We felt very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but clean. The bathroom is large and friendly very clean (I have already experienced that differently in a three star hotel). The kitchen was very small, but you get along well.
Even the toaster from the eighties does its service. All in all, I would come back. Bus lines 27 and 28 take you to the city centre.

This year will be the third time we've stayed here, and I hope it's not your last. Whenever we have gone the deal has been exquisite, the cleaning the same. Alcosa is my second home (since my whole paternal family is there) when we go to the apartments I feel at home. Too bad the holidays last so little. If it were up to us we'd stay and live there.

A very clean, spacious apartment. A little way out of town but with all amenities available close to hand. A very reliable /cheap bus service into town. Very helpful staff, cleaning service, and well kitted out apartment. Very comfortable.

Well, no more. There are a few elements for the kitchen and the bathroom! There's noise very early in the morning!

An apartment complete with a price terrific, besides being in a very good area of Seville, with many bars and shops.

These apartments are very close to my house, I do not know exactly the quality they may have since I have never been in them, if I see getting in and out a lot of people so the occupancy level is usually high, which tells me that they should be of good quality. I have a tourist blog about Sevilla and I would love to know more about it so I can speak better.

Very good cleanliness, spacious, comfortable, good access to the parking and good location, very attentive staff, quality very high price.

Quiet place, daily cleaning including bathrooms and beds, sufficient kitchen utensils, free parking and easy access although the stairs to the building from parking hamper the transfer of suitcases. Very friendly and helpful staff. The price very sensitive to demand and offer of Seville, although in dates without events is very affordable, about €50 the night.

Every year we go, it is economical and the attention is good, cleanliness well, to put some but they went up quite the prices in this last year, but it is still advisable if we compared them with other sites of Seville.

I came for labor issues and very good, good deal in reception. Clean and comfortable apartments.

Just what you are looking for… tranquility, double bed, independent room and kitchen with the necessary.

I don't know if the rooms are for smokers but it smelled a lot like tobacco. Very friendly staff.

Horrible, charged for not staying at hotel, the location is close to airport, but god forbid you check out early they keep charging you even if you leave. They told me 24-hours later they would give me a new invoice, that is not the case. They make you pay up front, and I believe this is way they do it because it is a trap. Do not stay here.

By necessity d horrible boarding d flight with vueling (q I do not advise anyone) have been up to the height of my girl and I spent a night of emergencies, close with which we arrived agobiadis d outside and WONDERFUL treatment.

A wonderful place, quiet, nice and with places of food and leisure quite close by. If I go back to Seville I'll be back here for sure, and that I haven't left yet.

Brief but sincere… ALLOOOO PHENOMENAL! Excellent service, cleanliness a 10, Wi-Fi in the room, quiet muuuuy area. Delighted to have chosen this aparthotel, because it looked like we were in a hotel. We will repeat very sure.

Have relaxed the quality. Before it was very clean and everything worked. Now is the lot.

Broken shutters. Reported at the reception and never repaired. Unworthy uncomfortable beds and two single beds instead of a double bed. Dust when we get into the apartment. TV is not working. The furniture is old and outdated. No character. No top at all.

Clean and affordable. The Wi-Fi could improve.
