One of the best hotels of Paris. High Quality of service. Small problem : some facility renewal made the Ac down.

Very clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful, food was nice although there wasn't a great deal of selection but the food that was there was great. Also the waiter/bar staff Raul (there was 2 rauls behind the bar. One younger than the other) (the older Raul (but not that old (-:) was very professional and friendly. I would defiantly give him an excellent review. In all the hotel is good value for money and being 5 minute walk from the Barcelona stadium depending on how you feel about football this could be perfect.

Standard room very small, poorly soundproof. Wi-Fi that does not work on computer and only on Smartphone. Only one French TV channel. Minibar not fresh. Random light according to the many switches. The room phone does not allow to call reception. But the staff is doing their best.

The breakfast is very nice, with lots of variety and fresh food. The people who work here are very polite and gentle, and not being able to talk in Spanish is not a problem, since they talk English or at leas.

Firstly on arriving I got to know that it was the right place I booked online, so close to Camp Nou and we'll maintained and a cozy hotel. The receptionist who entertained me offered me premium suit upgrade just for 30Euros per night and additional charges for spa upgrade. Thanks to the lady as the receptionist was a really helpful lady. We were given a great room with king size bed and a perfect view to the front side of the hotel just above the fountain. There was a bedroom, another clock room for stuff, a lobby and a perfect washroom. I really enjoyed the big big shower in the separate shower room. The housekeepers daily maintained everything well by replacing shaving sets, oils and gels set, bath towels, massage towels, soaps, moisturizers, shampoos and even small things like nail file, Combs etc. The bedroom consisted of a refrigerator which included various soft drinks and non alcoholic champagne and these were also daily stacked new into it. There was an iron and a stand, a big show Tak, a cup board, shoe rack, bag holders, pins for the over coats, a very big mirror in the entrance approx 15*12 sq. Feet. Of course there was a direct TV in the room, but who could afford watching TV staying near Camp Nou and living in a room equipped with such things. I might have missed a lot of other things to describe about the room as I'm writing it's review after 4 months. Apart from the living room, the hotel offered breakfast upgrade for some amount too.

We went to the SPA because I wanted to give my mother and my grandmother a present. It was very good decoration good atmosphere and tranquilito. I recommend it a lot.

Very pleasant staff took care of us and and any problems we had were resolved instantly. The location is close to the nou camp stadium but not that close that it had any effect on our stay (there was a match on the first night no problems at all) even though the hotel is in the same street! You can get a open top tour bus from outside the nou camp that costs €85 for 2 days and well worth the money. You will see the whole of Barcalona using this method, the busses are frequent like every 10 mins or so. You pay on the bus and they accept credit/debit cards and it takes you everywhere that is worth seeing unlimited. There are options for as many days as you need. The train station is a 5 min walk and it costs €10.20 for 2 people and gives you access to buses, trains and trams ulimited for the day. We thought that was amazing value for money until we found the tour bus which makes life so much easier due to the trains being very busy (think London in rush hour permanently and your close) so I highly recommend the tour bus as it drops you at all the top attractions/museum's with out the hassle of finding where you are when leaving the under ground. The hotel food was amazing and fresh. We travel alot and we both agreed that the food was in our top 5. It has plenty of variety that will satisfy even the one in the group that always moans about the food (me). My only gripe with staying here was the spar. It was very over priced for what it was.

Nice hotel but not bear main attractions we had to pay to use the spa and we had to pay for bottled water in our room I would rate this hotel ad 3 star.

The service at the hotel was great, the staff were all really helpful and friendly. The location is well situated for trips to camp nou and nearby metro station to the city centre.

A modern and comfortable hotel. I was shortly to open it drinking coffee, has a pool above all, is covered and is very nice, you can do sport if you want to amen to other things. There's a lot of sightseeing everywhere. Your situation is very good, with a lot of transportation.

Fairly average hotel in need of some modernisation. We were disappointed to be told on arrival that the spa is no longer included in the room price (as of Jan 2018) and costs €19 each (discounted to €14.25 if you get a free discount card) and is closed on Mondays (we were only there Sunday afternoon — Tuesday morning! ). Other days is open 10am-2pm and 5-9pm. The spa was quirky with a lot of different areas and pools to try out though. Not much to do or places to eat around the hotel but a 5-10 minute walk to the metro station which will take you into the city centre for €2.20

Some old room but a lot of performance although the hotel is a bit off.
The sauna area is free of charge from 10 a. M. To 12 noon, so it is not free for many city visitors. Outside these times, however, it is usable for a small Pauschalentgeld all day. It is small but still comfortable and recommended.
Breakfast is a great choice. Fresh fried egg or Omlett prepared in front of the eyes as well as fresh, very good tasting, orange juice are the hit.
The subway station is a 6-minute walk away, an ATM on the street corner (1 minute walk). For example, you can shop around the corner (4 minutes on foot).
The staff is very friendly and tries to solve any problem.

We have stayed in one of the king size rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At the moment they solve the problems without any but, very polite and attentive. The correct cleaning, we have not found anything wrong. Very nice the detail of preparing the bed with chocolates before bedtime. The lovely spa, being Valentine even gave you the option of taking fruit and cava. The only thing we didn't like is that the services are a bit pricey for what they offer and the ice machine didn't work.

The spa is great, you're alone and it's very nice. They did an excellent massage. I recommend it.

With the availability of hotels that offers this destination can only be a makeshift rooms old and little cared! Breakfast not at the level of a 4 star.

Great location if you are visiting the Camp Nou, easy access to the airport direct on the metro (line 9s). Breakfast could be a bit better, rooms clean although aged slightly. 2 hours access to the spa included in my stay, spa is fairly good. Would recommend getting a metro pass if staying here to go elsewhere in the city to save on Taxi's etc. No tourist attractions within walking distance other than the stadium really.

Great hotel, friendly staff. I was there for 7 days taking advantage of an offer. The hotel has a well-equipped Spa. The gym is a bit nasty because I think untapped.

Named here in Barcelona, I hope Qeu continue to maintain the free time of spa to stay that's great.

It is well located, with a metro nearby and bus 20 (it is caught right in front of the hotel) which leaves you at the marina. The rooms are comfortable, the beds have a device by which you can climb the headboard and watch TV better. The bathroom is spacious. The cleanliness was very good. The spa is free for guests as long as there is availability. Monday closes, but opens the rest of the week from Tuesday to Sunday. From 10 to 12 or from 11 to 13 is the time when you can go with children (always accompanied by adults is clear).

Excellent attention. Front line staff attentive polite and very predisposed. Facilities in perfect condition and superior quality.

Good base for a city break. The airport + The Metro are within easy reach. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The friendly staff is multilingual and very helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Especially the Ice Cube machines! On some floors.

It is located near the Camp Nou, which is an excellent thing. It is a good hotel, the big problem is that by calling the front desk more than ever asking for more towels or something like that, they tell me like No… but the towels never arrive. This is a big problem.

Fairly standard room. Good location. Very easy to reach from airport via Metro, plus 10 minutes walking. Good varied options for breakfast. Overall feels quite fancy, but in a comfortable way, not in a pretentious way.

Beautiful hotel. Bedrooms are spacious. Bathroom was great especially the shower. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming. There is a rooftop swimming pool and also a spa. I would definitely go there again.

Lovely place, great people and good views. There is a love spa open in the mornings and a chance to sunbathe by the rooftop pool. Great place and would recommend!

Hotel very much below expectations, air conditioning non existent, bathroom with washbasin very small and without area.

Great hotel, quiet, nice neighborhood well served by bus and Metro.

Prices are high comparing with the condition of the hotel (old but clean). AC is working good in the rooms but not in the elevator (which can be really irritating in summer). There is complimentary water in minibar, other drinks you should order through room service. Location is perfect if you are there for Camp Nou. You can rent a bike from the hotel (6Eur/2hrs…) Breakfast itself is good according to European standards but the breakfast area has no windows and gives a depressing mood. And the worst thing is: there is only 1 elevator serving whole hotel. You can wait for long time so, if you hire a taxi, leave the room a few minutes before eta :)

Great point close to everything. But the old fashioned style and breakfast too expensive.

The rooms are perfectly done with reclining bed to add to that comfort. A safe for keeping important documents always needed & a small fridge which is packed with free water, always handy during the night. Staff are really nice & attentive. The only thing I wasn't happy about is that the main pool is closed in March when it's actually quite sunny. Everything else great!

Unthinkable that in a hotel of 4 stars the personal of cleaning between to the wild in a room a Sunday to them 9.40 in the morning the day you are going to leave the room. And not only in ours, we were a large group because we had a wedding and did so in all. Moreover, a hotel with decoration eighties, more or less comfortable, and away from virtually everything. I will not.

Any deficiency in the bathroom. Broken shower stand, should change the bathtubs by shower trays, are high and put a screen in conditions rather than poor quality curtains.

Great location, just 10 minutes from barcelona airport and 2 minute walk from Nou camp. Breakfast was very nice and room was comfortable.

A hotel quiet and well located, near a station of Metro. All the hotels in this chain are fabulous spacious and wonderful properties. To choose if you are going to Barcelona and more if you go to the CAMP NOU.

No need Wi-Fi to work this is not your place. The connection is very bad and when les asked where place me (cafeteria…) for have the best I said that if wanted to something better had that pay 6, 75€ to the day. In the year 2016 collect these predatory pricing by connecting to the Wi-Fi in a hotel 4 stars seems abusive.
With respect to the rooms are spacious and are very clean, although the hotel shows signs of having too many years now.
The gym is very poor, very old machines.
It also has Spa at an affordable price and with free morning for the hosted.

Not a bad hotel, almost clean, but check for dirt in the room because you will find it. The area is quiet and a bit boring. Beware of their 30-hour cancellation policy. It is not written anywhere, but they will not give your money back. I had to call my credit card company on them.

A very great place to stay in. Staff 5 stars can't say a bad thing about them. Very helpful easy English. Rooms are clean day by day just simply fallow the hotel rules easy as that. Breakfast so delicious what ever you would like is there for you. Close to collblanc metro camp Nou and some coffee round just the corner. Very quiet area. Deffo will come back there.

Had a great stay at this hotel. I was in the spa almost every day as it's free from 10-12am, although it's closed on Mondays and you should bring a towel otherwise there is a 2EUR charge. The hotel also has a small pool on the roof and seating area for a spot of sunbathing. Staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. Breakfast was great with a good selection of choices for all tastes.

The hotel in general good. Not to throw rockets. The restaurant of the hotel pesimo, pasta frozen when we was served still had the square shape of the mold.

The hotel is in good location the rooms are big and convenient breakfast is good and the workers are kind and clean edna farage.

Our stay was pleasant and the overall service was really good. However, the front desk staff seemed either tired or upset and when asked to use the phone to make a phone call, they said we cannot make any local phone calls unless we pay 2 euros/minute? What 4 star hotel charges for local calls? We also decided to remain longer in Barcelona and asked the front desk that I need to call my credit card so I can book another 5 nights at the hotel and he said that calling will be very very expensive. We went to several other hotels with the same concern and they allowed us to make a phone call with no hesitation. If you are planning to go to this hotel, I advise you that you find some sort of communication plan, because it will cost you to make local calls, like ordering food.

Very quiet hotel with a very friendly and competent service. The first time we went, we were in the spa and then we had dinner in their restaurant with buffet and a. We loved it! So the little we repeat spa, dinner and overnight at the hotel. The room huge and very clean with a decor 50s style very cool. The full bathroom, and spacious. And the spa. A wonder! we love the pool with oranges, the room in which literally snows and the two swimming pools type "roman baths" of hot water and cold water. The large swimming pool of the spa is also very good and the ambient music is a wonder. The only bad thing is that you have to bring your own towel and your flip-flops at the spa, as it is not there you do not get the rent/lend.

Friendly and multi-lingual. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied. The restaurant offers local cuisine and good. However, the free Wi — Fi connection is very poor (flow / quality) and it will opt for the premium, paid, for the most demanding.

I only speak of the SPA of the hotel, for me the best. It is a very complete and clean circuit. Very original orange pool, or relax with light room simulating stars on the ceiling. Perhaps what I don't like is that they let many people simultaneously, and you can not reach relax completely by this accumulation, otherwise great.

We were in the Hotel with a youth hockey team. We got a group arrangement for breakfast. The quality of the coffee was below zero: really UNDRINKABLE. After multiple complaints there was never a solution found. The non-group guests had another service as our group. Discussion at the entrance of the other breakfast room was never constructive and even aggressive. It was clear: if you go with group they are after your money because you only get a lower quality of breakfast! An extra complaint has been done by email, but no reaction. The bartender worked but didn't seemed happy once. Service was not ok: not 1 smile. The free Wi-Fi was a gimmick: you can only go on the internet when you take a paying account (6€/day). When we asked for advice for a restaurant at the reception: the guy didn't could/want to help us. This hotel doens't deserve the 4* quotation at all.

A hotel with impeccable treatment, always willing to offer his help on what you need. A huge room in which you could move without problems, the bathroom and also very spacious. The spa was wonderful, gave the feeling of being in a deposit of thermal waters and you ate a background music which you relaxing in a few minutes. Truly a hotel again.

We stayed five nights in this hotel of the Senator. As it is usual in this chain, excellent food, very professional staff and cleanliness good. Very nice spa. It is worth to pay for the breakfast buffet, which is abundant and of high quality. How to improve care at the nearest reception and a range of activities in Barcelona by the hotel. The spa should have had more personal since we stayed without massage because there was only one person providing the service in the evenings, in the morning there were none. The situation is very good in a quiet area and with many amenities close to the Camp Nou.

Hotel conveniently located near the Camp Nou in the Les Corts area with difficult parking access. It has an interesting indoor spa area and offer multiple beauty treatments. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the breakfast is quite abundant and quality buffet. One hotel rather than correct the Senator chain.

Good in general, especially if you want to be near FBC camp nou or UPC campus nord, for longer stay you may search apartment in Les Corts. No special landscape view of course, but just for around 50 euro per night.

QUALITY and A good price Hotel next to the camp nou with very good facilities (parking, spa, cafeteria, bar) comfortable and well-appointed, very well located at the entrance of Barcelona, just a few minutes from the metro station. Attention as always in the chain senator of 10, as well as very good value for money.

Very good hotel in a good location. The breakfast buffet is very good but strangely the point that impressed me at the max: the staff. I seldom saw such a professional and out most friendly people in a hotel. Just the free Wifi access can be improved, but the price worthy packages for 6€/24h makes it definitely up. Widely recommended, soon again.

You can already see that the 4-star hotel has come a little in the days. But since I had an offer for €75 a night, I must confess it was unbeatable. Quiet location and a great SPA complete the good image offer, even if the parquet as also the other setup in my room was certainly getting a bit old.
