Pension that could be a 3 Star hotel. Friendly and polite staff. I'd be back here the next time I came.

New and quiet room, perfect location, next to the center. Free coffee. Parking in front of 15o / day. If I came back I would repeat accommodation.

My second visit. Stayed one night. Very friendly staff, with good English. Rooms vary but happy with what we've had. Quieter on interior but I'd rather a view. Great to have a fridge and kettle. Location is hard to beat. Steps from Zurriolla beach and old town. Discounted parking at Kursaal nice feature.

Very well located in front of the Kursaal. Clean, comfortable bedding. Rather modern furniture. Recent Installations. Italian shower. The advantage of the pension is that the parking is in the avenue right in front, so very close. Parking at a particular price for travelers who are in the pension. For a day of 24h, only €15 is paid.

Had a double room that was very small and bad smell from the bathroom. No kettle in room. Convenient location in town.

Right across the street from Kursaal center and a short walk across the bridge to old Town. Rooms are clean and modern and the staff are very friendly. Very reasonably priced and good value. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, ten minutes walk from many essentials of San Sebastián. The beds are very comfortable. Refrigerator in the room with 2 bottles of water, a detail.
To put a but, the keychain is a little uncomfortable.

This is not a B&B, but they provide an in room refrigerator and coffee or tea. There are several little market within two blocks and a major market 10 minutes walk away. Desk hours are from 8:30-21:30. There are several tapas bars within a block of the pension. Desk staff are very heipful. Discounted parking is just across the street. Great location. You can walk to everything. TI is only a less than 10 minute walk. Train and bus station is about 10 minute walk.

Nice hotel, can be a little noisy at night but worth it for the location to the beach, bars and restaurants.

We stayed here over New Year's and it was great. Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, and just on the other side of the road from one of the beaches. The rooms were quite comfortable and the little balconies were appreciated. The staff was super friendly and they had excellent handouts for ideas of what to do in the area. That's how we found out about the nearby GeoPark which ended up being my favorite find in the area. Also, the breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced! The only slight downside was figuring out how to get to the hotel the first time. You'll park at the Kursaal Cultural Center parking lot, then when you come out at street level, go down the street named Peña y Goñi Kalea. As you face away from the beach, on your right you'll see a big brown door with a number of buttons to call. The hotel's is the bottom button.

The rooms are alright but they don't have air conditioning or fans, so have to keep the door open at night and the street on which the hotel is located can be noisy at times.

Taking into account prices of Donosti, which are scare, and the cheesy accommodations which are the majority of pensions, this pension is great. For good price, a room with brand-new, spacious bathroom, clean, comfortable, with plenty of light. Good enough for good sleep. The old town is to the side, crossing the bridge, but to go "pintxos" better neighborhood where the hotel, Gros is.

The Kursaal is not there, but it is a little more right after the mouth of the river urumea.
