Es una pensión sencilla y muy apañada, con horario de entrada y salida totalmente libre. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero suficientes, y el baño grande en relación. Todo muy limpio ya de entrada, y con limpieza diaria. El servicio es muy simpático. La ubicación es buena, te plantas en coche en Avilés en unos 10 minutos, y al resto de ciudades algo más. No tiene comercios cerca, pero el pueblo de al lado tiene un pequeño supermercado y algún bar.
