My partner and I love this hotel and we’ve been back many times. It’s such a relaxing place and the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

My daughter and I have just returned from a lovely relaxing 5* break at Secrets Lanzarote. We stayed fully inclusive/Preferred Club. We cannot fault anything.

What a fantastic hotel. On arrival at the hotel we were met by the friendliest reception staff. We were offered rooms that suited us best. The food was the best for selection and quality.

It’s a very nice renovated hotel, quiet zone with plenty of space and swimming pools. Ideal and full of retired people.
Breakfast and dinner was great. The service excellent.

A must if you visit Arrecife, use the elevator to the right, only petite but has stunning views as you climb all the way to the 17th floor and the restaurant there, the panoramic vista is one of the

We are currently on day 2 of a weeks holiday.
We have been blown away by this hotel. As regular travellers we have some experience of different hotels and have been to Lanzarote several times.

Very good holiday option for young families. Staff are friendly and the kids club and soft play are great.

Good for families. We were a couple so found the volume of children a bit much. However we came here on a cheap deal and it offered exceptional value for money — rooms are very spacious and clean.

Lovely place to stay. Animation team are incredible and so much fun, our three year old loved them so much, and Pepe of course!

Great hotel in all aspects. I really do not understand the negative reviews. We stayed all inclusive for a week for a family holiday in half term.

Just returned from Casas del Sol villas. This was amazing week at villa 4C. 2 separate bedrooms, one with en-suite.

Excellent self-catering villa. Sofa + seat and table and 4 chairs inside. Ours was 2 bedroom with walk in shower and bidet. 2 ovens, hob and microwave. Fridge freezer plus a fridge.

Our bungalow was clean and fully equipped. We stayed here for 6 days end of april, so the hotel was not busy at all.

I loved everything about Casas Heddy in Lanzarote. Outstanding, friendly and helpful staff. The whole ehos of this wellness centre is kindness and keeping everyone happy.

The staff were amazing, the premises is beautifully landscaped, scenic and spotless. The room was very comfortable and the food was absolutely delicious.

My stay at Lanzarote Retreats was quietly exceptional.

Perfect check-in and a really well-designed place. The outdoor area is great and very convenient (open kitchen, hammocks etc), and the bathroom is a nice balance between nature and comfort.

Stayed 3 weeks. Great hotel. Good food, clean, amazing location, no complaints. Thanks Laszlo for the yoga, pilates and hike.

Family with 2 daughters aged 7 and 2. I was dubious before travelling here for half term week as I had read some negative reviews, but please ignore them.

My stay at Hotel Vitalclass was truly wonderful from start to finish.

Lovely hotel, very big rooms with big balcony’s. The location was a minute walk to beach from the back entrance and shops, main town was 15min on a scooter but taxis were only €5-6 to get there.

I've given 5 stars to match the price of the hotel. Obviously you get what you pay for and this hotel isn't expensive relatively speaking for an all inclusive.

We were a little concerned before arriving given the large number of negative reviews but we needn’t have worried.

Have stayed here 3 times over the last 2 years — the hotel itself is wonderful. Clean, bright and unusually large rooms.

A truly wonderful private resort. The team of staff were extremely helpful and very courteous. Nothing was too much trouble.

A very large hotel on the outskirts of the town. Very clean and well decorated but a Little bit dated but adequate. The staff are great.

My 1st time to this hotel, it's a big hotel, all bedrooms have a pool view, 3 glass elevators to all floors, Large restaurant with buffet style food, which is OK nothing special.

We are here at the moment and thoroughly enjoying it.
Yes the rooms are a bit tired but immaculately clean and functional.
The pool areas areas are beautiful as is the weather at the moment.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband for his 40th, our room was spacious, clean and modern, it seems they are updating the rooms gradually, this hotel was clean, bed was so comfy, great location,

The villa was a nice peaceful place to stay. A good size with good facilities and good location. Only a 10-15 walk to the beach which is a nice sandy beach.

I arrived back yesterday from a weeks stay. Firstly the location is great in a quiet area of Playa Blanca. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Very close to the airport this large hotel is maybe a little bit dated in its decor but the level of service was second to none.

So, we only came back this week.
We found the hotel very clean and maintained. We stayed with half board.
