Apart‑Hotels in Canary IslandsCondo Hotel

Just returned after a lovely week's stay. Firstly, the current building work opposite the hotel had no affect on us although be prepared for them start work at 07:30.

Had the most amazing Therapeutic full body massage again today at I can highly recommend Alex.

This is a lovely hotel. Very well maintained and clean. The bar staff are very friendly. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and ended up with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise.

We visited Lanzarote for a weekend on a super spontaneous trip. We booked the flights just hours before departure and then started looking for a place to stay.

This is my favourite place to stay in Playa Blanca. Spacious villas, lovely warm pool, never overcrowded. The on-site bar and café has a great choice of meals, drinks and snacks.

Great location, exceptionally clean villa and grounds. Gardens immaculate and well maintained.
We stayed in villa 31 which was spacious and well maintained. New bathrooms, both lovely.

Just back from a fantastic family stay here.
We stayed in a 2 bed villa which was well equipped and spotless, which all have their own outdoor patio / garden area.

Very nice stay here. Great, welcoming staff and immaculate, well-equiped apartments. The pool is kept at a lovely warm temperature so it's like walking into a bath!

Just returned from a weeks holiday.
The hotel is well kept, grounds are very clean and easily the best place we have stayed and the reception staff very helpful.

Just checked out and writing this by the pool. What a lovely place to stay! Had apartment 2360, 3rd floor overlooking main pools and kids pool. Room big, lots of storage and very comfy beds!

We stayed here for just over two weeks. The one bedroom apartment was very comfortable with a beautiful balcony and sea view. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a freezer.

Twenty years later and still outstanding. Just returned from 4 great weeks in the Costa Sal. We have been staying here for 20 years now either during the Summer or Summer and Christmas.

We had a good stay. The room was modern, updated, and had great air conditioning. The balcony was a sun trap, and the pool bar and breakfast were excellent.

Great place to stay. We’ve stayed here several times and always a friendly welcome. The pool bar/restaurant is good value.

Rooms had everything we needed. We had sun all day with room beside the pool area. Staff helpful and made us welcome.

A lovely quiet spot for a weeks stay. We got a ground floor apartment overlooking the pool. Very comfortable all round. We found the beds good for a nice nights sleep.

We had a really good stay at this hotel and felt it offered great value for a 3-star all-inclusive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

We had a great stay. The food was too good, rooms nice and cleaned daily, the staff is really nice and helpful. The gym is fully equipped with weights.

We had an amazing week here. We really enjoyed the great variety of different themed food every day. The location of the hotel is great too, walkable distance to the city and the water park.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Rooms were spacious and aircon worked a treat.
Food was great, always a varied choice for all taste buds. Great snack bar during the day. Bar was spot on for drinks.

What a nice clean hotel, where you can relax by the pools or visit the bars and shops just a couple minutes away. The beaches are stunning and not too busy. The views are incredible.

Stayed in Lanzaplaya recently and delighted at how good it was.

Nice spacious apartments that were cleaned every day, cleaners were great and very pleasant.

Had a fantastic time when we stayed here, its a little out the way but has a decent enough square nearby. If you enjoy the quieter side of life, beautiful beaches and less people this area is for you.

We enjoyed a 5 night stay here & were pleased with our choice.
The location is central for touring the island and while close to Costa Teguise, away from the tourist shops and noise.

We loved our stay here. The whole place was serene and relaxing. Our suite was really lovely — modern and clean. Breakfasts were delicious and we were so well looked after by the staff.

The apartment is clean and very spacious toilets are clean and very nice, location is perfect where can have long walks, weather is good warm.

Lovely apartments so close to everything around u can book your excursions through the reception at the apartments definitely will stay here again.

Staying here at the Min and it's a very nice place to be rooms are clean the pool is excellent it's very close to everything the staff are also very good so yes I would recommend.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Jupiter ran by Ocean Club Holidays. The villa and pool were brilliant and just what we needed for a family of 4. Very clean and modern. Lovely furnishings.

This was the most relaxing holiday I have ever had. We had a little villa with a plunge pool to ourselves and it was magical.

Currently on the last day of our holiday to Lanzarote as a group of 8 and we have had a wonderful experience.

We had a very positive experience staying at this hotel. The food was excellent, varied, and delicious.

One of the most amazing stays we have had as a family with small kids. Such a beautiful location, friendly service and staff, AMAZING food for breakfast lunches and dinner.

Absolutely brilliant villa, great location, lovely pool we all had a ball. We stayed in villa number 11 and it was smashing, the lady in the office was very nice and helpful. Fab holiday.

Amazing view, spacious, very well equipped, minor repairs/upgrade needed in bathrooms.

Good sized apartment with everything you need for your stay, functioning kitchen and living space, plenty of wardrobe space and modern bathroom.

Really peaceful apartments and handy walking distance to everywhere.

Modern designer style villas. A little form over function but a great place to stay. Pool and views were superb.

Great villa with some minor down points. The finishing touches are missing. Really great view over the ocean, the city and the vulcano.

So I read the reviews and I totally understand where so many people are complaining.

Just returned from staying here this week. What a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities we required for a self-catering stay.

We stayed here in June 2026 for 10 days in a two bedroom apartment (room 329). Room was fine and cleaned regularly.
Look, it's very basic, we had an enjoyable holiday, but you get what you pay for.

Stayed in studio 309. Some of the complex is being renovated and updated.
The studio was well laid out with a 2 ring hob, a fridge and microwave. Shower was powerful.

Villa was clean and tidy.
We paid extra to have the pool heated and we needed it.
Location is close to a couple of cafes and is on the main bus route for playa blanca.

The villa sits in a quiet corner of the island which is lovely in the daytime but means someone's driving into town each evening.

Great location, un en eatable price and very clean. Includes swimming pool, free tennis court (and cheap racquet rental), parking and kitchen. Loved this place.

My 9 year old daughter and I went here on holiday in July. Our first time staying at Cinco Plaza and won't be the last. I requested a pool side room, this was facilitated.

Lovely complex for families! Apartments are very clean and spacious with a large terrace or balcony. Air con in all apartments.
