Good! It was an ok experience, convenient located, Very clean place, Close to a lot of restaurants. The AC need to be fixed, It was hot inside the room and the AC was on. Kinda expensive for the service.

Clean and spacious hotel. Breakfast with kitchen service for scrambled or poached eggs and accompaniment with sausage or bacon. Buffet very varied and provided. Very professional and friendly staff. The décor of the rooms is not modern but they are spacious and well organized. There is the possibility to completely obscure the window with a shutter, qualities that I always appreciate very much. Not very well soundproofed by the external noises, tonight the sound of rain was felt very loud.

Great staff, lovely room!

It's an okayish hotel. When we arrived there was no bellboy and we had to take our luggage to our rooms ourselves. The staff although is quite courteous and helpful. 3 stars for the hotel and I'd 4.5 stars to the staff, tehyr rally intend to help you out.

Exceptional hotel that helped make us the amazing holiday! Located in an elegant and quiet neighborhood with all amenities at your fingertips, connected with everything because located in a strategic point of the city! All the staff, from the guys at the Reception to the waitresses to the pianos are of a kindness, courtesy, irony, professionalism, empathy, availability out of the ordinary! My compliments to them! If we were to return to Barcelona, and I hope soon when the Sagrada familia is completed I would be happy to find them there at all time to work! Thanks again for everything! Veronica and Cosimo.

Overpriced for the condition of the hotel. At night there is noise and soundproofing and bad.

It was a horrible experience to stay there as the rooms are not sound proof. If your neighbor sneezes, you will hear it. I woke up every day at 5am because of the noise. The windows are not soundproof as well which means you will hear the noise of the street all night long. On the positive side: Nice and friendly staff and excellent service.

Comfortable cozy and well located, furniture a little outdated and lacking the espresso at breakfast.

The Hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful and helpful. The hotel is located in public transport just 10 minutes from Sants Station and 20 minutes from Casa Batlló, to name a few points of interest. They had several attention details during our stay.

We have gone my partner and I and it is a super recommended hotel. Very spacious room, double bed comfortable, and all the details well cared for (amenities, slippers for the room, a couple of extra pillows). The attention of the girl in the mornings at reception excellent: we arrived before check in and put everything on their side so that we could enter earlier, and thanks to her we were able to enjoy a while before the stay. They also gave us a couple of tickets for the Egyptian Museum.
The bathroom was very nice and the room was clean.
It is also a quiet area, well connected to the Metro which is a 10 minute walk away, and there are a variety of restaurants and cafes around. There is also the Illa shopping center 10 minutes away. They have own parking although we did not need it as being Sunday and festive we were able to park free right in front of the entrance.
Even if you're not staying at the Grand Derby, you can enjoy the gym and the pool for free and it's great.

The staff were very kind and very attentive. We booked room for 2 adults and a 10 month old boy. We wrote them asking Q we put a crib in the room, they did not answer. When we arrived we did not say anything about the crib so q just found out Q we had not put crib when we went up to the room. We went down to comment on reception and the answer was "No, is that the cradle is low availability, and as it is Easter have flown. " We think a terrible attention Q could not answer the email Q sent saying they would not have cots available. (If we had answered the mail we could have taken our crib. ) We also find it terrible and ugly Q did not comment anything when we checked in… not a "by the way, sorry, but we could not put a crib for the child… ".
As we thought the room bed was not too wide to sleep two and a child, we asked if we could put an extra bed instead of the crib. The answer was "yes, but that has an extra cost. " For us a poor attention and concern for their guests so we will not be back. The cleaning girls were very nice and the room was clean, but in the photos they have tuned the room (aspect of the bed), and when you arrive you descepcionas…

An accommodation close to the city center, perfect combination of quality, price plus benefits and a welcome, extremely friendly and professional, make the Derby, a class hotel and very respected in Barcelona.

Nice hotel located relatively close to Sants Estació, in a quiet and well located neighborhood.
All very clean without any incidence.

Quiet and cosy place. Breakfast is tasty and fresh, but with narrow selection. Rooms are quite big. Overall conditions are fine. Extremely overpticed during fairs, however. Staff is really friendly, which is not that obvious in other places. Would recommend.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in one of the best areas of Barcelona. Spacious rooms, small gym with sauna and located in a quiet area.

No coffee facilities in the room. Blinds broken in the room. Safe not working the man looked but didn't mend. Breakfast ok. Shower very dangerous as slippy no bars.

Great place, friendly staff. Breakfast was like tapas and the only thing I could complain about is the very small swimmingpool. I had the junior suite and that was awsome, also a big roof terrace with that room.

Wifi is incredibly bad. That's not the 21st century. The breakfast was really good and staff was friendly.

Perfectly nice and clean hotel. The room was updated and modern, we had a small patio outside the window that we were able to climb onto to sit outside. Front desk staff was nice, helped answer a few transit questions. We didn't do much other than sleep there but definitely would recommend it!

Very calm and silent area, far from nightlife and movida. Nearest metro stations a bit far (15-20min by foot) but some main city autobus lines stop quite close. Hotel has good service and polite personnel but needs new refurbishment to fit really 4-star level as it looks quite oldish compared to the other city offers in the same market position.

Nice comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice staff. The location was very good I had a nice weekend.

Room facilities were good, has a bath in the bathroom which is not as obvious as it sounds. Our Superior room was on the 7th floor and had a terraced area as big as the room which would be fantastic when the weather is warmer. Breakfast was excellent, choice of cooked, continental or fruit. Staff were very attentive and extremely polite.

Small rooms and hotel a little out of the way. The pool was included, but you have to go to another building, unused service. Decent price.

Old type of hotel interior but clean, 5 min walk to diagonal and easy Wi-Fi access. Overall is good and acceptable.

The Barcelona Derby hotel is highly recommended. We spent a weekend unforgettable, and partly thanks to the beautiful city, but above all thanks to the staff at this friendly hotel. We will not forget and will of course return to discover Barcelona and no doubt already know where to have our House in Barcelona, because that's how they made us feel in the hotel derby.

We spent a weekend super comfortable and very well looked after. An excellent staff. They helped us to visit things that on our own we would have not been able to enjoy. We pointed out as we move and some incredible restaurants. We will come back to enjoy more of the excellent room which gave us.

I had to travel to Barcelona this week, hard as I had to find a hotel because of the extensive and good offer hospitality in the city but I think to be successful. Very personal decoration. Good location. Breakfast varied and quality. Good value for money. Friendly atmosphere. With style. Staff friendly and smiling, close, something very valuable and scarce in this type of hotels, warmth and empathy of the employees of reception I was surprised. Thank you especially to the head of reception for helping me with my visits from customers. I recommend it.
