Location is excellent and the staff out their way to make you feel special. This is excellent customer service.

Beautiful hotel even though it is undergoing renovation. Lovely staff. Delicious chocolates and coffee. Bath robes and slippers — lovely bath products and kit.

H10 as a brand are good. I've stayed at their hotel around the corner, the H10 Metropolitan before, and to be honest, it's much better than their hotel at Catalunya Plaza. This hotel lacks any charm or atmosphere. The bar facing the square is quiet and boring. The bedrooms are clean, but avoid rooms 201 and 208 as they are right next to the lift and you hear EVERYONE coming and going.

Very pleasant experience at the H10. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was very nice and the location is perfect because you can walk from the hotel location to numerous historical sites as well as the beach and marina etc. I would give this hotel a 5 out of 5! Thank you H10!

Great location, good price, got a double bed room with view overlooking La Ramblas and directly across from Placa de Catalunya. Red line and green line hop on, hop off buses are located here as well as metro trains, taxis and airport Aerobus buses. Easy walking distance to many sights and museums, restaurants, etc. Rooms are small and a little worn but the price is right considering your time is spent sight seeing. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff gives 4.5 stars out of 5.

As a family of 4 we stayed in a room that didn't have a Windows. It is a good hotel for couples that is in a great location. They have only 2 rooms for larger families that you feel like you are in a position.

Central and great location good breakfast well maintained but small hotel room price/performance okay.

Nothing to complain about except breakfast, more choice would be great! A successful Easter weekend nonetheless.

Hotel located in great location. Ideal for all transport and sightseeing bus tours. Rooms nice, if we were staying longer or intended to spend more time in the hotel room we would have upgraded as we only had a view of service pipes. However, it was a comfortable room with good facilities such as coffee making machine and kettle. Rooms and hotel clean and comfortable. We could not fault the breakfast and the service by the staff was excellent. Also free coffee and cake in a lounge area if you wanted. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull. We would certainly use again. We done.

Room without window on exterior. The quality of the 3rd bedding (sofa bed) is really bad. Bathroom without heating, the pressure of the shower jet is very insufficient. The value for money is really not good at all despite a location at the top.

Hotel willingly put me up at a room next to the maintenance area, result: no sleep at all. Several times during the night sudden loud noise. Reception totally incapable of discussing the problem in normal English, never was compensated and follow up was one call a week later with no result. AVOID this place (although it is very central…)

This 3-star hotel is located in front of Plaza Catalunya. The breakfasts are amazing. Very friendly staff. The rooms are OK but some overlook indoor patios without a lot of light. All in all it's a good hotel, no frills but careful for the details and concern for the service.

Superb hotel. Very courteous staff. Great atmosphere at hotel, cozy and so central. We had the terrace room so it was great. Every room was equipped with Nespresso. Library area was such a lovely common area with Nespresso, tea and fresh bakes of the day for hotel guests to enjoy through the day :) in all a great experience. Will b my choice again :)

The decor of this hotel was clean, classy and comfy, 3 C's I like to list. The room for 3 adults was a decent size considering how close we are to everything, the toiletries were a nice surprise as was the complimentary water bottles that were refilled every night. The only reason I can't give this hotel 5 stars is because the noise from the hallways in the mornings was REALLY loud, at one point I thought the maid was hoovering in our room when I woke up, for a decent and relatively inexpensive place to stay I'd recommend it.

Excellent boutique hotel in Barcelona — Best location in Barcelona. It's in Catalunya Plaza. Easy to access everywhere. (Airport, La Rambla, Gothic, shopping and etc). — Staffs are hospitable. — Room and bathroom are clean — Can stay with children (2 adult and 2 children). But extra beds for children are just that.

We have just stayed at this delightful hotel, which is perfectly positioned to get anywhere in Barcelona.
Great staff extremely helpful, booked all our sight seeing directly from Hotel at discounted rates for both booking and at a seniors rate.
It is possible to get to the hotel directly by either Metro at the door Catalunya Plaza by Airport Express bus which stops at the opposite side of the plaza.
Wish we had of known that as would of saved Taxi costs, we would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel and staff! As an important bonus is it's at the center of all the action in Barcelona right across Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas and shopping. Subway/Metro/train ride is right at the corner. Highly recommended!

Single room = Sarcophagus with coffee machine next door. 4th Floor without ASCE, NSOR. The reception people are the best thing about this Meñecas house. As a hotel, a tease.

We went for a drink to their indoor terrace, exorbitant prices only suitable for tourists. The waiter who attended us was Filipino or something similar and didn't know anything about it.
We asked if we could make some hot dishes, and we said it would take 30min to make them… go a service to be a hotel.
We had to make out with some sad olives by 4euros; (These olives also took 30 min to arrive…
The indoor terrace, has no excellent views or anything similar, is just a chill out interior in the lower part of the hotel quite overwhelming.

Great central location. Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The breakfast was wonderful and we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. There was also complimentary water, cava and pastries, which was a highlight after a long, hot day walking. Our bedroom was small but adequate and had a view of a drainpipe, but was not a problem as we spent all of our time out in this fabulous city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would now look to use an H10 hotel again.

Rooms were decent. Amazing location! Great sound proofing in the room. Super friendly staff and willing to do most everything for you. Complimentary beverage on arrival and awesome breakfast!

Beautiful hotel on the Rambla…

Very nice hotel. Great location, amazing breakfast, lovely staff. We had a free bottle of cava and chocolates which was a nice touch, especially as it was our anniversary.
I would give the bedroom 4 stars out of 5 — two single beds pushed together instead of a double, which we weren't keen on. But everything else was perfect so I have to give a 5 overall!

I did not stay but did a conference and ate very well, professional staff.

If you are researching hotels, stop now! This place is amazing. We stayed in a room with a balcony that overlooks the square and were blown away. The staff is friendly and very efficient. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

It is located in Plaza Catalunya. Very beautiful and well decorated. It has 5 floors and the bar is situated in the second floor. The service is excellent.

We did a trip to Europe where we visited Barcelona, Nice, and Rome. This was by far the best hotel of the trip. The H10 experience was great. Location: ***** This was amazing. You are right where you need to be and everything is within walking distance. Sure, we put on miles, but it was good. You are steps away from all the fun things to do… especially the market. Cleanliness: ***** They did a phenomenal job. Amenities: ***** The rooms have a Nespresso machine. Need I say more? They also have a 2nd floor area where breakfast is served but there is unlimited Nespresso and they give complimentary wine and champaign as well. The terrace is gorgeous. Room: **** Rooms are small, but they do. Staff: ***** Amazing! Price: ****** Worth it.

Inside, it is surprising to find a half space enclosed with an idyllic and environmental atmosphere. Quality price is wrong is not perfect for a beer and to maintain a conversation quiet, in the heart of Bcn. Outside of the hustle and bustle. The treatment is very good. Deserves the penalty go only by see what the hotel is cool.

One of the best hotels in town! The price goes with the location (Upper side of the Ramblas), the large and great rooms, the balcony and the view on the pool or on the square, the Jacuzzi and the gym! What else?! Work hard to desearve the stay and enjoy!

The H10 Metropolitan has two terraces: one on the ground floor and the other on its roof. Both combine Daybeds solarium with tables where drink, dell'umanitaria the first designed around the pool and the second as a larger space with views of the interior of Apple.
For the youth of the hotel lack them even regular public, but they are a very good option quiet and sunny one step away from Plaza Catalunya.

Loved our stay. The price is above average, but the content matches it. Location — perfect. At the upper end of La Rambla and lower end of the main shopping district. Rooms — fresh, stylish. The singles are on a smaller side, twins are better. Breakfast and restaurant — very, very good. Service — excellent.

It is quite simple, but the square is full of people already are always guiris manifestations and other specific events can seem somewhat overwhelming. You have an apple store and a cut English in the square which can be a great temptation if the economy allows you.

I'm going to talk of the terrace and the bar, not the hotel itself! There is a terrace, not too big on the main floor. No view, but however, it is an oasis d peace in the midst of the city. For a quiet beer, or a chat with friends, it's fantastic. And in winter, the interior rooms are very, very nice! Price, a little expensive, but normal for hotels. Beer and wine for about 7€

The hotel is not bad by telling that it is a central hotel in the main square catalunya. To be of the chain H10 has the services of the entire chain and this ensures a minimum level of quality but not outstanding in anything. Nice views if you are lucky enough to get a room whose window to the plaza. It's full of foreigners, especially if you go in the summer. The rooms are correct and the attention of the staff as well.
