Its location in a quiet area and close to everything. Family and close care. Breakfast was very good.

Very Nice Hotel, good service, very attentive, the restaurant menu is very varied and with sets and very rich,
what uniico not les funcions is the Wi-Fi.

Nice little boutique hotel in heart of San Sebastian. Perfect location to walk to anywhere in the city. Quite near the beaches, 0.25 mile away, and a block to the Old Town. Very helpful staff. Wireless worked well. Reserved Parma parking in garage about 0.25 mile away worked out well. Room was pretty small, but most in Europe are. Don't expect high powered air conditioning, but it was adequate. Overall would recommend and stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and modern, basically new rooms Centally located, parking to drop off and possility to park the car in a parking 100m away.

Warning: Do not take the interior room. Says it has view to the courtyard, but the window isnt see-through (pictured) so it's pitch darkness, the courtyard is more like a mine-shaft, no cell phone reception and smells slightly of mould. Expected something totally different for 200euro/Night. Very disappointed. But the location is great, and maybe the other rooms are better.

Super location, clean, very small rooms (OK for 2 stars). Rooms on the ground floor, however, have only basement windows, which is a little distressing. Air conditioning smells. Total Ok — the location is just peak.

Friendly staff, absolutely perfect location. Rooms are nothing special, but were fine and the price was very reasonable. This is perfect if you just want to walk the old town and grab some pintxos from the nearby establishments.

Located in the old part of San Sebastian Ocean front and Zurriola beach. Friendly clean with staff at hand is very friendly. Possibility of breakfast with addition to the price of the room definitely up to par. A good compromise between publication and price.

It was a very nice Hotel with a great view. Not speaking Spanish it was a pleasure to be able to speak French with the person of the reception.

Loved it! Best location ever! Right on the water — walking distance from everything! Great customer service. Breakfast wasn't included but it's buffet and very satisfying. No iron in the room, pretty typical for Spain from what I can tell. They had one I could use that was terrible, oh well. A great deal for the price!

The Hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, a 3 minute walk from the old town and overlooking the Ria and the Kursal.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
You can't ask for more for €120 the double room per night.

Great location Old room with sea view but we were barely on the 1st floor so limited view (as in the photos of the website) The welcome is nice and professional. The top of the hotel C is the reservation of underground parking spaces at 100 m (16 €/day)

Great service and hospitality by all the employees. They really make you feel welcomed and inviting to advise about options around the city. The location is great by the sea side boardwalk and also just by the best places in the old part of the city to enjoy the famous pinxtos.

Hotel facing the sea, quiet, clean, welcoming very friendly, hostess speaking very well in French. A 5 minute walk from the streets with a lively atmosphere, filled with restaurants, cafes… Parking with timestamp near the hotel, otherwise pay hotel parking located at 400 meters. Very good value for money.

I spent a few days in this hotel and I can only speak well of him. Breakfast very complete, dinner was also great. As for the room everything very well, clean and spacious (we were 3 persons in a triple room). The attention of the staff very good. In terms of the location is also great, less than 5 minutes from the Ondarreta beach and 20 minutes from the old city by touring its promenade. If we go by there it is very possible that we repeat.

I'll tell you my experience with them. A few weeks ago, bridge of the Constitution, book a room with them by booking for my family, partner and daughter of 4 months. … The day before, my daughter had a lung infection that prevented us from going, not that we do not wanted, is that we could NOT go. In this situation, I write an e-mail to the contact listed on the web and tramité the cancellation with booking (which already informed me of the rights of the hotel). The hotel never replied to the mail and got in touch with us, of course we charge the full amount. Only have been in contact with us via Twitter to tell us their rights (something that I do not put in doubt). In other companies, to exceptional situations, are usually applied in the collection of a part (or not collect) or validate to you to go another day, let us, the less you get in contact with you to find a solution. With this I say, that under any circumstances I would recommend going, around there is a lot of competition that at least in the treatment of insurance that are best. Thanks,

3 consecutive years for the BBSS, says a lot; but the computer it takes 8 years is fantastic.

The Hotel Parma is a small 2 story hotel located with a good view of the ocean and the river inlet. In fact, there were some surfers there one day. You can also see the conference center, which looks fantastic when lit at night. In fact, there were some surfers there one day. The location is very convenient to the old town, with the tapas bars, shops and the sights to be seen all within easy walking distance. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is no elevator, but the stairs are not too steep. The lobby has some nice seating, and the breakfast area is functional. The rooms are of moderate size, and are very comfortable, with individual AC and heating units. A minor problem was repaired right away. We had a great stay, since we didn't actually spend that much time in the room anyway.

Good and confortable rooms, you'll have all you need. The gym should be improved. Location too far from city centre, but not far from ondarrieta beach.

A hotel quite nice, with very good views of the city, near the beach. The only point in against is that if come walk it costs to get to the hotel is can do long.

I spent this weekend with friends and it has been great! Big rooms, very comfortable beds and the location of the hotel great! The breakfast a pass, and the very friendly. We will return as soon as we can!

The room sound decently correct. The price is like the ★ ★ ★ ★ One Night €200 with parcking a 500m and PTI lunch jtrouve a can expensive anyway.
But hey, love does not count the euro.
I would recommend this hotel.
