The hotel was absolutely stunning and the staff exceptional. We were greeted with a glass of fizz and lovely reception staff before going to our room overlooking the pools.

We have been here for 10 days half board. Te rooms are lovely, beds really comfortable with a nice balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very good, rooms were lovely, public areas clean tidy and not too busy, there are plenty of sitting areas and the food was excellent.

Wonderful one night stay. Pity roof top bar and Amora restaurant closed in early week.
Champagne on arrival, wine in room. Spacious and nice decor. Japanese style toilet great.

Great hotel with lots to do, had great entertainment also, we went before New Years Eve and they put on a gala that was fab.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful the hotel itself is immaculately cleaned. All the staff are extremely helpful and always smiling and say hello.

I have been going to Timanfaya Palace for 17 years, all the staff and amenities are excellent. The location is perfect for walking into town or visiting the lighthouse.

Hotel Las Costas is immaculate! The staff are amazing, the food is exceptional, the rooms are second to none.

Lovely hotel next to the beach and located a short walk to the nearby bars and restaurants in Puerto Del Carmen.

We had a lovely holiday from 30 December 2025 to 13 January 2026. We were there to celebrate New Year and Atlantic Gardens did us proud!

Had a great week 29th Dec — 5th Jan. Weather was better than expected. Location was perfect for us, lovely walks along the sea front down to the marinas or to the lighthouse.

Mynd Yaiza is the place to be. It was our third stay in this beautifull hotel. We had again lovely holidays. Everything is good here, we have nothing to complain about.

Great hotel, already plotting our return. Food delicious, hotel spotless, all staff so helpful and polite — everyone, every time we asked a question.

What a start to our week to be told that our accommodation had been upgraded! We had booked a one bed apartment but got a two bed with a bathroom and an additional toilet.

Lovely appartents spacious and clean the terrace is lovely we had sun all day. A little bit of a walk to the restaurants and bars about 10 mins.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. The hotel is stunning. The staff are always so kind and helpful. The food is excellent and fresh, as a vegan I had plenty of choice! I had room 602.

This was a totally awesome place to stay. The staff were ALL pleasent and accommodating. This was my first holiday abroad in over 30yrs and they made it a fantastic experience.

Best possible experience. Third time here. Staff super friendly and helpful, location is the best, every evening sunset out of our jacuzzi. Food is excellent although improvements are still possible.

Went for a 5 day/4 night break, and had a lovely chilled out time. Room was comfy and clean, service from all the restaurants/ bars was 5 star.

Honestly was a welcoming and relaxing resort to stay in. Me and my family left the resort once and that was because we had pre booked the before we arrived.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Hotel is clean and staff are attentive and multilingual. The food was superb with a great variety. Also ideal for any disabled guests in wheelchairs.

I Really enjoyed my stay at Casas Heddy in September 2025. Rooms are very clean towels changed on request Staff very helpful aswell.

Lovely location a bit away from main strip.
Ok to walk down to strip. Better getting a taxi back. All up hill walking back.

I stayed here at Miramar Hotel in Room 406, which is fourth floor and a sea view with balcony, I stayed on my own so unfortunately I had to pay the full room rate but I had a very relaxed enjoyable

Just spent a week here at the premium suites. My daughter and her husband along with my grandsons were in the Royal Village Resort, same hotel.

Staff are extremely helpful and willing to listen to what you need or want. Always offering drink tastings and opportunities to win alcohol or sweets. Family friendly and nice all around.

A quite exceptional boutique hotel. We wanted to get away from beach resorts, to explore the countryside of Lanzarote, the quiet beaches and the cultural experience / Manrique etc etc.

I went to Sandos Papagayo (parrot beach) last year with my family and jt was so much fun! The pools are cold when you get in, but its a good cool down.

Lovely hotel with fantastic hard working staff. Room was lovely as we requested a sea view — and what view 😍, great feeling falling asleep listening to the waves.

Twin beds you couldn’t put together.

These apartments are exceptionally clean and well run.
Compact but with everything you might need.
They were cleaned regularly and beds made, towels changed etc.

Just returned from staying here this week. What a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities we required for a self-catering stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought half board offered great value for money. The hotel staff are warm and friendly and we were given a great room with a huge balcony overlooking the sea.

We had a wonderful stay during December 2025 and would highly recommend the hotel for anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Lovely spacious 2 bed bungalow which was spotless. Housekeeping came every 2 days. The terrace was huge! Nice to sit out in an afternoon.

We stayed at the Vik San Antonio for 10 days over Christmas and New Year 2025. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times previously but never at Christmas & New Year.

Loved flying out Christmas Day. Empty airport in Birmingham and Lanzarote.

We stayed here over the 3 Kings Holiday, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, we booked a sea view room and we had a great view and lovely balcony.

Great hotel. Fantastic location. Staff were amazing especially the young pretty lady on reception who was very kind and amenable. Rooms extremely clean and serviced everyday during our stay.
