Great value for money. Very central yet easy access. Very quiet rooms. Private apartment 30 meters away, Plaza del Pilar.

Good service and service. The hotel is somewhat old and other rooms can be heard. Pretty clean. The location is unbeatable, in the same Plaza del Pilar and also close to night area or tapas. Reasonable price, recommended for short stays and sleep.

Cosy Hotel. Essra in the same Plaza del Pilar. Clean room. If it is true that the soundproofing of the street and hallways could be better.

Good value but no airconditioning.

It's in the middle of the pillar square. The rooms are clean and the bathroom, though old, is spacious and clean. The staff is very nice. The restaurant is highly recommended.

Very clean Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a service for those who need it the last day of their stay.

We stayed my partner and I. We got room on the first floor. You can hear all the noise from the street and the rooms that are on the side, the faucets the bathtub, and at 7 am some noises of tremendous doors and not to say that the cleaner was heard making noise. Cardboard walls. I've slept fatally. I would not go back or recommend it. The staff is nice. But lousy installation.

Hotel that meets the promised, no more. Small and aged-looking rooms… but very central.
advisable to get up soon if you have breakfast contracted to not keep the leftovers, but if you ask for replacements (but need to ask)

Hotel in the center. If you park in the parking City hall, €15.
It is better to park the car and then go to the hotel as getting to the hotel by car is not so easy.
We spent one night with breakfast. Not bad.

Central Hotel. Spacious rooms with minimal cleanliness. Passable. Breakfast good, but you can not go down late, because they just repose if you finish something and when they repose, they do it reluctantly. Parking nearby, arranged with the hotel.

I can't value the hotel, since we didn't even get there. We got caught just that Saturday we were going to go, the snow storm. And the hotel, or understand that we could not go, we charged the room and point… it is a hotel that we will never go, nor recommend…

Very good and very good food in the rooms.

The location is really fantastic: right on the corner of the Piazza della Madonna del Pilar and in front of the neighborhood with the alleys full of bars to go out in the evening. The rooms are spacious, bathroom a little dated but kept well, elevator available to get to the floor. Too bad they are not soundproofed well: you can clearly hear the shower of the nearby rooms. We chose to have breakfast in the hotel with about €9 more which included: coffee, brioche, fruit juice from brick (not fresh) and a pair of tostada (toasted bread) with packed jam (the classic one in plastic micro-packs), not a great Offer but convenient for those who do not want to go out to try where to have breakfast. More than anything else disappointed for lack of options in general and specifically healthier options such as wholemeal brioche, wholemeal bread, fruit and maybe a bottle of water to take away.

Very good clean rooms are very big and very affordable and it's at the center of everything.

Clean hotel, but pretty straightforward, I don't know if the 3 stars you claim to have the hotel are deserved.
It needs renovation, we stayed on the 1st floor, you hear a lot of street noises and some other snoring from other customers.
Excellent location everything is close by, Cathedral pillar, SEO etc. Definitely its best features.

It is not wrong. A conventional hotel. Downtown. A little old. Nice and perfect location.

Hotel very central with a relationship quality price ratio, it shows that it is no longer the HUSA chain, now has much more cleaning rooms are being improved, even televisions are flat and Wi Fi works. It is highly recommended.

Hotel very well located, next to the pillar and very close to the tapas area. Very good service and excellent to go with your pet. Totally recommended.
