We had a wonderful experience. The staff was outstanding, friendly and extremely responsive. The space was wonderful, clean, modern and conveniently located.

The apartment was great. A sunny balcony in the morning and clean and comfortable furnishings. Great location too with a metro station a few steps away which made it easy to get around the city. Jesus met us at the apartment and was really nice and helpful. He took his time showing us round and gave us a map and lots of tips for things to do. There are alot of good places to eat nearby and It's within walking distance of Port Vell, Montjuic and La Rambla. The only negative for us was that as we rented through Airbnb we thought there would be some basic cooking ingredients but there wasn't. It's also cheaper to book direct and not through Airbnb.

Loved the apartment, was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, right next to metro station, lots of places to eat and walking distance to las Rambla and beach. The gentleman who meet us answered all our questions and gave us some good ideas where to visit and showed us locations on the map. Only down side was the live music on Sunday night from the bar directly below us that we were not warned about. I did ring the help line to tell them, they did try to ask the bar to turn music down but with no success. Would definitely return though. Thank for a great stay and friendly staff.

A very nice and cosy apartment in an ideal location. The U-BHF poble sec is at the door. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars — all close and easy to reach. With the Airbus to Plaza Espana and then 10 min on foot and you're there. The staff at Aspasios is very friendly and helpful. Really a very good choice!

We (family with 2 children) have been in winter a week in the charming flat of Aspasios and we can recommend it 100%. Very nice apartment, great and modern facilities. The location is perfect, we were able to start all activities on foot. The Metro is 2 minutes away from the apartment. All around the apartment are great cafes and bistros, in which many locals also run. It doesn't seem so very touristy. Finally, you have to praise the local service. In case of problems very helpful and always reachable. Top, here we will take another vacation…

LOVED staying at this property. Ideal location to be among the local people, cafes, markets etc but tourist spots and Metro were all easily accessible.

Do not take the free transfer from the airport. We waited more than two hours for the car to take us to the studio. The studio was extremely noisy and should only be used if you are thinking of partying until the early morning…

I was three days in this apartment with some friends. We had a great time. The location is great, close to the metro station, full of delicious bars where to make delicious breakfasts, but at the same in a quiet, chaotic area. Alvaro who met us on our arrival was very kind and super helpful. Great reception. Also very good Wi-Fi. Recommended!

The whole thing is good. The lack of a refundable deposit of 100 euros is unpleasantly surprising. Promised to carry out the transfer within a week, and it has been three weeks. No refund has been made!
