Only location is a plus. A lot of insects, students walking till late night, awful AC, furniture (see photo, its a foldable wall table), no locks on the bathroom door, power sockets are on the bed mat level. Waste of money, I think.

The only good thing is the location. Bad things: smelling sheets and towels, broken walls and dirty furniture, old air conditioner, no free parking, parking 18 euro per day at the location, too noisy because of the students in the campus, poor and cold breakfast in the fridge, dirty forks and knives in the kitchen, bad communication with the manager. Disappointed!

Great student residence, but on vacation they admit older people, it is more for sigels, but it is phenomenal in so little space, kitchen, bathroom, desk, and phenomenal prices, 24 hour reception, and located in a good place.

The rooms are spacious, very well equipped, decorated and quiet. However, the cleanliness is disastrous, a disgust in every rule, which removes the attractiveness of the decoration and the equipment of these. On the other hand, the breakfast they give for the stay is very parked and scarce with products of low quality and quantity; For example, they give you a brick of milk of 110 ml, which does not become a glass, hard industrial pastries and products very close or already expired.

Lived in August 2017. I booked for booking. Com: The photo was a nice room. Everything is clean and after renovation. In fact, they settled in such dump that the first 15 minutes I was sitting with my mouth open, and then another 10 minutes crying. Since we needed to live in this place 8 nights, and in the room all that old, clean, lingerie with holes, on the ceiling killed some beast (insect) shoe 45 size! In the shower water flows at once in a hole in the floor and there is a brush, which you have to sweep water in the hole-drain (toilet adapted for the disabled, so the toilet and shower is a single space, by a curtain). Total discrepancy with the declared on booking. Com! And all this happiness was at €120 per night!
As in 20.00 leaves the administrator and only the lady-the guard had to wait in the morning to discuss the relocation. As it turned out, the rooms are free no other, only ours. On the question why the photo on booking and your rooms do not match, we were answered that there are rooms as in the picture in better, there are several, all others are similar to yours. Having understood that not shine to exchange the room, asked to find an improved, it cost €180, it somehow found and charged us on €150 per night (discount as compensation). It looked like what was on booking. COM, naturally we agreed to these conditions, but the sediments remained…
The girl-Administrator is good, went on concessions and helped to find a way out of the situation!

The location is good, very close the Barcelonetta, the appartments are ok, but nothing special.

For me it is the place par excellence to stay when I get to Barcelona. You have everything you need to live.

From the minuses: given a room on the ground floor, free on the upper floors from the words of the front desk was not. Room dirty, air conditioning No. Cleaning of the bathroom once in 3 days (not rooms, no towel change and bed linen).

Perfectly located student's residence very close to the beach. Value for money at short term stays is not really satisfying — 65€/night in a single room with private bath and kitchen and AC including an unsatisfactory breakfast (stored in the fridge). Wi-Fi is available at the common areas, in the rooms only with cable. The location close to the sea has its con with the noise of the seagulls in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff, check-out until 12:00.

A perfect place for a cheap Stay in Barcelona. Very obliging staff. Clean Rooms 3 min to the beach. I had shower facilities after check-out is desired. For this reason, and because of the lack of ac in the budget rooms only 2 points in the premises.

I recommend strongly. Great place. Chislenko. Cozy. Delicious. The price tag for two at an average of 65 euros per day. Were in September for a day of Barcelona. Booked through booking. Com.

Clean, bright, spacious, 200 m from the sea. Great.

I was there at the recent Mobile World Congress. The place does not cost much, is Barceloneta near the sea, and are equipped with spacious room, with two beds, microwave, refrigerator, television and breakfast included. Included also areas such as gym, reading newspapers, etc. Alongside there is a University Hall of residence full of international students (many Americans). Sin only for internet connectivity, which leaves much to be desired. About 3 days, she went no more than once or twice.
