Good place to spend a couple of days and see the city. This very clean big and comfortable the attention is excellent it is economical also well located with the Metro very close great.

The place is not in a central location but it is five minutes from a metro station and it is easy to get to downtown, the staff helped me plan to visit during my visit, the facilities are huge and they think of people with mobility problems.
However the rooms when you turn off the lights are too dark so you have to use the mobile flashlight to find the bed, the breakfast is only bread, a staff person not to mention names was rude with the deal.

Very bad experience. Two people had a lot of bedbug bites and food of very poor quality. The location was very good. But these two incidents make us not return safe.

Magnificent Hostel. Treatment and services at a very high level. Close to a metro stop. We used it to make night in Bilbao on the North Road. Good choice to save something.

It's a hostel, so you don't have to expect great things, but it's a good option if you only need to sleep and little more during the trip.
The beds are comfortable, the staff friendly and the facilities clean. In my opinion, little else is needed to sleep.

Decent rooms but felt cold and institutional. Also didn’t enjoy the sound of the train going by in the morning. Most of all, the bathrooms were pretty gross — definitely didn’t feel that all of them were cleaned at the same rate.

Good hostel to get out of the pass. Comfortable Bed, shared room, no noise and with locker. The breakfast was very simple. It hits the time of departure, 10 o'clock. 30, too soon. Recommended.

Very nice and big. Good breakfast. A bit far from the center but you can easily get there by subway. The bathrooms are dirty and the light at night is on its own.

Very modern facilities and the treatment of the luxury staff. The problem is that it is located attached to the tracks and our room had the window right in front, so you would hear it go by until late hours of the night. On the other hand, the shared bathroom was very clean. The bar was closed (despite being Friday night). However, the treatment of the staff has been excellent at all times.

Hostel with good facilities, spacious rooms, usually 8 beds, the bad is the way of the train that passes just stuck. In times of heat it passes a little bad, because they do not put the air conditioning in the rooms and gives the sun in front. Large dining room and very rich breakfast. Affordable price.

Affordable and very complete hostel in services (very varied breakfast, kitchen, bar, computers, Wi-Fi). Very close to the metro and only 10 minutes from the centre of Bilbao.

The installations are good, everything is super clean and new. The only problem it is far away from the city and the location is quite bad. There's a subway station near, but to get there is not the best neighborhood of bilbao. From the rooms you hear the annoying noise of the trains outside, they start passing by at 5 am!

Very professional and clean. The free breakfast and coffee were pretty good — — better than most other albergues. There are several cozy common rooms for hanging out and a foosball table. The location is close to the river and a short walk from a downtown area. All in all good value for the price.

New hostel with modern facilities, very clean, tv, kitchen and terrace areas. Sector where it is located is a little boring, but this close of a meter.

The hostel was to the like to stay well. Breakfast should be but and would rather go to a cafe.

A little out of the way but close enough to a metro station that it's not bad, and it's worth it to but the day pass. Facilities are clean, beds comfortable, rooms are very big, and staff that aim to please. All in all very pleasant.

By themes of change of housing I had to spend a few days in this Hostel. A price of more reasonable; daily cleaning; internet helluva; common rooms well equipped, bed comfortable… a very good place. Those who carry are pending that everything goes well. For the tourists hang event information in those days. Special mention deserve the people who are in the reception because your sympathy and treatment and staff were excellent.

Highly recommended! The relationship quality-price is excellent as it is a hostel, clean, modern, large and very nice. In addition, the staff is very friendly and helpful in everything you need. I needed to laugh a bit. In fact I still think of almost everyone that made my day very often.

In terms of location, although the area is horrific, the truth is is 3 min from metro and two stops from the old town, the facilities, good, new, clean and spacious.
Anyway, I will not repeat. It is very loud. Staff, although friendly, is not able to order some antisocial guests and especially in my stay, drunk. Them would suggest that will impose some rules of coexistence minimum.

Our stay in Bilbao was great, especially because we found this hostel. The location is very good, because you have bilbao to a step taking the matro. The rooms in addition to being very clean, very cozy and spacious. The breakfast has been good and they also have a kitchen for use of guests where you can make your own food. The have parking in the same hostel would be appreciated. We advise that the people who come to visit to Bilbao to stay in this hostel.
