Very spacious and clean apartments. The mattress a little sunken. No breakfast service.

Just the kitchen utensils. The couch impossible to use… was just the structure without padding… a horror.
The cleanliness is better. There is no parking area… paid parking at 12 Euro day.

We caught two apartments for 6 people and everything was very correct. Clean, well-spaced… Well in general.

Comfortable, new good space, is very far from the center and to go anywhere you have to get down 4 long blocks down to get to the Transvia, Metro or taxis, there is Q always go out with time otherwise be prepared to run away. The bed has no mattress, they have a mat, neck pain every night.

We were friends staying here for 4 days. The apartments are not bad but they lack to file details. First of all, the mattresses and the sofa bed are for renovation because they lack comfort. On the other hand, a simple thing like hangers in the closet, it also takes a few more. Also, the lights of the bedside tables had no where to connect them for the simple fact that there were no plugs… The noise that makes the elevator is amazing, they should take it into account and do a review on this. The kitchen is quite equipped, maybe put a toaster, I will add points. It must be said that the heating at all times worked great and we even had heat and turned it off. With the hot water we had no problems either.
Finally, in terms of location, it is just a few minutes from the Atxuri tram stop and quite close to the old town.
The reason for my 3 stars is because of the points they have to improve.

The ooms very bad the beds sleep one night and Televantas as if Teuviesen beaten.

Verry good place! You have all at your disposal, if you are the kind of human that can sustain yourselfe. I prefered the apartment instead of some hotel room. Beds al verry confy, the couch is the best (supposed to be 4 people apartment). Best buy to stay 7 days in Bilbao. Thumbs up!

Apartment Dirty bad service in reception… House with 6 degrees of temperature… Very very comfortable bed. And I give him the star because I'm so attached to putting it. Because the service is null… I don't advise it at all.

Very good accommodation — — clean rooms and kitchenette, enough space, competitive price, good location.

The apartment is very clean and well located, 5 minutes from the old town. And pretty well equipped.
The sofa bed gets to make it uncomfortable to sleep in.
The man of the night is a charm that we spend time to give us tourist indications about the city and showed us the facilities.

I just went to take my partner for a course I had there near but still the deal I received from having arrived in the wee hours of the morning has been very good.

Nice size. Well equipped. Quite handy for tram and metro stations and for the old town. Check-in was rather slow as a lot of admin and explanation were needed.

In the rooms you have sofa that can be transformed into bed. But you have to pay for them. And not the specifics when you make the reservation. Same as the garage that is pre-paid … Or the option to park in the street …

Anyway…

Clean, functional, affordable and well-located close to the old town of this fascinating and historic city. The apartment was immaculately clean, and the beds very comfortable (though I think the sofa bed could have been a different story, glad we didn't need to use that). Stark minimalist decor, the Guernika print in each bedroom was a little odd, but otherwise a great value overnight spot.

Apartment with a view of the river a few steps from the center. Very clean, new and organized. Stately ambience. In the immediate vicinity of the bus stop.

Cozy and with very good conditions. Perfect for mid term stays!

These apartments overlook the river and are well positioned for walking into town. There is a nearby tram stop which gets you to The Guggenheim in minutes. Supermarket and covered market close by. No shortage of nearby pintxos places to eat. Apartments are clean and spacious. There is a communal lounge and gym too. Coffee and snacks available in reception 24hrs.

It left us much better than a hotel! We have passed in Bilbao a week the family (we are 4) in one of these apartments Atxuri and great! They are new, very clean and everything! Kitchen complete with micro, iron, hair dryer, new flat-screen TV and a huge terrace from where you see all of the old town. Indeed they are a short walk away and the best thing is that they have parking and forget car.
