Fui a un evento y los trabajadores son súper agradables y atentos. El lugar es amplio y el mobiliario es bueno, hay muchísimo aparcamiento cerca. Cerca del centro.

But in general if I go back to Ponferrada I will repeat hotel, especially for the kindness and good treatment of the reception staff and the cafeteria, it was a pleasure to deal with them.

Small rooms, Wi-Fi was not available. They didn't include breakfast. The hotel bar is very small. I don't think they ever did cleaning. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was tiny. Pretty expensive for what it is. They could have improved facilities. Very old.

Situado enfrente de una zona comercial con restaurante de comida rápida, tienda de material deportivo, tienda de productos para animales y supermercado. Accesible tanto en coche como andando. Las habitaciones son espaciosas. El mobiliario es moderno y funcional. Las camas son cómodas y ámplias. Cuenta con espacios habilitados para sillas de ruedas. Los empleados son muy amables y serviciales. Dispone de buffet de desayuno con amplia variedad de alimentos y restaurante con buena carta.

First visit to this hotel, we use lots of hotels during our 6 months travelling around, have to say it was a pleasant surprise all round. Comfortable clean lovely cafe, very pleasant staff in hotel & especially the cafe. Will use this hotel again & again. Price very reasonable.

We were here for Easter. Good experience a little far from the center… Especially when it rains and you have to travel with a small avenue.
