Located in a slum. Where to the street next door were girls willing (yes, they don't harass you). When I went up to the room the little bright, burgundy aisle. In the habenity there was dust, it seems that they do not pass the vacuum cleaner.

Absolutely loved this place. I come here everytime I have a flight.

This hotel deserved a star for its location in the city.
On the other hand, there is no breakfast, the rooms are very small, but adequate.
The area is the busiest in the city. Some taxi didn't even want to drop us off there, in a conversation with a waiter he told us not to even walk there alone at night.!
Watch out for your stay with your child!
Prostitutes, drug dealers and sdf will be at your appointment on the evening return to Bilbao.

Hotel well located near the Mercado de la Ribera and the old town. Clean, cozy, very friendly staff and overall comfortable room. Very good views towards the estuary.

Everything is perfect except the cleaning of the floors. Convenient but a bit infamous area. I wouldn't recommend it to a group of teenage girls.

The price is fair, there is cleaning every day. The rooms are neat, the hairdryer is very windy, the emphasis is on air-conditioning and the laundry will dry! The counter is very nice, kind, intimate to ask if you need a taxi, not all hotels are this intimate. Walk to the Old Town for five minutes, if you have a suitcase, it is recommended to take a taxi, this side is a slope.

The hotel is located about 15 ' walk from the centre.
The neighborhood a bit… Crappy.
He parks badly; I recommend parking in the vicinity of the Bilbao Arena that there is plenty of room (that is, blue area).
The rooms are renovated and clean.
No choice to breakfast but there are bars nearby.
It's worth paying a little more for something better.

Great hotel with nice staff, comfy beds and clean, hot showers. It's in a ver, quiet location and only five minutes walking from the old town.

The hard mattresses. The bed moves by itself because the legs are loose. Wet room, I've got a cold. They haven't cleaned the room even one day! No toilet paper or brush! You hear everything from the outside of the room! I would not recommend this site to anyone who appreciates it! Passable location! There's no one parked around. Nice staff.

An easy, simple but really decent hotel in the heart of Bilbao.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Staff very attentive and predisposed at all times, perfect location, close to everything on foot or with public transport.

Comfortable and clean, no paraphernalia, so it's a perfect place to spend the night.
The rooms are spacious, the bathroom with the necessary to wash, not for relaxing baths and with good Wi-Fi, so for what I use a hotel, perfect and good value for money.

For a two-star hotel it’s excellent, clean, secure parking and very helpful staff and not too far to walk to all the main attractions.

It is a hotel sencillito, without anything special. Its advantage: it is very well located, next to the old town. The internet Wi-Fi is quite poor…

It's a pretty central place facing the old town. Very friendly and the establishment is very functional. Very clean.

The receptionist is passionate about his city and also of his work, or at least transmits it this way. If you are not sure where to go in the city, you will solve all the doubts and will tell you all the places of interest. Exceptional.

Nice budget hotel in a selubrepus part of Bilbao. Staff very friendly and willing to share local knowledge. Amusing hour when door to bathroom broke locking my brother in. Staff tried kicking it down, picking lock and finally removing architrave to unscrew door. Freed after over an hour of captivity. Very amusing in our inebriated state.

Hotel more than acceptable for the price paid. We were able to sleep with our pet without problem. The room was a little small and the supplement for the “bug” of the house was somewhat excessive. In terms of positioning this just 5 minutes from the bridge that leads to the centre of bilbao, so unbeatable. About parking you can already book it in advance because but, you play dal turns as a desesperao.

Great stay at this budget hotel. Rooms are small but very clean. Location is very close to the Casco Viejo of Bilbao, just a short walk across one of the many bridges. Staff is very friendly. We stayed for six nights and had a great time. Everything in the room worked well. The room was warm and the hot water in the shower worked great (we stayed in December when it can get very cold). Will definitely repeat next time I am in Bilbao.

The service of 10, the reception staff is great, unbeatable, the site is 5 min from Renfe and Gran Via and in front of the 7 streets and the old town.

Simple place, helpful staff, good location, I got stitched up with a dodgy door lock which required regular receptionist help.

If you are looking for a simple hotel near the centre it is one of the best options in Bilbao. It is an area in constant renovation, do not let yourself be guided by the first appearances. 100% recommended.

A site with no pretensions of anything with good facilities. Good value for money. Totally advisable.

Affordable price, old construction, narrow aisle and very small toilets. They accept pets by paying a supplement of €12 and they have very strict and severe rules to call that they accept dogs and collect that amount. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing advisable under my experience.

A base where you leave your luggage without big claims. Old Style Hotel in line with the area. The San Francisco Street is the Bronx of Bilbao, prostitution, peddling, street gangs… Place for people who know how to move in particular environments,

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room is adequate for the 2 nights we are here. It is located in a good spot, close to the old town.

Not a great and perfect hotel, a little bit dirty, bathroom not in perfect conditions, elevator old, good position.

The hotel is very close to getting into the town centre but is situated on a really steep hill so not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. La Ribera market and tram stop are close by. Rooms are basic but clean and functional. There is a church close by with very loud bell! Vending machine in reception for snacks and drinks. Bar close by. Used it for one night and had no problem with the atmosphere of the area as mentioned in other reviews.

Totally different than what it presents on site. Car park does not exist, water in the taps of the rooms also that practically non existent. Unpleasant odor.

Very poor quality. Tv's not going. In a room of two by two there is no TV!

We were at the hotel in November 2012. It was very cheap, I guess that for the season, but it is true that you cannot expect any luxury. Normal cleaning, but the State of the rooms is very improved, feels that it is an old hotel only made that face washes, because we had to lamps beds arranged with insulating tape. Truth is that for the price and also that us was garage, the ratio is 5.

Basic hotel, beds comfortable, zone it is located in is very mixed.

Negative: noisy, the heater did not work. Expensive 59€. Positive: well located, free Wi-Fi. Clean. Has canal +. Large walk-in shower.

Charming hotel. Rooms clean and in good condition, the area at all is unsafe and the receptionist very friendly and attentive. It has very nice enclosed parking. Enough to spend a few nights in a Hotel Downtown.

We went to this hotel because there was no other place to sleep, was all full by the bbk. It is a hotel which is located at the bottom of San Francisco. In normal season you can sleep for 20 euros overnight, but like all the hotels in that weekend prices go up and we pay 180euros per night. The hotel is refurbished but against has was not very clean. Rather than primary meeting at a hotel.

Magnificent experience. The receptionists treatment is exceptional and is located in the Centre of Bilbao, close to the old town.

Very very dangerous area. Lived in Bilbao for a year after stayin here for a few nights and all I hear for the year was to stay away from that area. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly but the Amount of young prostitutes and addicts outside the door at night was terrifying. Bilbao has much safer and nicer places to stay.

The hotel focuses on what's important. There are climate control in each room. Television. The bathrooms are very clean and new. There are towels or anything like that.
The price is very good.

As 2-star, don't expect luxury. You have to be consistent. But I am delighted. Very clean, very large and firm bed and great shower. Burning and pressure. I personally recommend it. The only thing that echo a little in lack of better insulation of rooms. But highly recommended.

HORRIBLE! Very unfriendly staff.
Rooms: the bedroom is sosa. A large bed, and a piece of wood with four legs and a metal Chair. The bathroom is passable.
The walls are made of paper. Woke me at 4 am neighbors and their sexual relations, 7 Germans coming out to the street and slamming of the hotel
Cleaning: horrible. All dirty and old. The cables to the view, all roñoso and dirty.
Situation: the worst! If that it can be determined what is the worst. It is in some streets where there are only prostitutes, Gypsies and people with bad spots.
Parking: Parking the car you have to go to the hotel to give you the key. A great ride (hopefully not you lose) and Park in another Street. Back to the hotel, return the key and then you can go. Not even accompany you.
Price: expensive. It is located in a dangerous area, poor cleanliness and non-existent treatment. Of the two stars they every 1 and a half. They should not charge or €10 night.
The best of the stay: the next day when we went.

Absolutely great! very good value for money. Very clean, central, close to everything and staff friendly. Free Wi-Fi.

For the price I paid, 40 euros per night, I was very satisfied with this hotel. The location is not great (careful, Google shows it wrong, look for "Calle Miribilla, 8 48003, Bilbao Spain") and a bit far from the metro station but very close to the center of the town. The hotel is also minimal. There was not even a wardrobe in the room. Although the view was great and the bathroom and the bed were perfect. Wifi internet was freely available in the reception bar and the guy at the reception was very nice and willing to chat. For the price I paid two thumbs up.
