Great location, un en eatable price and very clean. Includes swimming pool, free tennis court (and cheap racquet rental), parking and kitchen. Loved this place.

What a great week. Reception were very quick checking us in. You can't check in until 2. Place is spotless. Everything kept very clean.

This gem of a place in puerto del carmen is so close too bars restaurants and the beach. Great pool bar with tasty food and great service. Will definitely be back in the future👍👍

Absolutely loved my stay here, staff were friendly and accommodating. Apartments were spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable and the location was fantastic.

Arrived on the 5th February. Checked in straight away. Reception staff excellent.
Allocated room 317 which we had requested.

The entertainment team were extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and brought great energy and atmosphere to the hotel.

Nice big villa. Slightly dated but comfortable with everything you would need for a great stay. Very close to all amenities. Overall a great stay.

I was a bit apprehensive having looked at other reviews as mixed but was so pleased with the villa I booked for next yr 4days in to bring the grandkids and great grandkids.

Good value villa, 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (villa 42). Pool area lovely and cleaned twice in the week. Furniture a bit tired and needs replaced, not enough seating for 8 people.

Javier was a very accommodating host, very friendly, a great communicator and full of useful information.

Clean, chic, relaxing and in a beautiful location. If you’re looking for a peaceful but studied in every detail house, you can ‘t miss to sleep here.

Had a wonderful 3-week stay at Finca El Lance. The house was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed.

A piece of paradise on earth. The finca has an incredible charm, you can't really put it into words. So many flowers, palm trees, the fantastic view of the sea. Plus a lot of peace and quiet.

Stayed here for 9 nights, had a fairly refurbished room compared to other family members. In a great location, staff are friendly…just don’t expect 4-5 star luxury.

Before I start my review just be aware of these 2 points.
1. The hotel policy is on checking in you have to give a 150 euro deposit for any damages to your apartment.

Beatiful beach. Expected more popcorn formations however you find it only in patches. Fun walk on the black rocks hunting for crabs for both adults and children.

The small "rocks" actually looks like popcorn 😅
They are small white algae fossils.
The beach is about half an hour on bike, one hour on foot or 10 minutes car ride, from Corralejo.
Worth a visit.

Stayed here february 26 for the first time, we stayed in a deluxe 1 bed apt on the ground floor.

Juan & carmen are very helpful at the desk. Rooms cleaned every day by the cleaners who always said hello with a smile.

Our room was perfect for a 3 nights stay. Very close to the beach (about 5-6 mins walk), quiet (apart from Sat night when we could hear music until late from a local restaurant) and clean.

Beyond expectations, lovely clean, quiet area. With a lovely small pool to sun bath if you wish. Came with great additions, such as iron, hair dryer, towels for sun bathing and shower.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Capricho. Location is excellent for access to the main strip and restaurants, bars etc. The accommodation had every amenity needed for a comfortable stay.

This accommodation was a 5 star experience.
Great location very well equipped spotlessly clean.
The hosts Andres and Sarah dealt with any queries immediately.
Overall a wonderful stay.

Didn't need services as only here a week. Villa very clean and surprise was cleaning stuff left. Perfect spot 20 minute walk to main strip. Would recommend to any one coming with large group.

This was a great villa. The place was immaculate when we arrived having found location and keys easily. Booked through Jet2villas and the whole experience with rental cars was great.

Pleasant room, neat and maintained. Beautiful view and central location. Small bar with very good coffee and tasty pastrie. Ideal base to discover the south of Lanzarote.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Great location if you are travelling by car, but there are shops and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms were tidy, with great amenities.

Apartment very spacious, clean. Great bus service just outside and goes to town and beach every 30 mins. Pool area lovely and plenty of sun beds. Nice and quiet place so great for relaxing.

I had a lovely stay at The CayBeach Papagayos. There is a lovely large Pool with plenty of Sunbeds and lots of space around the Terraces.

The villa accommodations is fantastic everything you need is available, the swimming pool is clean and heated so it's usable any hour of the day.

Lovely villa holiday for couple over 2 weeks.
Villa had everything we could have wanted, pool was gorgeous but unfortunately too cold most days to use — storm Theresa hit whilst we were there.

It is a very quiet location but within easy reach of bars and restaurants.

Visited at the beginning of June 2026. Arrived at hotel with some trepidation having read some recent bad reviews. As a party of four adults and 2 young children the hotel more than met our needs.

I arrived late on May 28th and stayed for a week. I was a bit apprehensive after reading reviews just before travelling however there was no problems at all.

Just returned from our holiday and the hotel was brilliant.
It was a German hotel and we were abit hesitant in booking hat we wouldn't be able to understand the food, and other guests.

What an excellent hotel with excellent staff. Friendly and always wanting to help.

This is a real hidden gem managed by decent very hard working, hospitable lovely people who go out of their way to help you.

We spent 6 nights at the villa and we had a great time there! Strategic central location, very quiet and with beautiful views. Paola was a great host and gave us valuable tips to enjoy the island.

We had a very nice experience at La Molina, the apartment was very quiet, comfortable and clean. The host Micaela and Claudio were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful holiday at la Molina. We had a lot of space, it was a nice and calm place where we could retreat peacefully at the end of the day.
