Receptionist of night shift Louis was a rude guy. We arrived to this hotel at night and we were very tired then. He made us fast check in and next he was trying to convince us to buy some tourist bus tickets. The unique thing we were thinking about then was a bed, so we said — no thanks. But Louis was still insisting to sell us bus tickets. Finally we went to our room. Whole our stay was a big disappointment.

Central location, very nice and friendly staff, you can walk to a lot of restaurants and stores, the rooms are very nice and big, super relaxing and super recommend.

Nice place. Can’t wait to stay again.

Pleasant room with comfortable bed and pillows. No tea facilities but mini bar. Location great however noisy from traffic. Staff on reception helpful and welcoming.

Great location central to everything and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Great value for money and fantastic rooms also has a swimming pool on the top floor with a great view. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotels with very helpful staff in a great central location, only 5 mins walk to the main part of town and transportation. The hotel is surrounded by many little restaurants & cafes and nightlife too. Rooms we very good although some what on the high side in price, but your paying for location too. Restaurant Angel is just stunning complimenting the hotel.

The hotel was very nice with spacious rooms and very comfy beds. The Wi-Fi was good and the TV had English channels along with sports channel which was fantastic as I was able to catch the NBA finals at night. The hotel is in close proximity to major attractions, the pool on the roof top is tiny and they don't have a gym.

Good hotel. Clean and comfortable. Great location for all the attractions of Barcelona. Nice to have hot chocolate on the roof before bed. Very silly little swimming pool.

Traveling for my partners birthday as a surprise, I asked the hotel if they were able to offer anything special, however did not get a response from them but upon arriving I found the hotel upgraded our room and delivered champagne to the room, a lovely surprise to both me and my partner. I would defiantly stay in this hotel again.

Located in Aragó Street with Aribau, very central, in a typical building of Barcelona's Eixample rehabilitated for its transformation in hotel.

Great Hotel, 10 minutes away from the main street and plaza de catalonia. There is close supermarket and pharmacy. Hotel is very clean and very beautiful and comfortable. Rooms are wide and clean too.

Very helpful staff and well-placed in the city. Because the restaurant has a Michelin star, we didn't eat there — a bit expensive for us! Buffet breakfast was lovely and we were asked if we would like eggs cooked. The only criticism was that the bed was a bit hard. There were no tea/coffee making facilities but the staff were happy to get them.

The hotel is conveniently located. It also has a beautiful decoration on the other hand, we regret that the swimming pool is closed off tourist season. Moreover, the bar and the restaurant are expensive without being exceptional.

A modern and very nice hotel, the staff super friendly, comfortable rooms with big beds, wonderful balconies overlooking the city, and despite this are very quiet the rooms. I recommend booking on the website of the hotel, there are good offers and also offer welcome drinks to the clients of the Web.

Elegant without stridency. Just a detail of the bottom floor toilets a tour, to enjoy the design they splurge.

Very nice Central hotel in the Eixample district, clean, design. The team was in the small care. We enjoyed the spacious room, the bathroom and its super shower (a real delight), the valet service. The Cram benefits from the 7th floor of a rooftop with a beautiful view of the city and a small swimming pool. It is also the floor where we take breakfast and see the sun rise.
The most beautiful stay that we have spent in Barcelona! We recommend it warmly.

Service, price and position very good! Cleaning and forniture medium level. In front of the hotel there is the arm restaurant that is a very excellent for a low price!

The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. It does not have a very large reception and the rooms are also not, but very nice, practical and clean. It is very good for a business trip or spend a few days.

Very good service, with a location that places you just outside the noise from the most crowded streets but not so far that you can't take a taxi/walk everywhere. The room was a little worn, but very big and very good looking our first day there. On our trip back we had a bigger/better room, which was simply astounding. The hotel is outfitted with a nice selection of modern architecture and art, and really transports you into a small modernistic oasis in the middle of Barcelona.

Great luxury hotel in a posh and gay area. Breakfast was good quality but with poor variety.

Lovely modern hotel, staff very accommodating. Rooms clean and well presented, although floor was damaged in our room — on the whole very nice and I would visit again. However I was shocked and furious to discover that the hotel had placed an €18 charge on to our taxi bill to the airport. When I asked the driver why it was so much he said that as the hotel had booked the taxi they had placed this charge on to the bill. This was not made clear by the Cram!

Stayed a few nights here, nice clean rooms. A little small but well kept. Rooftop bar is lovely and has a nice view. However the bar downstairs was never open.

Stayed one night for a business trip. Cram Hotel is a very modern styled hotel with lots of mirrors (and I mean lots). Very nice comfy rooms. Friendly staff. Great location. I went for breakfast at a cafe nearby instead of taking the hotel breakfast and ate out in the evening so cannot comment on food quality or meal service.

Location Location Location. Lots of great restaurants around. Rooftop and terasse is worth to visit. Friendly staff. Helped my with lost luggage and arranged city tour. Rooms clean and always fresh. Highly recommended!

Nice location. Great rates in comparison to other hotel a block away. My room has a great street view which is almost completely silenced of street noises when windows closed. Clean rooms. Very nice front desk staff. Assisted me to extend my days here in the same room.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were well equipped and soundproof from thenoise outside. Cocktails were also very nice and reasonably priced. Easy access to lots of attractions.

The hotel is really quite and laid back… staff is really friendly. The rooms and especially the swimming pool area are in need of a refreshment. Prices are more then ok. We went to the restaurent L'angle and the food was amazing. I hope to come back one day.

I have mixed feeling about Cram. This is the second time we stay here in several trips to BCN. Location is perfect, staff is professional but some are nicer than others. The biggest issues I have with this hotel are the very tiny rooms, and worse of all it has a strong mildew smell which I immediately remembered from the last time I stayed there several years ago. It even has gnats flying thanks to the water that sits under their shower pan (which is modern) but it doesn't drain the water that sits there all day.

All appearance but very little substance! The rooms are to be reformed, nothing works and the kitchen all smoke and no roast.

Location perfect, very modern, restaurant with a star Michelin but in the room had furniture very spoiled… a penalty.

CRAM is a hotel of contrasts where combine Art Nouveau, design and gastronomy in a privileged location.

We loved it, good service and in the Center, above all for Sant Jordi.

One of the best hotels with Barcelona design! Full of contrasts and with a few rooms chulísimas (at least mine! ) Great for going out in the Eixample Esquerra and go to sleep (or what comes up)

This hotel was perfectly located to all. The rooms were nice and clean. We had a large patio which made own room look bigger. The pool, bar and breakfast were located on the top floor which made it more special and relaxing. Karla was the best. She was great to talk with. Breakfast was excellent and had just about everything you could possibly crave. I will stay there again for sure. Staff was very friendly.

Ànemos Terrace Bar, located on the 7th floor with views over Barcelona, offers breakfast buffet from 7 to 11 am and re-opens from 12 noon and 12 midnight, offering drinks, snacks, tapas and "casual dining" continuously throughout the day. The new menu offers small "winks" that reflect the creative style of the Chef Jordi Cruz. During the summer you can enjoy the swimming pool and the solarium next to the bar.

The hotel is very well! my room was quite spacious, not be yes it will all so, but mine in particular was basically enough to be a few days there. I loved the breakfast! mostly because it has a breathtaking view over Barcelona. Very good breakfast, in quality and quantity. With Nespresso coffee machine and a variety of coffees to taste. Good lighting in the room. Would perhaps need more outlets, but not bad. Very modern, with shower bath. Strange maybe a coffee machine to make coffee or tea to taste in the room, if you're going for work or pleasure. I would recommend it.

Hotel is cute, but I jsut had meal at their wonderul restaurant Angle. Worth for a gourmet experience. By Chef Jordi Cruz.

Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of BCN and good place to say for a night or longer.
