Excellent location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Spacious apartment with large balcony overlooking pool area.

We stayed for 5 nights 21/03-26/03, we had a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor.

Fantastic little gem of a place. Came recommended from friends. Brilliant location. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The whole place was kept very clean.

This is a nice place to stay, very friendly staff both at the reception and at breakfast.
It’s an old building with really nice features.

The Hotel is more than beautiful. The rooms are so lovely, you feel like home. The beds are very comfy and the style of the apartment is perfect.

Lovely hotel with fantastic hard working staff. Room was lovely as we requested a sea view — and what view 😍, great feeling falling asleep listening to the waves.

What a wonderful holiday we have just had at this hotel. The superior room had an outstanding sea view overlooking the pool and with a sunset view towards Playa Blanca.

Alba and David an excellent duo, from booking to making sure our 8 day stay was stress free.

Our second stay in this lovely villa in an area we like and have visited several times.

What can I say about this hidden gem? The food (I went for the entrecote) was delicious and cooked to perfection. The dessert was just as delicious.

A truly special place. Giulia is a great host, warm and welcoming always ready to help with local information. Our room and the common areas were beautifully decorated and sympathetically restored.

This was my first time renting an apartment (not a hotel) 😅 and I’m so happy I ended up in such a cozy place where the owners clearly put meaning into what they do.

The host Jaqui was fabulous. Everything was very easy. The keys are in a lock box on site. There was tea, coffee, salt and pepper and all sorts of toiletries.

Our third stay at L28, it’s one of our first picks. Host is always really good, offering to book us a taxi for the airport is such a nice touch that you don’t get offered at other properties.

Lanzarote a special island, with a particular charm, such as to love it immediately or… the opposite… for me it was love at first sight! The Villa made our stay even more unforgettable.

A beautiful house with a wonderful garden. We find the location excellent and the view of La Geria and the volcanoes is unique. The on-site service is very friendly and speedy.

The house we were allocated in was a 300-year-old barn (or similar) with a lot of character.
The outdoor area overlooking the hills and the sea is exceptional.

Perfect location in the center of the island, clean, pleasant room. Large, very clean bathroom.
Cleaning is done every two days.

Upon arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. We stayed in bungalow 16, which had a Jacuzzi, BBQ, and beautiful sea views.

Spectacular place where you can enjoy luxury vacation villas and bathe in a heated pool like this, even in December. Highly recommended.

The reviews here are absolutely useless (especially negative ones) as the residential complex itself has more than 100 villas, so they could be in a very diverse conditions.

Excellent rooms that were cleaned daily. I think they even changed the bed sheets during our stay. Really nice toiletries (Natture brand) provided. The showerhead was really cool. It generated a mist.

The hotel is generally clean and beautifully decorated. One feel at peace and welcomed when you enter the premises.

Excellent villa in a great location. Walking distance to marina and beach. Clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Pool was a good size with Astro surrounding it great for young children.

Booked with Jet 2, hire car included. They have now introduced a £70 insurance tariff on your hire car when you collect it. Arrived late at night.

We have been to Jardin den Aridane several times and have always immediately felt at home. The warm welcome from the hosts and the smooth handover contribute to this.
