Recommended! very clean and trendy hostel in cuenca.
great location.
excellent bed in dormitory with all the necessities (lamp, charger).
clean showers.
everything is nicely decorated.
I would stay here again.

A very central and beautiful place. It's been open since January and it's great. Spacious bathrooms and showers the same, all very very clean which is perfect. Breakfast is included and is not a hotel buffet but you have several options to choose from. We have loved it and if we return we will surely repeat. Free Wifi and with good coverage and all the possible amenities of a hotel but much cheaper, and all lovely!

Great hostel and seemingly the only one in Cuenca. The service team is super nice.

This hostel is very confortable, clean, and as everything that you could need (washing machine, hairdryer)!

We have been with our little 2 year and have been very good. Perfect location. You have bus stop next door, which we did great to climb to the castle area, we also took another line to see the paleontological museum and to go to the bird station.
Pedestrian area very close to go to shops and area of bars and tapas.
And for the little one just in front of a park and walk x the river very nice.
The hostel as it has an area where we could eat also went well to be with the little one and has room very original, spacious and clean.
Thank you very much we had a great time.

My partner and I stayed for three days in this old building, completely renovated and restored with lots of charm, the location is ideal, the décor is taken care of to the last detail, and the treatment with the staff unbeatable. We'll definitely be back. Recommended 100%.

New and clean hostel. Friendly and flexible staff. Good location near the old town and right next to the bus route (infrequent though it is). Fantastic value for money.

This place is a hidden gem. Cuenca is off the tourist radar for most international visitors and I don't know why, it's such a lovely place. This hostel is incredible. The thought and design that was put into this place is incredible. They took so many of the old features of this beautiful building and modernized the facilities. I have zero complaints the bathrooms, common areas, and patio are all great places. I can't recommend staying here enough you don't be disappointed. Also the location is right by the bus stop which takes you to the train stations and also very close to a pedestrian area and just at the base of the old city.

The Green River Hostel deserves a big applause! The styling is outstanding, it's clean, practical and the atmosphere is just perfect. Breakfast was tasty. The old centre is only a 10 minutes walk. It was also possible to park my bike safely. A wonderful place! I highly recommend.

A very good hostel, it felt more like home than a hostel. There is great attention to detain and the John and Christina are lovely. It's clean and has great decor and the breakfast was great. And the coffee was of the highest quality. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in cuenca. And I will be back.
