Tell you that the room was the 506 (ask), it is unqualified for the impressive, beautiful and clean. With regard to breakfast, it is amazing in any modality, to us the jams seem to us of Michelin star.
To put your teeth definitely long, tell you that the stay in general, especially by the staff so attentive and cordial, makes you feel that you are invited in the House of some friends and you forget that you are in a hotel.
Well I don't know what you're waiting for.
By the way, Zaragoza, spotless and impressive.

I was in couple the bridge of May of 2018.
Very good value for money. Both the room and the shower spotlessly clean every day and no noise at night. How unique "Paste", it was quite hot in the room (although on the street it was cold) and we had to go on and off the air.
The hotel was very nice. The staff at the hotel were very nice throughout our stay.
If I went back to Zaragoza I would stay here again.

I was surprised, worthy of staying, clean, tidy quality and service of first price without competition in the heart of Zaragoza you will be surprised, a two stars as if you were in a four stars.

The apartment was very good. The Servcios excellent and even if you do not want to enter to clean they worry about if you miss something.
The only problem I saw was that the plates and glasses were a little dirty just like the cloths to be able to clean well.
The location was nice because we were in the very center of town and you can easily move to all the places walking and without catching transportation.
Another thing to note is that there is not much room to park if you don't want to pay for the parking.

When traveling halfway around the world I have logically stayed in numerous hotels, but never in all my life have I felt better treatment than the one received at the Hotel Sauce. All their workers have not only been the most effective, but the most enjoyable. The healthy, fresh, welcoming and different spirit that its director Luis has managed to capture in this establishment makes it return to him, after a day of tourism in the city, is not only a Hotel where to rest, but as return to home. He chaperoned all his employees. If I go back to Zaragoza I will choose it again with my eyes closed.

We booked Hotel Sauce because it was in the neighborhood we wanted and couldn't resist the name. Originally we had a 2 twin room, but thankfully they switched up to the double on the top floor. Unfortunately the elevator stops short of the top floor so had to take the stairs. However it was worth it. The room is kind of funny since part of the roof slopes, but it had skylights to watch the night sky from bed. The bathroom was large and well equipped. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe had everything and looked great. The location is absolutely great, so many amazing restaurants within a couple blocks, the plaza de Pilar is only about 2 blocks as well. However plan to arrive by bus or taxi and walk or call the hotel ahead if driving.

The hotel was located in a great area close to tons of restaurants and bars as well as the beautiful fountain and plaza. We received very friendly service at the front desk reommending sights and being available 24/7. We received the loft room with skylights and a lot of space in the room even with slanted ceilings. Air conditioning was good and bed was comfortable for a great night's sleep. Will be back!

We had a wonderful time here at the Hotel Sauce. Very friendly personnel, lovely spacious rooms and delicious breakfast in the middle of Zaragoza. We will come back for sure!

Excellent location, service and availability of the guys who work there, and the price is very good. The breakfast is very good. I recommend it widely.

Room was clean good view from the Windows and small balconies only that entrance and the way to the room is quite dark.

Location of the hotel is close to the market area. The rooms are nice and spacious. The approach to the rooms is slightly shady. The rooms allocated to us did not have elevator access and we had to haul our luggage up 3 storey. The breakfast menu was very limited. Common Parking is slightly away from the building and very congested. Moving in and out of the parking is also a challenge.

Very comfortable, very quiet (even as our room faced the street). Right in the heart of the old quarter and 5 minutes from the Paseo Independencia.

Sauce is a very well run hotel in an outstanding location (easy to walk anywhere in town). Our room was comfortable and clean (good shower and bed). The highlight was their breakfast, with loads of sweet and savoury, goodies and great coffee! … parking available, but do not bring a huge car ;) Try to stay in the main building if you can (they have an annex which is harder to get to if you have a lot of luggage).

Certainly fan of the Willow! The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the hotel, the rooms are great. I love this hotel!

Beautiful and very intimate Hotel. For the same price we were put in a superior quality room. Check out time is 12:00 but we stayed until 14:00 no problem. Lovely staff. I would definitely go back. Perfect for couples.

A lovely hotel with cute rooms, although somewhat small. The hotel is ideally located, a few steps from the Goya Museum, and a two-minute walk from the tourist centre.

Very good reception. The staff is listening. Some even speak French. The family room on the top floor is clean, large and functional, bathroom with shower and bathtub. The hotel is ideally located, quiet but close to the monuments and the district El Tubo, Temple of tapas at nightfall! Very good choice.

Hard to unload luggage, no where to stop. Parking was in a cellar, my car got stuck. Internet was fast. Hotel was very load. Not well insulated for sound. We heard everything from plumbing to people moving around the building and talking.

Very basic and small, but fine for a night. The room itself is better than the hallways you have to go through to get there.

It was a pleasant and lovely stay in Hotel Sauce. Staff are superb friendly and treat me like part of family. Isabel was liaise with me thru email assisting me and get me from Zaragoza train station to hotel. She have emailed to follow up and check on me. I wish could meet her up personally. Isabel's brother was nice too, we have chat awhile during breakfast buffet. Antonio who in reception have guided me and recommended me tourist attractions, nice restaurant/bar. Another girl during check out time as well, have a nice chat with her but didn't get her name. Conclusion is every staff in this hotel is superb duper nice and friendly. They are amazing. They really treat customers like their family. I love to see their smiling faces all the time. I will definitely come back again and this is my first time to write reviews to a hotel which I never do it before. Thanks to you all for keep me feel comfortable.

It was a very nice hotel.
Breakfast very good and varied. We see that the quantities are adapted to avoid waste. Which is very good!

Small hotel but the oldest city redone to standards. Small room with all the comforts. Beds a bit hard but everything is very clean. Very nice modern bathroom with amenities. Safe and fridge in room, TV: 45. CHF overnight. Much better than some 4 Spanish stars. Reception 24/24 h in small bar cosy the beautiful pastries.

Cozy hotel in the middle of downtown. Well decorated and functional room with a balcony overlooking the street. Staid over holy Thursday and was right in the center of all the Easter processions.

Cute little hotel very welcoming, are questions the service is the best, they are very warm and friendly. The best of the place is the location! Walking from the Cathedral, the Basilica and the famous tube out of cups and lids… I loved the breakfast with home-made pastries and cafe con leche is delicious! I'll definitely be back.

We stayed this weekend, two couples and we went out delighted, a very central hotel to visit the city, the rooms spacious, very clean and decorated nice. The breakfast buffet is great and full. The hotel staff, very attentive and polite, from reception, cafeteria and other, at all times pending of the customers, from here, I want to say hello to tony thanking him for all his attention, “it gave me so much information to visit the city and advice about the visit, that I didn't have to go to the office of tourism”. Very good hotel in all respects. Modern, but on a human scale. Very nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Clean spotless, quiet, effective, very good information, good breakfasts… Located close to the Plaza del Pilar.

A central hotel and the ideal place to go to Zaragoza such as tourism and work. Its price-quality ratio is really good. The breakfasts are buenisimos, especially the tortilla. The staff treats you the best and are concerned to the last detail when you are going with children. This is the second time that I'm going with the family and we left happy.

Hotel very central, ideal for urban tourism. Simple but cosy rooms with their design. The firm's small but good breakfast. Tarts advertised on its website are for when the "My favourite room" cafeteria open to the public.
In this area it is difficult to Park, so they offer you parking fee, since they have reserved some places, in a garage of the hotel.
100% recommended.

Hotel very well located in the historic centre of Zaragoza, next to the Plaza del Pilar and good part of the offer of the city. Apart from the location, my point of view, this hotel deserves more than 2 stars holds. Say this for several reasons: the facilities and rooms are very neat and clean, the breakfast is spectacular (special mention to the tortilla! ), free Wi-Fi in rooms, and service and friendly treatment that provide you each and every one of the employees is difficult to find in other establishments of theoretical more level. I've hosted me several times at this hotel and have no doubt never recommend it.
