer. I am afraid there is no one can help you at the midnight. 4. The housekeeper didn't clean my room well. He or she didn't wash the tea and water cup.

Excelent location, in Sarriá neighborhood near to many bus stations, train and subway station (L5). The lobby is very big and spacious, and personal is very kind!

Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located and close to touristic landmarks. Nearby road can be a bit noisy from time to time but the room windows are isolated.

The rooms are very spacious with amazing amenities and comfortable beds. The Level lounge is very nice with great service and food.

Room is modern and clean. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. Wonderful customer service. Josef at front desk was great help with directions and booking us a taxi.

Wonderful room! Friendly and efficient staff! The restaurant does not offer many dishes … My son had the pasta at Bolognese sauce and it was cooked very well! If the restaurant will offer more Italian dishes I think more guests would stay for dinner because nearby there aren't nice and good restaurants.

This hotel deserves in fact every star!
The rooms are very tastefully furnished and offer a spacious Wohfühlatmosphäre. The elevators have a characteristic and although you must specify directly the floor where one usually calls the elevator, where you want. Then you get the elevator train exhibit, which runs directly on the floor. The breakfast buffet offers everything the heart desires. My son was happy about the beans he has been missing since his studies in England. Attention starting from the reception to the operations of the bar and the breakfast is perfect and very welcome. As a special service, everyone has received a Wi-Fi key directly and without prompting.

Solid option for business visit or event planning, very spacious with modern appeal. Area is well connected but away of the tourist center. While close to upper scale district, the location is not very good at night.

I went to a job interview, don't arrive to see hardly anything from the hotel but had very good pint.

Hotel with large space for events and great capacity of rooms. All this with a level commensurate with the expected.

This is a very nice hotel. Apart from a small mix up (which was not the hotels fault, more lastminute), we are having a fantastic time. The staff have been friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are well decorated with the little finishing touches that separate it from a normal hotel room, like the multi function showers for example. If you get a high room, you get a lovely view of the city too. Thank you Melia Sarria…

Mattress are not that comfortable for a 4 stars hotel. Depending the room, when having a shower litres of water will go out of the shower cubicle. The walls are almost paper instead of brick so get used to the noise.

I had no Fly in the soup.

This is a great Hotel with an amazing facilities. Everything was very clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and kind. I think this is the best hotel I've stayed in.

Expensive (for what you get), small and smelly rooms. Even though the hotel is average there are good cafes, etc. In walking distance. The mall is not far away. Use the laundry service close by. The hotel charge €35 to dry clean a suit; you can get it done at the local dry cleaners for €7. Look for Tintoreria Gelabert.

I'm going to write that this Cheese restaurant in the basement of the hotel. Already had one in Madrid and they have brought him to barcelona. You have the entire menu with cheeses from all the nationality and as dish you can order a cheese Board chosen by the chef when they bring it to the table explain one by one. You probaréis cheese that you have not never taken but will enchant you. The only negative of the site is that the service is very slow and the slightly high price.

The hotel is very good and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. The only downside that I can put it is that the last time I was, my room smelled a bit "pipeline"

Good location, friendly staff and a good food. Also had a nice view of the city from the 21st floor that we are staying. The issue is that the carpet/room smelled not so pleasantly and the air conditioning only made things worse. We actually slept with the window open. Overall it did not feel like a 5star hotel… More like 4 stars.

It is a good hotel, as it is usually all the Melia, but for me nothing special, a large reception area with a nice, close to shopping and good communication of the Barcelona tourist center, boasts a Spa, which is quite well.
For my rooms are a little small if you're going to share with another person, when you get up from the bed you don't have nearly the space between the bed and the bathroom door, the bathroom is also small, but has a good cleaning.
It has a good breakfast, but it seemed a little small breakfast room, so what if the hotel is full and accidentally drop all clients at the same time have to wait for insurance.
If you arrive by bus with groups is a bit complicated to the Park.
