We booked this hotel through Airbnb. Upon arrival they told us we had to pay upon arrival and that we didn’t pay yet. We ended up paying double because they charged us through Airbnb and let us pay at the hotel and they refused to return payment despite showing the receipts of the double transaction and a statement from our banks which showed it was paid twice! Eventually after contacting Airbnb (and writing this review) and telling them we spoke with them they mailed us that they would refund. After a couple of days the money was refunded with an apology.
